Great sports bar/tavern atmosphere, great staff, and most importantly, the food was excellent. I had the walleye with Brussels sprouts and the walleye was easily the star of the meal. Absolutely delicious. Olivia had the steak bowl and loved hers too. Everything we tried was on point. The whole place reminded me a lot of Ale Emporium back in Indy -- relaxed sports bar vibes, plenty going on, but the food is way better than typical bar food. Great vibes, great service, great food. Couldn't have asked for a better first meal after a long drive into Minnesota. We'll definitely be back next time we're in the area.

They are crispy but not overly crunchy, and they are seasoned perfectly. You can also get some extra garlic aioli and siracha mayo, which are perfect accompaniments for the fries in addition to ketchup. I also got the strawberry milkshake, which was rich and dense, but a little too sweet. I would probably opt for a different flavor or not get the milkshake at all. The cashier I spoke with was super dope and chill, and also checked in on me to see how everything was which I appreciated. The store was clean and spacious, and accommodating for a solo dining adventure.

(Probably good cuz you gotta work off the calories from those malts...) I actually saw this place advertised on a road sign for eateries to expect on the next exit. Usually those get covered in all the food chains like Taco Bell and junk, so my interest was piqued and I announced my enthusiasm to my hubbie that we try it. DELICIOUS. We arrived on a lovely sunny spring day, so we chose to dine outside on their patio area. The inside had a fun retro cafe aesthetic that I'm sure we'll enjoy during the cooler months at some point too. The staff was incredibly friendly and in a good mood, which added to my own happiness upon arrival. We were seated and given menus to study, and I do mean I had to thoroughly study it. Picking out what I wanted was TOUGH. Everything looked mouth-wateringly good, but I finally settled on the patty melt on the marbled rye with the waffle fries. Excellent choice, and it was so humongous of a portion that I ended up taking half home and reheating it in my air fryer another day. Love that! Hubbie and I shared a large chocolate malt, which they gave us two glasses to pour into. It was also delicious. All the prices seemed pretty reasonable, especially for nowadays the way the economy is. IYKYK. We're already planning the next time we'll be back! Yummy yummy in my tummy!

I felt like they nickel and dime you for the sauces. We got chicken tenders for my son off the kids menu, but it didn't include a sauce which I thought was odd. I felt for what you get a lot of it was over priced compared to some other similar restaurants. I ordered a burrito with chicken and they didn't add the rice, the veggies were not chopped very finely it was like half a red onion chunk which isn't very appetizing. For the cost of this meal it was somewhat disappointing. The fries were made fresh. The meat was the best part of this place. Maybe it's just meant to be a burger joint and not so much Mediterranean style of food.

We grabbed a seat on the patio since the weather was nice, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Service was quick, and our food arrived in a timely manner. I ordered the Sandy Signature Burger with fries. The burger had great flavor, the onions were cooked perfectly, and the cheese was melted just right. The bun held together well from start to finish, which is always a plus. At only $9 for the burger and $13.75 with fries, it felt like an excellent value and was the perfect amount of food. My wife ordered the Sandy Sizzler with tots, and here's what she had to say: "This burger was juicy and flavorful. The seasoning was spot on, enhancing the beef without overpowering it. The jalapeños added the perfect amount of heat, while the chipotle mayo brought a smoky, creamy kick that tied everything together beautifully. The crispy tots were the perfect side--golden, crunchy, and cooked well. While the portion wasn't huge, it was just the right amount to complement the burger without leaving you overly full." Overall, we were pleasantly surprised. Good food, friendly service, fair prices, and a relaxed atmosphere. We'll definitely stop back if in the area.

I also appreciated the obligatory warning about the melted middle of my Lucy. Speaking of which, I tried the #7 Burger (it was recommended when I asked as it had more cheese and bacon). The Burger was flavorful and perfectly cooked. The cheese cheater exploded as a good Lucy should. A 10/10 experience. The hand-cut fried added to the experience and were a great compliment to the burger The beer was cold and refreshing, the food superb, and the staff welcoming. Not much more one can ask for.
