Over time things have gotten better. Not all the time though. Some days the food is good and fresh and made well. Others it's thrown together and so messy and sometimes the fries are a waste. Inedible fries are frustrating. In the end we do tend to eat here a few times every so often. I do wish they were more consistent. Though with fast food that can be difficult. I am so sick and tired of getting crappy overpriced food from our local McDonald's. Greasy buns, cold meat, unmelted cheese, and looking like a 2 year slapped it together. I always love talking with Linda in the drive thru. Great service. There is one gent that keeps the parking lot looking impeccable! Unfortunately, the McDonald's truck drivers don't use the designated truck lane at the south end of the lot. Instead, they pull into the handicap access to load and unload. Which, although by itself is screwed up, that's not the big problem. What happens is that it creates a terribly dangerous situation with hwy 3 traffic backing into the highway. So many times that truck has caused a trail out to the major high speed arterial. Also, the app needs work. Last time I did a mobile order was just that. My last time. One day the person behind the counter had to re-ring my mobile order. I ended up getting charged about twice of what I should have. I never use the app now. This, in turn, has provided me with much less advantageous deals, and has caused me to get food more often elsewhere. This probably isn't necessarily a bad thing. read more

We pulled up a little bit after 10:30 AM Sunday morning and the only reason we stopped by was because my son wanted to try out the Grimace meal, the popular shake. The line was soooooooo (you get my drift) long! Of course we stayed because I was stuck in line and my son had to get his shake . Almost 15 min later, we get up to the order kiosk for them to tell us their shake machine was being cleaned!!! WHY??!! I've never worked at a fast food joint so I don't know, but why wouldn't you have cleaned that machine BEFORE the lunch hour rush?!?! What a disappointment. After ordering, it took another 10 min for us to get our food! The only saving grace was the lady taking payment was very nice so I couldn't get mad at her (not her fault). All that and we didn't even get our shake! But needless to say, I will not be coming back here during lunch hour rush on a weekend and holiday weekend at that! I don't go to McDonald's often, but I usually enjoy it when I do. Breakfast is always the same: Sausage Mcmuffin and a large coffee. I am diabetic and I always get cream and splenda. Today was the 2nd time there was zero splenda in the coffee, the difference was that I didn't get a chance to taste it before I left the drive thru so I couldn't have them fix it. This is not a hard thing. Everything is pre-measured so the coffee should be exactly the same everytime. That is a main reason I like getting my coffee here. I hope someone at the Belfair McDonald's reads this and explains to their crew that it is the repeat customer that pays their salaries so they need to actually earn it. read more

I should say first off, i'm not a huge fan of McDonalds.. But this is one of the best I've been too and I think they deserve their star rating to go up! They got our orders exactly right (things being taken off and added to 3 burgers on our order.. that's a huge for mcdonalds to get it all right!!) The real reason we went to this location is we just moved to the area and the kids were sick of being in the house unpacking. They really needed to run off some energy! I get it that McDonald's are franchises and all, but how does this Belfair location justify charging 22% more than the Gig Harbor North McD's (e.g., $2.19 in Belfair vs. $1.79 in Gig for the exact same sandwich on the same day)? Wow I'm shocked. We went through the drive through. I ordered a Big Mac and food for husband and I. Went to pay and was shocked it was 22 bucks for just the two of us. When we went to pick up window there was a sign that said 2 Big Macs for 5 bucks. I told her I just paid 5.00 for one regular price and was not told about the deal when I ordered and could I get the second Big Mac.. she yells to manager and comes back with " My manager said No". Just terrible. The workers seem to be alright, but the service is consistently the slowest of any McD's. They get orders mixed and the mobile order curbside takes forever. I had a worker drop my food while acting a fool bringing it to me curbside. Had to wait to recook and I made the guy destroy my burgers to ensure I wasn't getting the same burgers repackaged. It's the only McD within a 20 min drive, so they can afford to be the worst. People will continue get soda that taste like a mix of sodas, and burgers with greasy fingers indented on the buns. Why bust their butts when they are underpaid and overworked? They finally (yet poorly) fixed the pothole that has been breaking cars for the past 6 months. Poorly Managed!!! Just so frustrating. We keep thinking they can't screw up EVERY TIME we go there. We need to stop hoping. They were out of 1/4 pounder meat that was the sale I was going to get. which was really no biggie. It happens, I understand. So I buy two bacon McDoubles which were definitely not on sale but if she can't have her quarter pounderds, my little girl loves the bacon McDoubles. She has them only mayonnaise which is what they usually mess up. Not this time. Itnws only mayonnaise. But they FORGOT THE BACON. How do you forget the bacon on a bacon McDoubles? I was very unimpressed. All I ordered was a large coffee, and it was half the size of a large coffee at every other McDonald's I have ever been to. I said "I think there has been a mistake, I ordered a large", to which they replied "that is the largest size we sell". If they want to sell non-standard sizes, that is their business, but they should make it CLEAR on the menu, so that people who are expecting what they have received at hundreds of other McDonald's don't get a disappointing surprise. read more

Always easy to go in grab a meal for a decently quick meal. Cheaper than most restaurants friendly service as well.

A couple of friends and myself stoped by McDonald's cuz we were in a hurry to get somewhere. So we figured we could grab a quick bite through the drive-thru and we pull up to the drive-thru and the gentleman says wait a minute please so we wait and wait l. We then asked excuse me sir are you ready after we've been sitting for 3 minutes and we get a very rude response back so we just drove off and didn't get anything. We probably would have spent at least $40 or $50 at this restaurant. I will not return to this establishment and I'm telling all my friends and family not to go here either you don't like dealing with customers then don't be in customer service we're just hungry and wanted some food. read more

Stopped in to this McDonalds while driving through the area on a roadtrip. Location looks recently remodeled and is pretty clean. Couple of flies in the seating area. I really want to highlight the customer service at this location- all of the employees are nice, but Samantha by far gave us the best McDonald's experience we've ever had. read more
