I got boneless wings in 4 different flavors. Listed in order of my favorite. -Louisiana Rub -Spicy Korean BBQ -Hawaiian - Cajun I would order all of these flavors again. They were DELICIOUS. I also got the Cajun corn which was TO DIE FOR! So yummy and flavorful! A side of fries. The fries were good but definitely not my favorite fast food fry. They were almost a little sweet, strange. But still good. I got a triple fudge brownie, NOPE! Won't order that again. My husband ate it, one bite was enough for me. It was more of a pound cake consistency, and had little to no flavor. I was really nervous to try this establishment based on the overall reviews- until I heard that they got new management. I've been getting food here regularly since the new owners took over. At first, the food was great. But recently, the food quality has gotten really bad. It seems like they aren't changing their oil. The boneless wings are saturated with grease on the breading and the meat is dry like it's overcooked. The fries are also soaked with grease and burnt. Popeyes across the parking lot was not in our stars but we see hope after spotting Wing Stop. We decide on the 10 piece boneless, a 40 piece crew pack and 6 rolls, to-go. We choose the 10 piece original hot, 3 of the 4 flavor choices were to be lemon pepper and the remaining choice was BBQ. A 15 minute wait turns into a 40 minute wait. Frustrating chicken run goes south again. Turns out we didn't notice the cashier combined the orders to a single 40 piece crew pack. We ended up with 10 original hot wings, 3 SINGULAR lemon pepper wings, 25 BBQ wings and 6 rolls. Didn't add up so we did a chicken count, reviewed the receipt and ended up with 2 tributes who had to find something else to fill their bellies. Still doesn't add up but oh well. Here's the thing, I want to like Wing-Stop, but I guess it's not meant to be. Maybe my expectations are too high, I'm not too sure honestly. Let's start with the positives. It's relatively cheap for what you're getting. I also appreciate that the food is made fresh. Of all the times I've been, the food has never been cold or felt that it wasn't freshly cooked. Now to the bad part, the seasoning. I feel like they are so heavy handed when it comes to putting seasoning on both the wings and the fries. Sometimes it's so heavy that it makes it almost impossible to enjoy your meal. Like today, I ordered the Lemon Pepper boneless wings as well as fries. I feel like they dumped the whole container of seasoning on both the wings and the fries. The Lemon Pepper was so strong that I almost couldn't taste the meat. It was not pleasant. As far as the fries, they were overwhelmed with seasoning. They were also sweet, like they use sugar and salt to season them. I'm not a fan of the sweetness of the fries. Luckily I ordered ranch. I had to almost drown everything in sauce to make it a bit more bearable. If they toned down on the seasoning, I think it would be a lot better. On a slightly better note, the workers were very polite; however, they seemed extremely bored and a bit stand offish. Although I didn't mind that being I'm stand offish myself, I could see how that could make customers feel a certain way. In conclusion, don't think I'll be stopping here again.
