This McDonalds was rude, slow, and got my order wrong. They repeatedly asked me and my friends what our order was when we made it VERY CLEAR, and still managed to give me the wrong meat on my McMuffin. It took 20 minutes for a plain burger and a fry to come, and they served people who had ordered after us before giving us that simple meal. Would not come again, thank you very much. I wish I could give 0 stars. (Also the bathroom smelled SO bad.) read more

I have NEVER been to a McDonalds with bad soda...until today. So disappointed. Cold fries, slow cashiers that missed a big chunk of the order...at least the bathrooms were clean. But I have always relied on Micky d's for a good soda. So bummed. read more

This is literally the worst McDonald's I've ever been to and that's saying a lot. The woman taking my order had no idea what came on the Southwest Chicken Salad and we had to ask her to repeat the ingredients twice while she still failed to mention that there was cheese on the salad, which I'm allergic too, then when we get to the window to pay she dropped our change then just shrugged and looked at us like "not my problem." She also failed to mention that there was an additional charge for extra salad dressing. When we got to the second window they told us we had to wait for our salad (??????) and when we asked how long it should take she shrugged and said "I don't know." Yeah I know this is McDonald's but try and have SOME customer service??? read more

What a joke. Picked up an order to go, got back on the highway and a couple miles later realized that they forgot my 9 year olds 10 piece chicken nugget. Not like you can just turn around and go back. We shared what we had with her instead of going back. read more

Terrible customer service! Not just once. Every time I go thru the drive thru at night. The food is sloppy, like they just throw it together and there's always something missing. read more

Best McDonald's I've ever been to and not because the service but because the style. It was just a sexy McDonald's inside. The staff was nice and the service was decent, nothing special. I just really enjoyed the ambiance. read more

Just got back home with my kids after an awful experience. So awful I even made an account on here just to write a review. There's this older woman that goes by Nikki I believe, and man oh man. This woman is the worst! I'm from Blythe and everyone talks about this woman so much that she has a nickname, Nikki the b***y. Well today was the worst to the point that there were employees crying while taking orders. The cashier took my order wrong and while explaining to her about my order, Nikki comes up and tells her how stupid she must be to mess my order up. The young girl had tears coming out her eyes. I felt so bad. My son also told me that his friends post snaps chats of how she yells at the employees and calls them names. This is my last time here. I love McDonalds but guess I'll have to drive to Quartzsite now read more

Took 30 minutes to get our food and all we ordered was chicken tenders and 3 fries. Once the food came it was gross. If you're on a road trip save your time and stop at another McDonald's or go somewhere else. Update: 4 out of 5 of us were sick shortly after eating here. read more

A very large parking lot, and very busy most of the time from all the surrounding shops. The tables and chairs are decent and plenty of them. The food is the same as the other locations.. which means they're consistent in their chain. A good thing! They also have chocolate dipped vanilla cones... which some locations don't have. One of my favorite items from Mcdonalds! read more

What can you expect from a fast food place in the middle ofthe desert... It was packed at lunch and surprisingly quite a few bums were around. Otherwise, tasted like McDonalds. read more

Someone call the health department! No running water in the bathroom. Garbage all over the bathroom. It's only 9 o'clock in the morning! The young man who waited on me at the counter was cold. I told him the order was to go. He handed my food to me on a tray. He obviously wasn't paying attention. I had to ask for a bag. He didn't apologize. Right next to the front door was garbage strewn all over the sidewalk. A staff member just walked by and didn't address the matter of the food and garbage laying everywhere. His failure to address the issue jeopardized the safety of anyone who would walk through that area, could result in a slip or trip. A MOST TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. read more

Have eaten here for years in AZ-CA drives, not much of a choice in pit stop Blythe. Finally we will stop. Tired of getting inferior food for what we pay. The lack of pride in their giving tired travelers inferior food, no more. We are done! read more

We stopped here on our way to Arizona, because we needed to use the restrooms and get a coffee. The bathrooms didn't seem dirty, but there was a bad wait time. We ended up waiting 20-25 minutes just for a coffee. The staff was friendly, but that coffee though... read more

I stopped because I have a 2 and 4 year old who were sick of sitting in their car seats for the past 3 hours and I saw the huge play structure. If you have kids who need to get outta the car and play then its alright for that. But the food was no good, the buns were hard, the fries were old, the iced tea looked creamy and tasted funny....ugghhh....and there were flies everywhere! Where there are flies there are fly eggs and maggots! Eewww! Just hope they weren't growing in the meat I just ate.... read more

Poor service. On our way home to Goodyear Az from California. Waited 25 minutes for an egg mc muffin sandwich. You call this fast food? I think they had to have the chicken hatch the egg Delayed our return home for an extra 30 minutes. read more

Don't use the drive thru! Warned me they only took cash, no problem. If they had warned me about the wait I'd have backed out. With 4 cars ahead of me it took 25 minutes to make it to the window. Employees by the window ignored me when the was asking to cancel my order. Don't waste your time or money here, plenty of McDonalds around read more

The worst. Visited on a Sunday night at 11pm and they were pretty slow. They messed up our (very simple) order and seemed very irritated when we asked for the items we didn't receive. The items we did receive still had the one condiment we asked for the sandwiches to be made without. Less than impressed! read more

McDonald's has one great constant - consistency . I have frequented them for years. Do yourself a favor, keep driving past the McDonald's in Blythe. To say they have bad management would be wrong. They have NO management. Over 20 minutes for a simple order while staff is in total chaos. "I need your code" was a frequent yell from counter people who couldn't complete a transaction without the managers help. Why 15-20 people stood waiting for their orders while 8-10 people shuffled behind the counter producing nothing is a mystery. Again, I'm a big Mcdonald's fan but this experience was truly shocking. They need an intervention read more

One more thing...NO NAPKInS in our bags! Major deal breaker!

Filthy!! Don't know what's worse, condition of bathroom..or seeing dirty bathroom w full soap dispensers....

Stopped here on our way to Anaheim. It was clean, other than the restrooms - they needed some help. Service was a bit slow but the food was hot. Convienant place to get a bite to eat on a road trip! read more

this is by far the nastiest mc donalds i ever been too. there were flies every where and my son found hair in his breakfast platter. im not sure how this place has an a yukkkk!!!! read more

When first entering it seems like a nicer McDonald's upon ordering, the manager Tyler saw a friend and stopped taking the order to go talk to him, when the rest of the employees saw him talking to this guy they all went over to talk to him. Another employee had to finish taking the payment. We sat down to eat our food when all i could hear was laughing, i saw an employee up front on her phone another employee working in the back wearing a non work related shirt. My entire meal i heard all of the employees. As someone who runs a business i have to say this is the crappiest McDonald's i have been to in a long time. Maybe you should stop having children run your stores. read more

They take forever to bring your order out and then ask you to pull forward and that they'll bring your food and they still manage to mess that up too. Had to wait about 15 min for an easy order. This place is ridiculous. Im still gonna go back though cuz I'm a fat girl but just wanted you all to know. Take snacks cuz you'll be waiting in the drive thru forever. read more

Did not want to honor the mcafterdark special advertised everywhere. Manager did not want to accommodate our request to at least compensate in any way for their lack of good service. Not a good experience at all! read more

Went there yesterday about 6PM. I stop here as a half way mark from S Cal to Phoenix. One person taking orders while he was trying to bag orders, get drinks. Get about 15 miles a way only to find Sausage McMuffin with egg is no where in the back. Hash brown was soggy as well. Obviously being that far away I had no intention of going back to fix.. For that matter, won't be returning ever. There are other choices in the area. read more

Dont use your credit card there....its the last place i used mine before the number got hijacked....Im just sayin!!

Very satisfied by their customer service. My elderly grandpa needed help walking in the McDonald's and they opened every door and even helped him walk into the bathroom. Very happy with their service read more

Worst McDonalds I have ever stopped at. Ordered hamburger with side salad. Received dried burger in salad container by its self. Took it back and side salad they gave me was half frozen and quarter pounder was overcooked and dried out. Maybe cooked day before? Threw salad away and ate about 3 bites of hamburger. Flies every where! Bathroom was disgusting. Never stop there again! read more

Really bad service. Slow paste, they have you waiting in line for a very long time, they mess up on orders very often. I ordered 3 sundaes and a regular sized m@m mcflurry... when I pulled up to the window they told me to pull up to the side to receive my order, the lady gives me the tray with just the three sundaes, walks off and I had to go inside to get my mcflurry I had ordered, I go inside and tell them that they forgot it, I clearly told them that it was a REGULAR size m@m mcflurry and they ended up giving me a snack size mcflurry.... read more
