I have been here a bunch of times for a quick pit stop during my trips from AZ to CA and vise versa. Each time I've stopped by, my experience has gotten worse. This time around was the last straw. This review should really be a 1 star, we ordered drive thru and was asked to pull into a spot in front and we waited 15 minutes, until I finally went inside and asked what was taking so long.. they gave my food to another customer. I'm assuming the manager was the one who came to apologize and let me know she could give me an item off the menu to help remedy the wait. I appreciate her trying to remedy the situation, she was a little short with me, but I'm hoping that was from it being so busy. I finally got my food and they actually forgot one of my fries, thankfully I caught it before I walked out. Maybe I came on a good day the week of Thanksgiving? Staff was friendly, lines moved quickly, food as expected, restrooms weren't too bad, and inside dining area was modern and clean. In fact, the interior of this particular McDonald's is actually better than most other ones I've visited. I saw the staff refilling the ice stations for drinks. This McDonald's might have hit a new low. The place is an absolute zoo and the employees are clueless. I could see more toilet paper on the floor than bathroom tile. It's clear these bathrooms haven't been cleaned since 1999. After that refreshing bathroom experience, we made the mistake of ordering food. Good luck trying to figure out who is in line and who is not. After about 5 minutes of employees inaccurately taking orders, we waited another another 7 minutes to receive our food (which was cold). Just when we thought we fleeing this trash pit, we (and about 20 other people coming/going) were told we wouldn't be able to leave the restaurant because some genius thought it was the right time to clean the only accessible entrance/exit of the store. When I asked if someone spilled something, he replied with "No, I thought it was a good time to clean this area" as he's trying to air dry the floor with a caution cone. You may wonder why I would this experience 2 stars instead of 1 star? That's because the employee accidentally made the wrong McFlurry and they offered it up for free.
