We were traveling through and stopped to get two #7 nugget meals, plus a Diet Coke and large Fri. Over $21. At the pickup window they tried to give us a different order. We gave it back and explained our order, but It took 3 people and a manager to give us the correct food. They handed us the nuggets in a bag,, nothing else and said, "have a nice day". We explained its missing 3 drinks and 3 fries. Handed us 2 drinks "Have a nice day" . We explained we are missing the two med fries that go with the nuggets meals and the large Fri and the large Diet Coke. Had to explain our entire order again to someone else. They eventually gave us what we ordered. On a positive note the food was hot and fries were fresh. They need to make sure all food is in the bag before saying "have a nice day". Lol read more

First the good: at 5:30am, I had a complicated order and I was given correct and complete bags of food. Staff were also friendly. Cons: The meat and eggs were room temp. The biscuits and McMuffin parts were hard and cold. There was very little bacon on one of the sandwiches. I'll give that the bacon standard is on the smaller side, but this was a quarter of the typical amount. It was actually bad enough that my husband wanted to go back and complain. Extremely rude. They took our order, let us pay, then ignored us. After 20 minutes of not seeing my number (243, they were on 265) I called out. They yelled at me for not hearing my order and said "that's probably your order". It was labeled 245. Eventually that turned out to be my order, but they wouldn't help until I raised my voice. They asked me to leave without my order. When I finally got it, it was wrong. Other people's orders were wrong and they were also being ignored. I asked to talk to a manager and the woman not wearing the mask correctly said she was the manager and the other guy said he was the boss of the store. I just needed some time to kill while waiting for my oil change to finish. This McDonald's is a short walk from Walmart so I figured why not stop by. I had a craving for a McCafe coffee and getting it frappe style was nice since it's hot out today. The associate rang me up quickly and made small talk with the kid in line after me about the God of War game series. The server called my order promptly. This is basically the sugar bomb I expected. So if I crash mid-review, well, you've been warned. Strangely, there's barely any coffee flavor to it, but it's definitely well-blended and smooth. No chewing through ice chips. This particular location has an indoor Playplace though I don't see anyone in there. The interior is surprisingly modern. Though a big pillar is blocking my view (never mind the sun glare), there's a flat screen TV mounted into the wall and there's plenty of seating. The booths aren't uncomfortable and there are also bolted-in high-top tables. My only problem is that it's pretty dirty in here. I had to sweep off some crumbs off my booth and there are several seats that have lingering trash. The floors definitely need to be swept. And I suppose from when a worker recently mopped, some kids have tracked in dirty footprints. So, if you're sensitive about these things, get your order to go. Ba-da-ba-ba-ba. This McDonald's is awesome! Not only is it clean and has the same delicious menu you find everywhere, but it also has an fantastic jungle gym for the kiddos. This area is surrounded by its own family tables and sectioned off from the rest of the seating. Considering we make this road trip a few times a year, I will definitely keep this location in mind as it's the perfect pit stop for my little boy to run, play and have a break from the car. read more

Pissed at her employees and pissy to the customers. Took forever to get someone to come to the counter to take an order (the kiosk machines were all broken). Finally the shift manager took my order... Simple Big Mac Combo. Sign out front advertising $7.99 but I got charged $9.39 for a "large coke" which I did not order. Finally get my food, go to my car and find they gave me a Big Mac with only sauce and cheese... No lettuce, no pickle, nothing. And the fries had no salt on them. Go back inside and show the shift manager, she shakes her head and mumbles "you must have got the wrong order". No apology, nothing. Finally gives me a new one and it's better but horrible. I don't usually review places (and have been especially careful during COVID times to be patient and considerate) but this was by far the grossest McDonald's experience I've ever had. One of our sandwiches looked disgusting. It had obviously already been opened and was so old that the ketchup had dried. Horrible service all around. Bad communication even after an order was clearly repeated both at the order screen and window. This is also the most expensive location I've been to. A double tax and more than $2 for a simple egg biscuit. I have never had so many issues getting an order corrected either. This is the worst McDonalds I've ever visited, and let's just say I'm a frequent flyer. We were very excited to use the ordering machines, which worked well enough. We selected to dine-in and even put in our locator number. Then we sat down like good patrons and waited. After 15 mins, the food never came. When I went to inquire, the employee gave me an attitude and said, "it's been sitting there forever." Then my mcmuffin had a piece of hair inside. I showed them, and they didn't even apologize. Ordered mobile. 10 minutes after ordering an unmasked ungloved person comes to my car to ask me what I ordered. A couple minutes later she brings something that is not my order. 5 minutes later, again without a mask and gloves which is currently required in KY, she brings my food. Missing sauces for nuggets, wrong size fry, sandwich not customized per order, and brought wrong flavor drink and with ice when requested no ice. The Good: The food, which should be every place's top priority was good. It was hot, cooked well, and tasted great. Also, my kids loved the play place. The play area was clean and maintained nicely. Lastly, the speed of service was excellent. It was very busy for a Sunday afternoon and they acted quickly to serve. The Bad: The sweet tea was empty. I was there for probably 90 minutes letting my son play with his cousin in the playplace and it was empty the whole time. Additionally, the same area was out of napkins, and ketchup containers. They also forgot nugget sauces for both my son and nephew. The Ugly: No ugly here. It was as expected at McDonald's. Good tasting fast food served quickly. Almost always polite, but a bit slow especially in the morning. The food has been standard McDonalds food, except one time the sausage biscuit had something slimy in it. The texture was like a rubber glove. It was dark when I was eating it so I couldn't see exactly what it was. I spit it out, and threw away the rest of the biscuit. It probably was the tip of a rubber glove that the worker didnt notice was gone until the biscuit was served. That didnt stop me going there since I believe it was an honest mistakr. That was one time in many years of going to this store. The reason I gave it a low score overall is the speed and I always order unsweetened tea, about 25% of the time I end up with sweet tea through the drive thru. If you don't mind a bit of a wait (not horrible except rarely in the morning) and sweet tea then it is a standard McDonalds. read more

I went thru the drive thru and ordered 3 #9 large sized with large drinks. They rang me up mediums. Got to the window told the girl at the window it was supposed to be 3 large fries&3 large drinks. Went to the next window told the girl at that window it was supposed to be large fries&drinks. She replied with a attitude that she know because she had to remake the fries. We ask for ketchup and were given ""3"" packs. Parked on the lot to eat and we found that the fries were overcooked and hard as a rock. Called the store and spoke with the manager. She said she would drop fresh and bring them out to use. After waiting 15 min. I called again and she said she would once again have them brought out to us. After waiting 25min I called again asking if the price of 3 large fries could be returned to us since we have waited 25 min already. She said she sent someone out twice already. I told once again I was setting out front and the car I was setting in. She hung up on me and the same girl from the drive thru came to my car and dropped my refund in the driver's side window"now have a nice day" and walked off. I would recommend anyone in berea not to go to that McD's due to poor service,food quality,and employees with a attitude problem that goes all the way up to management. This McDonalds isn't even worth the star I had to give. Call Corporate and the board of health back our experience. Stopped through during our road trip so the children can eat and play in the indoor play area. All tables in the play area was covered with trash, food and trash on the floor and the garbage cans over flowing. If I would have know the conditions of the store before we ordered we would have kept going. Restaurant rooms toilet paper Finneman products and diapers on the floor. No toilet paper talk to management tell them about it he cussed my aunt he didn't have any management skills and Provoked this situation over asking for toilet paper in the women's restroom. While a 17 year old worker was taking a break sitting in the common areas crewing tobacco. We arrived about 7:30 on March 17, 2018 and the restaurant looked like it hasn't been cleaned since the AM shift.
