I placed a mobile order at 11:50am for lunch and went to pick it up. My order was not ready until 12:30. It was just a 10 piece nugget meal and a double quarter pounder meal. The food was okay, but this McDonalds is always super slow! Not FAST FOOD. read more

This is the slowest McDonalds in the world:). I don't think I have been one time that I was not asked to pull up or park in a parking pick up place. This is even with me being the only customer. They are hit and miss on friendliness. I prefer the Taco Bell next door since they are friendly and quick. Don't recommend this location. read more

I seriously don't like to leave a bad review, but this particular visit just irritated me that I had to! I drove up to the drive-thru window at exactly 5:04 p.m., per my receipt, and simply ordered one simple item, a large Carmel McCafe Frappe, easy right! Well, I was told by the girl at the window to please park in space #2, and I responded by saying, "Just for my frappe." She then said yes because "they had to re-do it!" Ok, so I pull forward and park in space #2, and I watch as 6, not 5, not 4, but 6 cars and 10 minutes go by, and I still have no frappe! I then proceeded to get out of my truck and walk inside the restaurant, as I walked up to the empty counter, with no customers or even an employee, and yet waited again for someone to help me, now some 12 minutes into this ordeal when here walks up a young lady with my drink in hand and simply hands it to me, no apology, no nothing! To say the least, I will never return to this McDonald's location, and I sincerely hope that management takes the time to read my review and do something about it, but from reading some of the prior reviews, I doubt that anyone in management or for that matter, the McDonald's corporation really cares! read more

The service was alright but the food terrible. Everyone expects less from mcd because it's a major chain and it's just fast food, and I get that. This location however gave us cold fries, completely wrong order, and nothing was hot, not even lukewarm. Again, for cheap it's not the best but I mean there's other mcd around that do much better. Then, we find an entire BONE in the nuggets like seriously?? -2/10 read more

McDonald's - An entire CHICKEN BONE in the 10 Piece McNuggets - Fast Food Near Me - Baton Rouge, Louisiana

So I got the 2 for $6 special and one of them was a quarter pounder with cheese. McDonald's quality has gone down. The burgers are so small it looks like the size of a regular cheeseburger. There was not a stitch of a piece of onion on the burger either!! I've got a question though. Why don't the burgers ever look like they do in the advertised commercials? Isn't that false advertising? Hmmmmm. read more

As far as McDonalds go I think this one is nice and friendly. People usually only go out of their way to review a fast food place if they had a bad experience. I guarantee you that every fast food restaurant has their moments. I come here sometimes for a quick breakfast after I drop my son off at daycare on my way to the gym. I like their oatmeal and breakfast sandwiches. I've actually encountered some very friendly workers here. And the food is always correct and fast. I didn't find the dining room to be too cold so maybe they fixed this issue. Edit: I did notice that the front dining room was much colder than the back. read more

this place sucks! the employees and didnt let us use our credit card to pay! THE CAKE POPS WERE HORRIBLE

Disappointed. First window cashier, did not give me my right amount back, waited longer than expected to leave, didn't receive my entire order, lack of communication within the employees on what's going on. unprofessional. Don't recommend this location. read more

These people took 45 mins to make my food and were talking on the phone the whole time

Wish there was a 0 star option. This has got to be the worst McDonald's in the country. Whoever is in charge of this location needs to clean house and hire actual capable human beings to work here. Food is never right, staff is horribly rude, service is awful, and you are lucky to not sit in a 20 minute line before you get your messed up order, it is truly pitiful. So sad Central has the worst McDonald's in history. read more

The worst place , ever the chick pulled me up forgot about me. It's a good thing I walked in because my order didn't exist good thing I had receipt , the girl at window didn't care . All of this for a few hamburgers 0 stars read more

if I could give negative stars I would. i was spoken to very rudely because the cashier called out an order for the previous car "you had uhhh a hot and spicy" and I said yes. and then I corrected her and said I had 1 hot and spicy and 3 McDoubles. And she caught and attitude and directed me in such a manner that was uncalled for because she made a mistake. Had she been paying attention, she would have noticed the car in front of me pulled out and left And she "cashed out" the wrong ticket. She couldn't even operate the cash register. She needs more training in ALL Aspects of food service. And being an absolute horrid person isn't it. read more

I absolutely hate this McDonalds. They never seem to get your order right. Sometimes your food is cold even though you had to wait on it. And they charge $0.28 per sweet and sour sauce, whether it's the first sauce or not. I'd rather support a plastic bag flying in the street before I spend another penny at this McDonalds. read more

McDonald's in central sucks in every way possible. Service, fresh food, quality of ingredients, price, getting what you ordered and time waiting. The employees tasked with interacting with the customers are not only not friendly or helpful, they are rude and seem annoyed that you are even bothering them. They aren't helpful and are argumentative if you have a problem. One girl actually tried to serve me water with sugar and insisted it was sweet tea. She defended her claim and said "taste it if you don't believe me". Stunning in the worst way. read more

Crazy how these people want $15 an hour and can't get a simple order right. Y'all all I ordered was a 10 piece chicken nugget meal with honey mustard and a sprite. What I got instead was 10 chicken nuggets and carbonated water that tasted terrible. Charged me for a full meal, and I didn't realize I was missing anything till I got home, check your bag before you leave. read more

the workers here are so amazing! every time i come i'm always greeted with a smile and always place my order in a breeze. nothing is ever cold, old, or wrong. read more

Even though I'm not a fan of McDonald's food for myself, I get my kids happy meals on occasion. I have never, ever had a good experience at this location. They're very slow, often get orders incorrect and most of the staff is rude. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars and not 1 is because there is one very kind lady at the drive-thru register who always has a smile on her face, makes conversation and has left a positive impression on me. read more

I'm not sure if i can give less than a star but these people are terrible. I don't really eat fast food but there's a storm coming and that's what my kids wanted . Everything is wrong , the dude at the counter is worried about checkin out his " side chick " in there . Just gross , i wish it would finally go out of business read more

My daughter and I went to get three burgers and they got them ALL WRONG! My whole order was wrong! I really need to stop going there!

Very dissatisfied with this particular location. This morning two coworkers along with myself walked into this establishment. We patiently waited at the counter and was not addressed in a fair waiting time. Four separate individuals glanced at us however, never attempted to take our order. I asked the lady working the drive thru window who appeared to be the manager and was ignored. A fellow Customer in the dining area said he had to place his order with the cook. Give me a break. We left that particular establishment and drive to another mc Donald's where we were treated properly and not ignored. The staff made it look like a racial issue. The customer on the dining area as well as my group were a different race than this staff. Don't ask me to promote higher wages for this type of service. I don't care if you are short handed in staffing or if you have a bad day. When you choose to work I. The service industry your job is to be pleasant to your customers. Any manager should know this. I'm over this place. read more

Worst ever place to go to, don't go there!!!!. The staff is rude, we went inside yesterday and he asked the lady if they had dipped cones and she named off a few and he said just vanilla and she shook her head and rolled her eyes. Then the manager said he should have asked for his money back. He was 12 they we're adults, people are not mind readers here . No name tags period, they should have name tags, plus they keep so cold in there that you cant enjoy eating inside, we've seen one customer get some food and tried to eat inside, but it was cold inside , that when we went outside to eat his food,we can thaw out litterally. ever, especially the Blonde who took our order who had no name tag and manager who did have one, who did not offer no apologies. Oh by the way if you walk in to make an order, drive thru comes first before the customer. But if you do go there watch them carefully and dont let them get out of lune with you or customers, if you have to report them and leave feedback on all sites. read more
