whoever is the manager on night shift on 11/25/25 @6:50pm needs to be removed from this store. He threatened to call the police on me all because i said "hello" in the speaker because he kept taking everyone else order except for mine while I was waiting in the furthest lane in the drive thru. after he said that I got upset of course and he started going back and forth with me so ofc I got even louder because he was being even more unprofessional and rude. I think this is the same manager from my last time there who kept slamming the window on me while I was talking to him about having the wrong items in my bag.. Lol it's McDonald's man! You go there because you can stuff your face without leaving your car and in 1-10 minutes. You've been to 1 you've been to them all. The workers don't care, if they get an order right it's a heart attack because I swear it just doesn't happen. They're zombies, no customer service skills, try to tell a joke to brighten up the mood, they awkward stare because they can't process anything else then hi and bye. Obviously the food is trash, I try not to go to McDonald's at all, I avoid it as much as possible. Horrible food and customer service. Oh and their ice cream machines are rarely actually broken. It's a long process to take it apart and clean it, lots of little parts to soak and scrub. Only 1 person at a McDonald's normally knows how to do it. So when they say the ice cream machines are down or broken, it's an easier way to say they're too lazy to clean it. I've cleaned them before, it's headache, teach your staff how to do stuff. I get it's an under $1 bland cone, but if you're too lazy to do the work, just say so. Don't blame others because you don't want to do your job. I tell ya, it's always something every time we come here. It's the only one on the west side of Beloit so we kinda have no choice. Honestly, I'm going to start driving to a different one. The pictures are of a sausage McMuffin with egg and cheese. Most of the English muffin is missing. How do they think this is acceptable to serve to a customer? Never again. I went into lobby to order , had a manager who was walking around yelling through the kitchen to employees which was obnoxious in its own right. I stood there for about five minutes before the manager yelled "lobby is full! Can someone get on a register ". Meanwhile you have employees goofing around , one of which is walking around with a backwards hat and headphones in his ears. I place my order. After ten minutes I look at their order screens and see my order is cleared out (which is done in the kitchen when the items are made , and then by the runners once it's served ). At this point the manager is busy dealing with an apparent employee feud in the middle of the lobby and is completely ignoring what is going on in her store. No one is taking orders , you have a handful of employees goofing off and a select few employees trying to keep things functioning. Finally an employee who even says they don't work the front , tries to step in as acting manager while the real wannabe Jerry springer manager is mediating an employee feud IN THE MIDDLE OF THE LOBBY BY THE ENTRANCE... It's called the break room. the acting manager calls to the kitchen asking the status and their response is "I don't know" She tells them to put a rush order on my order. After five minutes of her continually telling the kitchen to hurry up and "please come on just make the eggs , he's been waiting 20 minutes". , she finally interrupts jerry springer and says "I'm sorry but you need to come over here and give him his money back, he's been waiting 20 minutes and they just dropped his damn eggs on the floor " Jerry springer gives me my money back and says "I'm really sorry about that " I don't know her name since she didn't have a name tag on , but as a former McDonald's employee and trainer , I wanted so badly to say "employee conduct is a reflection management quality ". She is someone who obviously got a manager spot because she probably is an employee who actually stuck around for more than a year , it certainly isn't because she knows what she's doing. Single most embarrassing McDonald's I've ever worked in or attended . My 16 year old self could have ran that restaurant better. Sorry but you can't claim your location limits your employee quality when the woodmans grocery store right next to you has employees the same age who act professional. read more

I now understand why this McDonald's only has one star. There was only one person in front of me and I had a mobile order and waited 20 minutes for two happy meals and chicken nugget meal. Then when they finally brought it out they only brought one happy meal and then when they finally brought me the second it only had four french fries in the box. I will never visit this location again. read more

Here I am again, a little over one year later (7/4/18) and this place is still horrible. I sat at speaker #1 waiting to order food and said "hello" multiple times nicely to the speaker after waiting for 3 minutes and there was no response. A vehicle pulls up to speaker #2 and gets helped right away. So I say hello a couple of more times and no response. A second vehicle is getting a response and help on speaker #2 at this point... still nothing on my speaker. I drive around and come back to the speaker to finally get help. This is ridiculous. The speaker wasn't broken, someone wasn't doing their job because I could hear one teenager yelling at another teenager to get on the speaker. On top of it, I had to wait 15 minutes for chicken nuggets and they still messed up our order and their soda machine was broken so we couldn't have any of McDonald's signature coke. $11.50/hr starting is wayyyy too much for these kids. read more

Went to McDonalds on Madison Rd on Wednesday sat at drive thru waiting to order and yelling to see if anybody was going to take my order go 10 minutes. I finally pull up to payment window and had to knock on window to get someone to take my order. The girl that did tells me she'd take it but it wasn't her job. So then I pull up to pick up window and they say I have to go to reserve parking. I would have left but I just had to see how long it took for me to get my food! When the food came out there were 3 of us waiting plus drive they was backed up! I don't get an explanation about the wait but when I get home I ordered a bacon quarter pounder and mine had no bacon and the two plain cheeseburgers had everything on them! This is getting to be a common problem with all McDonald's in Beloit! read more

This location will never see me again. I went through the drive-thu and they gave my order to someone else so they told me to pull forward and they will bring out to me. I waited 20 minutes. Went inside and asked where my order was. They gave it to someone else AGAIN. Asked to just give me my money back and the girl was on her cell phone. so, she got the manager and I told her "if everybody wasn't on there cell phone maybe you can get things right". Got yelled at by the staff (or one particular lady who looked super grumpy). Placed an order, couldn't understand what the heck they were saying pulled forward...realized we forgot one thing for my grandma (it's her first time out of the house as she's ill and we are taking a drive) so we pulled back a few feet and said what she wanted. When we got up there they were confused. Rude as hell. Lady says "you can never do that EVER". That was ridiculous. Anyone in customer service knows you are never rude to your customers...they are your customers. Maybe laugh and say "hey next time just so you know we can't do that" it's McDonalds. Probably the worst McD's in the entire empire. Terribly slow service, food is never hot, and the drive through line is ALWAYS at least a 10 minute wait. Go hungry or go to the hot dog place down the street. read more

If you have nowhere else to be and all day to wait, there's a 5 out of 10 chance that you'll get your order served up sometime today and done correctly. If you go through the drive-thru, make sure you have a full tank of gas. It seems that they're always understaffed, just slow, or nobody cares if you get your food in a timely manner. read more
