I was just driving back from morongo casino and I went in drive thru about 20 min ago, this McDonald's is the worse one ive ever been to, and I've been to many.. we placed our order got to window to pay asked the woman at the window if the order was correct being that the price seemed so little, she advised the order was correct 2 sausage mcmuffins with egg and 2 hash brown and we proceeded to the pick up window and was given just 2 sausage mcmuffins I advised that we had also ordered 2 hashbrowns and they explained that we didn't and we weren't charged. They then told us we couldn't order 2 hashbrowns at that window and would have to again go around through drive thru and place order for the 2 hashbrowns, remind you we were just through drive thru and waited 15 min to get to pick up window. I explained that it wasn't right being that we just ordered and again asked the woman at 1st window to advise what was ordered and she started everything we had ordered.. then the girl at window called manager or shift manager, she was yelling and yelled at the drive thru window "just get them out of here, give them the fucken hashbrowns" what kind of customer service is that.. then they told us to park that it would be 10 min.. I've worked at McDonald's hashbrowns don't take 10 min.. maybe 3 min.. that manager obviously doesn't like her job, she shouldn't be there working. read more

I ordered my food through the kiosk and proceeded to sit down. All the tables were dirty so we had no choice to sit at a dirty table. We asked one of the employees passed by so I asked him if he could clean the table and the guy said yes but he never came back. The food took forever and when it got here they forgot my drink. Second worst Mc Donald's experience. The manager (girl with braces, black shirt, and scarf) was so rude. My friend asked which toys did they have, and she replied, "I don't know.", with an ugly attitude. Then she charged her for a meal she didn't order and had an even bigger attitude when my friend insisted on a refund for the meal she didn't order. Are you serious?! That's who manages this store?! I don't like to leave reviews but this McDonald's takes the cake! I'm visiting for the weekend and it's the closest quick stop to my way home. This is the worst McDonalds in this area. It is always dirty. It never looks clean. The service is terrible especially if Tabitha the shift manager is working. This morning my husband and went in to eat breakfast and we would typically use their kiosk to order and pay with our ATM card however today I wanted to pay with cash. There were 2 couples ahead of us standing in line and Tabitha had not smiled once or even acknowledged the line of people. She was walking around working I guess. Then she made this comment to another employee loud enough so everyone in line could hear, 'If they had used the kiosk they would already have their food by now'. I was shocked, who says that especially in her position. The couple who was in front of me was an older couple and stated they didn't even know how to use the kiosk. Fast food not!!!! always makes a mistake how many years will this continue to happen. Frys are always cold and always less then the actual package they come in. Ordered happy meals my kid didn't get a toy. Sad a billion dollar corporation allows this to continue to happen. read more

This place gets two stars because sometimes they have really nice people. But more commonly the employees are mean, not helpful, and get your order wrong. The food is low quality but it is McDonalds so you can only expect so much. If you are traveling through and need a McDonalds go an exit or two down the road. Haven't been to this McDonalds in a while, now I remember why! On our way home from a day trip and stopped for gas. Everyone was tired and just wanted something fast. HA....We chose McD's over a number of places there only because it had the shortest line! Boy we're we fooled! Took 35 mins., the cashier wasn't very nice and the food?? Luke warm! Only reason I didn't rate at 1 star instead of 2 was because the expediter at the next window was very apologetic for the delay! He seemed sincere but still after a wait like that, the Mgr. should've been the one handing out the food with at least a drink, pie or something! Plus the food should've been piping Hot at that point! Not warm at best! Terrible manager. Kid opened door to play area. alarm went off for 5 min. till a parent asked for help shutting it off. The manager took her time and cleaned 4 tables on the way to shut off alarm. 6 families had left because of the deafening sound. I just hit up this McDonald's around 1130 pm. They didn't have grilled chicken so they asked us to pull forward, and that it would take 6 minutes. We pulled forward, and waited. We waited while 3 other vehicles parked and waited for their orders. 6 minutes became 30 minutes. We received our food shortly after midnight. We checked the bag, they hadn't added the condiments we asked for, so they went back in to get the ketchup and mac sauce. We waited another 5 minutes for those. We Finally arrive home to enjoy our meal and realize we are missing our burger. Come on, 30 minutes in a drive thru is already unacceptable. Let alone forgetting someone's meal. Do yourself a favor and triple check your order. Only reason I posted anything is because this is the second time something of this nature has happened. I know this is McDonalds and I was not looking for a 5 star meal. However I expect people to treat others with kindness and compassion. There was an elderly Hispanic women (who looked very poor and maybe even homeless, by the amount of things attached to her walker.) She was trying to order in Spanish and Tina working behind the counter was not having any of that. She started pointing to the menu asking her "you want this?" In such a rude and condescending way. She then told her to move to the side. I called over my hubby who happens to speak Spanish. He asked what she wanted and the elderly lady had asked for the 4 for $4 menu. Tina said we don't have that, it's a Jack-In-the-box. So I looked up at the menu and saw a 2 for $2 menu. She was so rude to my husband for trying to help this lady. Every single time we go through around midnight-2am they tell us (we are only accepting cash) they always say "our computers are down" how are they down that often?!? There is no possible way! How are they even accepting cash if the computers are down? (We go through at midnight-ish because that when my husband gets off work.) 1/2 times the food is either cold or burned. I literally ordered that 2 cheeseburger meal & 1 of the burgers was so burned it was uneatable. I contacted & let them know & they never got back to me! Wtf. They always are rude & forget the sauce. I use to not like the play places for the reason of how dirty they get but I've personally climbed in this one and it's very clean. My kids love coming here read more

This is probably the worst McDonalds experience I've ever had. Please do not consider this location, go to the other locations in town. Even if you miss the exit to the other normal McDonald's, just get back on the highway and go back. The person taking my order was extremely rude to me and my friends. When my friend ordered a Mocha, the cashier pointed at the menu silently and it took her 5 minutes to finally get her act together and ask "hot or iced". Additionally, this location tried to cheat my friend out of money. My friend ordered a meal that came with orange juice and was charged extra. When she confronted the manager about the mix up, it took forever to get the situation resolved. We were on a tight schedule to get home (35 hour drive) and it took over 40 minutes to get everything sorted out. I will be calling corporate to let them know that this location doesn't stand up to the level of expectation I have of McDonald's and sullies the reputation of a quintessential American brand. read more

The expectation of McDonald's is never high, but due to advertising that targets children, we all find ourselves there at some point to buy a chicken nugget happy meal. I can honestly say there is nothing worse than when a 4 year old opens his box of chicken nuggets and gets covered in tartar sauce! This was the first time I have been to this McDonalds in a while, they have a history of long wait times while messing up orders, but I decided to give them a second chance, well lesson learned! They are just as slow and incompetent as ever! To me it looked like she was the manager but did not act like a manager very unprofessional i know its mcdonalds but if you hate your job so much why dont you quit? She was screaming and almost snapping her fingers to her employees when she gave me my order i asked if i can have some ketchup and just shut the window did not answer me and told one of her employees to give me some. Went to the drive thru to get happy meals for my grandkids. We had to sit in line to get to the order window...after we paid we waited at least 10 minutes to get up to the delivery window where we were told to pull into the parking lot and wait some more...all the cars in the line were being told to pull over and wait....there were already 5 cars waiting in the parking lot too. After waiting another 10-15 minutes I finally went inside to speak to the manager. He's just a jerk and after much yelling and screaming he finally brought the order...of course as usual it was incorrect! Then he didn't like my yelling at him and then refused to give me my order AND also refused to give my money back. At this point I told him to call the cops...I wasn't going to let this jerk rip me off too! After more yelling he finally gave me my money back...what crap you have to put up at mcdonalds just to get a burger...never again!! read more
