Absolutely unacceptable customer service went to the drive through and got told it would be 5 minutes before they even took our order with only one other car in the drive through. From someone who has worked in the food service business for 4 years now I don't now how these lazy workers are still employed. I would give 0 stars if I could. I've had a few minor issues with this location in the past, but today was a special kind of bad. Way to go Burger King Black River Falls. I ordered: 1. a double bacon cheeseburger and fries, large frozen coke 2. a cheese and bacon whopper meal with halfies 3. a big fish meal with halfsies 4. a kids 6pc nugget meal. I got 1. And 4. Almost correctly...no one told me until at the window that the frozen coke machine was down. I didn't get EITHER orders of halfies. I called, they said they'd replace them. Got back home and found a half full order of onion rings. The correction was royally messed up, too! On top of that, the whopper tasted like a soggy mayo soaked elementary school burger with soggy lettuce and onion. The service and appearance of the building were fine. After being bombarded with their whopper commercial the subliminal message finally got me and I went on their site getting the 2 for 1 sign up deal. There was no way I was paying $8 for a whopper without even cheese. I opened the feed bag to find there were no napkins and no tasty hamburgers either. The lettuce, the dinky little piece of tomato, the onion covering almost 1/3 of the burger was fresh, the bottom bun not so much and the top bun was way too heavily covered in seeds. That combination along with the patty of meat was something not to my liking. I gave the 2nd whopper away. If whoppers were .99 cents, I would pass them up. read more

Went in there a week or so ago and ordered two Junior whoppers with cheese. The young man that took the order was pleasant and clean cut Jesse. The manager Jessie seen me and clarified that I wanted to whopper juniors with cheese. I said yes I'm going to take one of the buns off and turn it into a double Junior whopper with cheese. I said if you want to save a bun you could do that for me. so Jesse made me a Junior whopper with cheese and put the other whopper with cheese without the bun in a separate container and packaging it all up for me service management, very professional, and courteous note I was in there a couple of months ago and service was not that great read more

I do not recommend this place at all the service was terrible. When I first walked in with my 1 year old they told me to f-cking leave because my baby was crying. Then when I walked up to the counter they shoved a bun down her throat. When I got my food I opened my bag and it was empty! It's my fault really. We were on a road trip and they asked which place we wanted to eat at and I screamed, "Burger King!" I ran inside to use the unkept bathroom. There wasn't much of a line when we went to order, but tell me why it took an eternity to get our food. It wasn't just us. There was a group of customers waiting for their orders. A lot of people kept returning their food because it was the wrong order. There was even a family who's entire food went missing because the employees handed it to some other lady who just left. The family had to wait ANOTHER eternity for their food. Back to my experience. We waited a very long time for our whopper meals and chicken fries. The saddest part was, I saw my order just sitting on the counter on their end. I watched it sit there for a long time! When I received my whopper, it literally had all pickles and no lettuce. When I made the order they asked what sauce I wanted and I told them, but lo and behold, my order came with no sauce. The manager as well as the workers were all very rude. When correcting peoples' orders that they had messed up on, there was no apologetic tone. We sat at the cleanest table we could find. I went up a second time to order one cinnamon bun, I repeat, one cinnamon bun. I must have waited twenty minutes for my one cinnamon bun because all of my friends were waiting on me. Again, I watched my cinnamon bun sit on their end of the counter for about fifteen of those twenty minutes. If you're ever driving through here, I would definitely AVOID this Burger King. read more

More people not taking the pandemic seriously. Ask the girl at the window to put her mask over her nose while she prepared my order. I was informed I don't make the food. Well the fat ass bagging didn't have a mask or gloves. The person preparing it at least had gloves. Burger King sucks and will never be at top of the burger market. Wow, pretty bad. Order at the drive thru, wait a long time in line and then told at the pick up window "none of the product you ordered is available." Then asked if we wanted to order something else. I can't give ANY stars to this restaurant. I should have learned my lesson the first time I went there to get food but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. The first time my food was not only cold, but the fries were greasy and nasty! Order was wrong, got extra food, waited 20 minutes to get waited on inside and 30 minutes to get my order, only 2 people working and cashier was also running drive thru, long line. Not happy! The second time, got charged for cheese on my whoppers-didn't get any cheese, and the burgers were again cold, way too much salt on fries and 2 people working, drive thru closed down, 10 minutes to place order and 20 minutes to get my cold food. I will NEVER go there again!! McDonald's will be getting my money from now on! I do not recommend this restaurant at all!! The district manager will be notified! The food here and the service is amazing. Alot of times there is only two people working there and the food is still fast and fresh and the service is very friendly. This burger king has came along ways in the last few months.Great work to all the employees there.The resteraunt is always clean and managers come out and ask how your food is.Not many fast food places do that anymore.I would suggest this Burger King to anyone.
