This was the worst experience I have had. When I pulled up the drive through the employees were messing around the entire time I was ordering. I ordered three meals and two extra large fries everything I ordered was supposed to be large. Two drinks and a thing of fries were mediums that they gave us. Then they forgot to give us two things of fries. So I go in to tell them that we were missing them. We also weren't given a receipt. The manager then denied it and wouldn't give me the fries. He was very rude to me. I go back to the care to get my mom who stayed in the car to hold the food. She goes in and talks with the manager and he told us that next time we should order right and he demanded that we should pay for the fries, even though if his employees weren't messing around none of this would have happened read more

Worst McDonald's ever! The owner doesn't care about any of the customers, because the issues are never fixed! My nuggets are always stuck together and soggy. I ate hair with my french fries. I ordered a triple cheeseburger, got two patties and 3 pieces of cheese. Went back to get it corrected. I would just like to start by saying... I have worked in the rest. Industry most of my life, this place is a joke. I have seen several female employees walk with their aprons to the restrooms and drop them on the floor (of not only a public restroom but one that is located in a truck/travel stop) The food has made both my family and I very sick and several of times.. At the same time the staff seems put out by their customers and irritated with them as well. One of the most frustrating things about this place is that several times we've stopped in here they've closed.. Closed an open 24-hour restaurant and without warning. They hadn't even told the store on the other side that they were closing even the night of let alone, before hand. read more

I worked here, the management is a joke. I have been trying to figure out if I still have a job since September 30th. With no correspondence from any of the managers. When I contact Jesus the hiring manager he tells me I have to talk to Jeff the owner and he has only responded to my messages maybe 3 times. They found a rat under the soda machines in the lobby and they took it to the back and drowned it. They are not the cleanest whatsoever. The service sucks as well. I am a very hard worker yet they treated me like trash because I don't speak Spanish. One of the days I was working a manger, told me "maybe you should brush your hair next time" my hair was up in a pony tail and was puffy because the night before I had it in braids. To sum it up in one word, HORRIBLE!! I ordered a quarter pounder with out cheese or onions. Waited a good amount of time in the drive through and had to ask for my sandwich because they forgot it. Then to my surprise after opening the box I received a quarter pounder with extra cheese even though the grill slip taped to the box clearly stated no cheese, no onions. I feel this was a deliberate attempt to mess with my order. I went inside and gave the sandwich to the young man who appeared to be in charge. He said he was sorry and went to the back to get the correct sandwich. Meanwhile the young high school aged staff were clowning around, all whistling together and one was even dancing. I just spent nearly $24 dollars on my family's order which probably paid for a couple of these idiots wages for the hour. Never again will I go to this McDonalds. You don't deliberately mess with someones food, ever. What I really would like is to contact the owner and let him know what a fool his employees are making of him and his restaurant because after all they represent him and his business. This is probably the worst McDonald's ever first off they can never get your orders right every single time you go there they can't seem to put the right food in a bag. A few visits ago I ordered a bunch of cheeseburgers for baseball team they had the right amount of cheeseburgers but forgot to put meat in for five of them. The blond girl with the tattoos is extremely rude she told me she would not take my order when I told her that they forgot to put meat in our hamburgers I let the manager know and she kind of shrugged it off and took my order and then tried to charge me for the burgers that they forgot to put the meat in not to mention watching people carry bags out of food and seeing them ploy ease eat out of the bags are steal a fry or two if it wasn't one of our only options out here for something quick probably would never go there read more

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been at. Of the 10+ times I've been to this location over the years, not a single time has my order been correct. Today just took the cake. As a precursor, I'd like to say that I work at a McDonald's, so I know how things are supposed to run. Anyways, I walked in, and basically had to let the very apathetic looking blonde with resting-bitch-face I was ready to order. She never greeted me or even offered a smile (not that any other employee or manager was either) and was very rude asking if I needed "anything else" as if my order was an inconvenience to her. She never asked if I needed any cream or sugar for my coffee, and she rolled her eyes when I did. She never repeated back my order (I guess maybe her store doesn't follow the "Ask/Ask/Tell" policy) and while I had all my items, the hash browns were disgusting. They weren't hot, fresh, and were a soggy, limp mess. Hash browns are only good for 10 minutes once fried, and, from my experience, they looked like they had been up there a solid 20 minutes. Overall, I was pretty ticked off at the experience, and it makes me sick that these people represent a brand name so poorly. read more
