This McDonald's is located inside the Love's Travel Center. It has its own entrance and seating area but is open into the Love's and shares Love's restrooms. The McDonald's was clean, the staff was friendly and the food was classic McDonald's fare. I certainly wouldn't want to eat this on a daily basis but it's very well suited for a quick pit stop when driving the interstate. read more

It's abysmal we can't trust the drive thru. One thing you can trust is they'll forget some part of your order.

We ordered online and sent us to park and we see 7 people get there food before us that took about 15-20 of our time so we went inside to ask for our food read more

The place was nice and clean and the place was being cleaned when we arrived. The tables had no stuff on them and it even smelled clean! And they delivered the food right to us and were very polite. The food was not too greasy and the orange juice was not watery and its food was filling. read more

I am the first to point out poor quality and service. So I also need to point out when I have a great experience. Saturday 11/8/2025 was such a day. I didn't catch the young lady's name but she was possibly one of the best employees in that location. We frequent the Bennett CO location and the usual SOP is let the Kiosk handle everything and damn the counter, management included. This young lady was minding the counter and the customers in the dinning room with exceptional service. I wish I had noted her name, she has reddish blonde hair and round glasses. She knows who she is. I did recognize her in person. The food was on par with McDonalds and this location was clean as expected. Thanks to who ever you are. read more

This McDonald's sucks, I placed an online order and when I arrived it took them 20 minutes to bring me my order and it was incomplete. After that I waited another 15 minutes and had to go inside to get the rest of my order. AVOID THIS PLACE!!! read more

ordered drive through and it was fast, but they forgot our fries, and I ordered a Dr Pepper in a kids meal, which is ALREADY a VERY small size. when they handed us the kids Dr Pepper, it was literally filled up halfway with exactly four pieces of ice. additionally, it tasted watered down. if I was blind folded, I wouldn't even be able to tell it was Dr Pepper. I wouldn't say I'm satisfied, but the food wasn't horrible. read more

I order 2 Mc Chicken I like to eat them with ranch I ask at the window if I can get 2 ranch they said there out but only checked there feet I ask if they can check the back they said no there out still looking at there feet like if it's magically going to pop up horrible service as well trying to rush everything read more

Always try to give them the benefit of the doubt but EVERY time I come they forget something, and can't listen to the order. I get a frappe most times if I come and always ask for no whipped cream. Without a doubt I always get whipped cream. Ordered a McCrispy with no pickles, got the bread and chicken ONLY, no lettuce, or tomatoes. This place is a joke read more

Listening to the order!!! They suck at listening. We have a food allergy for mustard and only order ketchup only. More than 80% of the time they mess it up! I live outside of town so I can't go exchange it easily. Tired of wasting my money. read more

I haven't eaten at McDonalds for awhile and I was craving their fries and a Big Mac along with a chocolate shake. This came to almost $14.00. The hamburger was cold and tasted like cardboard, the fries were limp and cold and as for the milkshake I just had to laugh when she gave it to me. It was the size of a small soda cup, filled halfway with the milkshake and filled the rest to the top with whip cream, I guess to make you feel like you're really getting a full cup. Sonic burgers are so MUCH better and their shakes are awesome and as for the fries, they can't be any worse then the ones I got at McDonald yesterday. AND I feel McDonalds prices are very high for what you get. I don't do take out often but the next time and from here on out I will be going to Sonic. read more

Just give us our receipt! McDonald's receipts have a survey link on every receipt so you can get a free sandwich by filling out the survey and you never even ask us if we want our receipt. Make us tell you we don't want the receipt, just automatically give customers a receipt, especially those who pay with credit cards it's not that hard. I've spoken to managers before about it and I guess they don't seem to care much about their two star rating because they're still not doing what the customer wants. read more

I went to the counter to order and 3 employees (one being a manager) looked at me and didn't even acknowledge me with a smile or I'll be right with you. I stood at the counter over 60 seconds (they were NOT busy) finally gave up and took my business elsewhere. I don't even do reviews, but McDonalds has been progressively going down hill in customer service for over a year. I haven't had a single order right the last 3 times I have been there over 6 months. I will not be returning there again any time soon. read more

If you want decent McDonald's just go to Aurora! As a matter of fact go somewhere other than here! Asked for no salt on any of my order in hopes of fresher then normal (no line present) when I got home burger was old, fries were old and soggy and had salt drenched on them, someone needs to definitely do a quality control on the food! read more

Coffee is awful. Added fake cream because Mc Donald's is to cheap to provide Half & Half and it was still bad. Added sugar and that didn't help. read more

How hard is it to put only ketchup on a burger. Almost every time I go they mess up! You never know what kind of allergies someone might have(.) read more

Service is terrible, food almost warm, gave me half of what I ordered and then acted like it was my fault the order was wrong. Employees have very little understanding or ability to speak english. This is the second time I have had this problem in this store. Corporate needs to clean house and start over. I even warned a bunch of hunters about the store and told them they should go across the street to Carl's Jr. which they did. Will NEVER eat at this store again. read more

While I was there, I had to get my drinks replaced and saw 4 other people getting other drinks replaced. The manager was so young, there is no way she was over 20. The service took forever and the portions of food were about half the size a normal McDonalds serves. raw chicken and a burnt bun. NOT worth your money and time. read more

This place is a mess. Food is sloppily put together. Either cold or not even correct. My neighbor even got a chicken sandwich that was raw on the inside. Avoid unless it's the only place open. And even then just order fries, they seem to be okay at making those. read more

When we went through the drive-through, the lady was very friendly and nice. Our food was fresh and delicious. Very good customer service

McDonald's - Burgers Near Me - Bennett, Colorado

A number of female employees were trying to flirt with me in the drive through and I didn't appreciate it and felt uncomfortable. Please make it stop. Also water felt a little thick and didn't really know what that was about read more

If you want to wait forever, overpay for poor quality food that's a long ways from fresh, and be "served" by rude high schoolers playing grab-ass around your food; then this place is perfect for you. But then again, I guess it is a McDonalds. read more

The last time I eaten hear the mested up my burger and put the wrong topings on my burger.

As a former local. This place just dropped in quality in the last 2 years. Everytime I came back they screwed up my order. Can't even get cheese on a burger anymore. Right now I've been waiting like 20 minutes for McDonalds. Granted it's almost 3 in the morning, but if most McDonalds can at least get the food out in like under 3 minutes at these hours, then why can't this one? Probably new management or something, but jeez how. Negative Star read more

I love it here the works are so nice and sweet. There may be a long line and waiting but they all do try there best and work hard. Especially with how low staff they are they really do try they best to get what needs to be done. read more

We have not always had good service here. The past few times and tonight was great. Thank you.

If I could give this mcDonalds no stars I would! After a rude encounter at the drive-through with an extremely unpleasant delinquent, we were told they were out of half of the stuff and had to ask for sauce three times. The kid had one job and couldn't even supply our bag with napkins or the fries we paid for! What happened to taking pride in what you do, no matter what it may be? I can't believe they have more than one star. read more

Worst I ever seen, I live near by and can easily say that. I really enjoy the truck stop. The owner of this MCD has no clue about this MCD, the management seem to be not manage the employees. Seems like they only hire out of town. If you speak Spanish you will get hired in a new York minute. They can't even get the drinks right. I am disable and I will not go inside at all. There is water, pop, trash every where. Very slippery, nice if want to sue if I fall. I will be so rich. Management see it but don't clean or have staff do it. The employees and managers are the problem I can't even get a drink at drive Thu. read more

Unfriendly staff, hate to ask for everything since now they have everything behind the counter. The condiments, soda, napkins etc are not out were the customers are and get to. Plus really do not like the layout of the place read more

Is there no pride in anything anymore? This has to be one of the first McDonald's. The last two times I have been there they have messed up my order Had to use the computer to order on and still wrong. Had to wait 10 minutes plus to get our order that was wrong and it was not even near warm! Worst meal ever McDonald's get your act together! Quit being so tight hire people not computers! read more

We had a larger order and by the time we got to the window to pay, they had the everything ready to go. We think it was the fastest McDonald'a drive thru we have ever been to! Impressive! read more

This place straight up sucks. Got my order completely wrong. Had to stay at the counter for 10min while they squabble around in the back trying to get the order right. Extremely unprofessional and I did not feel appreciated as a customer. Incompetent crew 24/7. read more

I can depend on this location messing up my order at least 50% of the time. The food is fine and normal for any McDonald's. The inside is very clean and open. The staff is usually friendly. However, it is frustrating that I am never sure if I will actually get what I ordered. After returning and complaining so many times, you just start to assume your order will be wrong. Go here if you want a surprise meal! read more

One of the worst locations I have been to. The order is never correct, TWO double HAMbugers NO cheese. I always get them with cheese. The new deal with any size drinks they tell me sorry its only for a MED. Hold up the sign said any size drink. With the same deal they never have apple pies ready. This is indeed one of my least favorite locations. read more
