Went at 3:30pm on a Monday. Wanted to eat in the dining area. Went to place order on the kiosk, and a dialogue box came up saying they are only serving "to go orders at this time". I guess they are getting so automated and streamlined, they can't afford to hire someone to clean the dining area, so they just close it down.... I walked out without ordering and won't go back. I'll go to Burger King, Hardee's, Culver's, and other places in town where you can actually sit down to eat. read more

I don't usually come to this location often but after tonight it will most likely be my last. The person working the register was very rude to every customer. She helped 2 of the 6 people in line then walked away for minutes even though there were 4 other people working. When she walked it was obvious that she didn't care about the line forming. To be honest, I would rather wait at the DMV than for food here. Food was piling up and so were the number orders but no one was receiving any. Lobby was trashed and so was the soda counter. Trash bins were overflowing. To top it all off there were 2 other people sitting down and hardly and cars in drive thru. read more

I'll stop during Am shift but if its PM shift I wont waste my time. The 2nd shift manager doesn't seem like she can keep up or keep her staff in check. She's always yelling at them to shut up or they can go home. Half of them stand around and don't do anything while garbage is piled up along with trays. Tables are disgustingly dirty along with the fountain machine. Ain't nothing fast about fast food on PM shift. You'll be waiting a good 10/15 mins in the drive through for a couple mcdoubles. This is one of the more kid-friendly McDonald's along I-94 in Wisconsin. There are plenty of high chairs and a player piano. I've stopped here a few times, and the staff is always friendly and the chicken nugget happy meal is consistent. The bathrooms are decently clean and well stocked, but unusually small. So if you have a potty trainer on your hands, you absolutely have to use the handicap stall. If not everyone in the car likes McDonald's, there are other options at this exit: Culver's, Burger King, and the Majestic Pines Casino are all here. This McDonald's also shares a parking lot with a Kwik Trip. I'm starting to think there must be some arrangement between McDonald's and Kwik Trip... read more

Where do I even begin? To start with, I turned onto McDonald Rd., but low and behold, it brought me to Burger King! After finally figuring out how to enter the parking lot of McDonalds, I waited in line for a decent amount of time. When I pulled up to order, the typical "hello, welcome to McDonalds order whenever you're ready" was not said, nothing was said, leaving me to believe there was nobody to take my order! After watching 4 cars in the other lane order while I waited, I said "hello?" And It was greeted by a (not very warm) "ya. Order when you're ready?" I ordered a cheeseburger and 6 pc nugget. Worst McDonalds I have ever eaten at. First off, the shift manager was horribly rude to me and her workers, then I had to wait about 20 minutes for A CHEESEBURGER AND SMALL FRY. And when I finally received my order, the shift manager plopped it on the counter without a word to me, and I discover she only gave me the fries. I am a life time resident of BRF and have been a patron of this McDonalds for many years and I am disturbed by the performance of this facility, I stopped in today 7/15/17 about 8:10 pm my order # was 338 I tell you this so you can check the staff, It was not a busy time I waited several min. at the counter for placing my order while two of the staff finished their non work related conversation, while I waited for my to go order I noticed another gentleman waiting at the counter while more no work related conversations went on and he may have still been waiting if I wouldn't have brought to a staff members attention, This is not the first time and most likely will not be the last time I have encountered service like this from this facility. I have worked at this facility in the past for a short time and at that time I was never in a front counter position but the service was much faster then and it has been very good in the past but recently I have seen a rather large slowdown in service, and it seems like when it's bad most of the same staff are on duty as they were tonight. I have been at other facilities around the country in the past but this one is no were near the top 10. I like McDonalds and this is the only one in our city that is why I am a patron. read more

Online says this place closes at 12. Me and my Mexican family went in around 10:40 and waited for our food until 11:10. We sat down with our food and an employee walked up to us and asked us to leave, for they were closed. We asked why we needed to be the only ones leaving out of the four tables and they were very rude. We were having a civilized conversation with one of the employees for we felt this was discrimination and the manager cameover yelling at us telling us how we had to leave. Do not come here,especially not during night. Not to mention the dirty ness of the actual restaurant. The people and place were completely disgusting. I asked for the names of the manager and worker that I was having trouble with. They were not wearing name tags. They told me they would not give me a name and I needed to call corporate. The food is the same quality as all McDonalds' food, honestly I only enjoy it for a quick stop. I recommend it, but just now my mom found a small bug fried into a french fry. Every thing else was good though. That one thing kind of made me lose my appetite. Also the lady at the register was extremely rude and said to another employee that she didn't want to take my sister's order.
