I had never had wing stop before. But the ranch videos that dominate TikTok had me craving some today so I ordered it through door dash. It arrived hot, fresh, and saucy! I got boneless wings in 4 different flavors. Listed in order of my favorite. -Louisiana Rub -Spicy Korean BBQ -Hawaiian - Cajun I would order all of these flavors again. They were DELICIOUS. I also got the Cajun corn which was TO DIE FOR! So yummy and flavorful! A side of fries. The fries were good but definitely not my favorite fast food fry. They were almost a little sweet, strange. But still good. I got a triple fudge brownie, NOPE! Won't order that again. My husband ate it, one bite was enough for me. It was more of a pound cake consistency, and had little to no flavor. Of course I had to get extra ranch, because DUH! It's so good! read more

I picked up food Togo and the customer service was AWFUL! They didn't acknowledge me to the point I thought they couldn't hear. When they did acknowledge me they tossed me my food and kept going completely ignoring my patience. The wings were okay, but their "customer service" is enough for me to never come back to this location!! read more

Wingstop - Chicken Wings Near Me - City Of Central, Louisiana

I was craving wingstop one day so I ordered it! I don't remember which flavors I got. But I do remember it being good!!! The service was good got here fast and quick! I don't have much to say for the ambiance from this order because it was to go. read more

Absolutely atrocious. I walked in yesterday and it's reeked of putrid, rotten meat. My friend got food poisoning and was literally screaming in pain because of how bad it tore her stomach up. The chicken is rancid. Why would anyone think this is ok to serve to people? read more

Called to place an order for a combo for my me and my husband. Was told that they could not put two combos on one ticket. I told them to just put one on this ticket and I'd call from my husbands phone to place his order. I was told this was not possible. I said "never mind, cancel the whole order". She argued with me and I couldn't understand what she was saying- her English seemed broken and she continued to argue. She ended up hanging up on me. Will not go back while under this management. read more

The Food is always fresh & hot I always order online. Nice & clean place to eat. I'm in love with Korean bbq tenders

This location is under new management and you can tell. We got 10 light lemon pepper and 10 hot honey well done. The wings were delicious and perfectly cooked and seasoned. Customer service was excellent also. This location will be our go to from now on. Keep up the excellent service read more

This location has changed ownership and the new owners have let this location go down, place stinks and they do not speak good English, constantly messing up orders and staff are very rude. I drive to Juban to pick up my order now. This place is disgusting and not as clean as it use to be. read more

I was really nervous to try this establishment based on the overall reviews- until I heard that they got new management. Just got home with my food and it's still nice and hot and crispy, it made my mouth water the whole way home. Great service, very quick and efficient. Even with a few amount of workers my husband and I were in an out, albeit we had placed an online order about 15 minutes beforehand, but the workers made sure to leave us satisfied! read more

They had no gloves on the place Reeks of a foul odor, they had no hair nets I'm giving it one star because all the drinks were waterd down and when I told him he said "ok " and he did nothing about it. The only good thing was the tea, the tables and floors were sticky and when the guy handed me my food I noticed his fingernails were filthy and clogged with dirt I will never in life eat at this location ever again!!!! I asked for a refund and was denied and once I called corporate they said that were going to grant me a refund but it has been 3 weeks and I am still waiting. read more

I've been getting food here regularly since the new owners took over. At first, the food was great. But recently, the food quality has gotten really bad. It seems like they aren't changing their oil. The boneless wings are saturated with grease on the breading and the meat is dry like it's overcooked. The fries are also soaked with grease and burnt. I love the convenience to my job and would love to keep getting food here but the quality has to get better. read more

A place to order online December 14, 2024. I see that there are new owners once I walked in the store had to do the greeting as far as speaking, and the store smells. I will not come back here to order again. read more

Waited 45 minutes for our wings with nobody else in the place! We won't be back. We got a refund and left. I told 2 guys that just walked in good luck. They followed us to our car for the story. They left too. This place won't survive with the current staff! read more

The worst Wingstop I had in a while. I ordered spicy Korean q 16 pieces boneless all in bundle deal. It was absolutely horrible. Burnt. No taste. The sauce wasn't even there the garlic parm was okay. More butter than garlic. The hot were okayish. Those were the 6 piece tendies. I can't rate the service because me order through the app. It was just a very sad day for takeout. read more

Wingstop - Some sad chicken. I ate it because I paid 34 and some change but it had to be covered in ranch. - Chicken Wings Near Me - City Of Central, Louisiana

I ordered wingstop on August 26th for 42.00 and some change. I did not get all of my food. I called and asked for redelivery of missed items and they said it'll be right out. Waited 2 hours and called they said it was refused. I then asked for a refund it took 2 weeks to reach out to me and even agreed that it's officially been A MONTH with no food or refund. It's not even about the money at this point, it's the principle. I've provided them the entire screenshot of the order, my email, phone number etc etc etc. When I tell you I'm SUING WINGSTOP, I mean it. read more

Glad this wing stop has new owners, fast service, everything tasted wonderful!!!!!!!!!!

I gave 4 stars because I'm a sucker for homemade French fries and this place has them. The wings are good and you can get boneless or bone in. You place your order at the counter but they have plenty of tables for dine in as well. read more

Just not worth it with so many other wing places in the area that have better tasting wings

I'd give zero if I could. NEVER order delivery through their website. They took so long that the original Doordasher left, then another dasher told me it would be thirty more minutes after it had already taken two hours. We decided to give them one more shot, and they've essentially stolen from us as the goods and services were never rendered. Just go somewhere else. read more

We ordered a 15 piece wing and large fry. They seemed busy so we waited. After 1 1/2 hours when we checked on our order they couldn't find it. They didn't seem to care. Don't waste your time trying to get food here. read more

they canceled my order and didn't return my money it's been a whole day and still haven't got it

By far the best wingstop location that I've been to in the Baton Rouge area. The owner needs to model the other locations after this location! The service and food preparation definitely meets the standard that Wingstop strives for! Keep up the great work. read more

Didn't particularly care for this place. Had the Louisiana Rub boneless wings with potato salad. The chicken was greasy and very salty. The potato salad was the saving grace. It was almost like a "Loaded Baked Potato" with sour cream, chives. That was good stuff right there. read more

Two staffers is insufficient for a Saturday lunch rush. The drink machine is broken and food is taking forever to be delivered. The short staff also has an understandably irritated attitude because they don't have enough help. Where is the manager/owner??? read more

My wife and I went in to eat without calling ahead and planned to dine in. We watched other persons make orders to go without having used the call ahead take out service, but they were served first! The to go was given priority over done in customers. It was obvious that face to face customer service was something to be avoided by the staff! When questioned why it took 30 minutes to get our order we were told it was because other orders were large orders!! My suggestion is avoid this place the service is horrible!! Unles you order take out by phone 30 minutes out, then you might walk in and get food. read more

Popeyes across the parking lot was not in our stars but we see hope after spotting Wing Stop. We decide on the 10 piece boneless, a 40 piece crew pack and 6 rolls, to-go. We choose the 10 piece original hot, 3 of the 4 flavor choices were to be lemon pepper and the remaining choice was BBQ. A 15 minute wait turns into a 40 minute wait. Frustrating chicken run goes south again. Turns out we didn't notice the cashier combined the orders to a single 40 piece crew pack. We ended up with 10 original hot wings, 3 SINGULAR lemon pepper wings, 25 BBQ wings and 6 rolls. Didn't add up so we did a chicken count, reviewed the receipt and ended up with 2 tributes who had to find something else to fill their bellies. Still doesn't add up but oh well. Let's just say we should've picked up burgers. No more crossing the road. read more

Always fresh and ready. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Our go-to place for weekend chicken. Never disappoints

Here's the thing, I want to like Wing-Stop, but I guess it's not meant to be. Maybe my expectations are too high, I'm not too sure honestly. Let's start with the positives. It's relatively cheap for what you're getting. I also appreciate that the food is made fresh. Of all the times I've been, the food has never been cold or felt that it wasn't freshly cooked. Now to the bad part, the seasoning. I feel like they are so heavy handed when it comes to putting seasoning on both the wings and the fries. Sometimes it's so heavy that it makes it almost impossible to enjoy your meal. Like today, I ordered the Lemon Pepper boneless wings as well as fries. I feel like they dumped the whole container of seasoning on both the wings and the fries. The Lemon Pepper was so strong that I almost couldn't taste the meat. It was not pleasant. As far as the fries, they were overwhelmed with seasoning. They were also sweet, like they use sugar and salt to season them. I'm not a fan of the sweetness of the fries. Luckily I ordered ranch. I had to almost drown everything in sauce to make it a bit more bearable. If they toned down on the seasoning, I think it would be a lot better. On a slightly better note, the workers were very polite; however, they seemed extremely bored and a bit stand offish. Although I didn't mind that being I'm stand offish myself, I could see how that could make customers feel a certain way. In conclusion, don't think I'll be stopping here again. It's just not for me. read more

If there was no star option I would give one. Damn ordered my food online 45 mins ago still been there for the past 25 mins waiting and everyone behind the counter gave me a attitude when I confronted them about the terrible service.
