My eldest daughter and I were on our way to The Carvana Masters Powered by Invited held at Mission Hills Country Club in Rancho Mirage. We weren't sure what food vendors would be at the event so we stopped by this McDonald's in Banning for a quick breakfast. This is an OG McDonald's with the golden arches. Drive-thru had a long line so we decided to dine-in. Parking is plenty. Pretty clean and well maintained dining area. Very clean restrooms. Friendly and nice staff. Children's play area is available. They didn't have counter ordering so we ordered at the self-ordering kiosks. It was easy to maneuver through the screens. We got 2 Egg McMuffins with ham, 1 Bacon Egg & Cheese McGriddle, 1 Bacon Egg & Cheese Biscuit, 1 Bacon Egg & Cheese Bagel, a couple hash browns, and one large Dr Pepper. Quick bite turned into big breakfast LOL. We were able to use our rewards to claim a couple of the breakfast items. Thank you McDonald's! I was bummed the Egg McMuffins weren't with bacon. Ham is probably the healthier choice though, but bacon is better. Everything was good with the exception of the bagel. It was too bready. Glad we stopped by. This location has mostly kiosk. But if having a hard time looking for what you want a staffs member is willing to assist. Erica was so nice to assist me today I asked about there double fish filet & cheese. Informed me not in there Customers Kiosk only staffs can accessed on there kiosk. My husband and I favorite. Especially a perfect bite of the Filet of fish.My husband and I choose at least once or twice a week menu for our go to dinner. Love it! McDonald please keep in your secret Menu for the affordable price of $4.99. Will be faithful double fish filet customers. Place always kept clean and organized. I take my grandson here to play sometimes, but playland is really old and dirty. I went inside to order, no one to help you with kiosk. After waiting 25 minutes. I got the 6 piece happy meal a large fry, and a filet of fish meal. I was so disappointed with the food and service, The happy meal box feel apart from the bottom, but employees had put a sticker there. The food is decent but after seeing the bathrooms it was a bit iffy. It wasn't just one stall but both that were not clean. I get they were busy but they need to be checking them. Specially if they also use them. There was one girl with glasses who was the most vocal to get things moving in the kitchen and still had time to check in on us if we needed anything else. I was just passing through so I don't know if I would ever go back. Only feedback is make sure the restrooms are clean. read more

Stopped by today 2/16 for a quick lunch and against my better judgment got exactly what I knew this location was going to do! Specifically asked for our meals to be made to order with hot fries. All three fries were cold. Got a Big Mac, quarter pounder and quarter pounder with bacon meal and the meat patties were burnt to a crisp. The onions were raw and skin peeling like plastic. Bacon was old and stale and the buns were rock hard. We did call to complain and was going to take food back but rain started coming down harder. Ended up tossing out $40 bucks worth of food. The young lady who helped me, Maileney (I hope I'm spelling that right) was an absolute delight!

Went to get a meal for dinner , used the app and picked up in drive thru. The burger I ordered was a Big Mac, how is it possible a straw wrapper is put in the burger? Like how does this even happen? Don't be fooled by the fast moving drive thru line, it's a trick. They make every car pull out of the line and into a parking spot to wait for the food, no matter what time of the day it is. Which means if they mess up your order it's very inconvenient. The food is typical McDonald's, the inside was closed for a very long time even after Covid, so I quit trying to go inside. A few complaints about this place...THE WORST iced coffee I've ever had in my life. Watered down, more cream than coffee. I asked for another black coffee to add to this so called "iced coffee". Another thing... The man at the window refused to take my discount code saying they don't accept codes at the window because they ask you for it at the intercom when ordering.. which they didn't. Went through the drive through and placed my order. Paid. Drove to the next window, when I was pleasantly greeted and given my beverage. The thing is, I ordered two beverages. Ordered a large caramel frappé no whip cream...and well... they might as well have just served it in a medium sized cup. I don't understand how hard it is to mess up a simple order? What's not pictured, the sausage and egg McMuffin meal that's missing the hash brown on the side. This location is very poorly operated. Once you place your order and pay, you might as well skip the pick-up window and just drive yourself to park in one of the stalls because 95% of the time, they will ask you to wait in a stall and they'll bring your order out. Like almost at McDonald's. The food is pretty good. The pricing of us McDonald's is better than most because the one that I live near is pretty expensive because it's right next to a Mall. The service is great here people are super nice. If you want to take your kids to a cool place to beat the heat, this is a great place to go. The only downside is there are some pretty weird homeless people there that have made me feel pretty uncomfortable. read more

We stopped by this McDonalds off the freeway for coffee and breakfast muffin Wednesday morning 10/2/24. I really felt compelled to leave a review, as our customer service was exemplary. I didn't catch the employee's name, but she helped us order on the kiosk, brought us our food and drink and even stopped by to ask us if we wanted a refill on our coffees at just the right time. Such a nice sweet and helpful person, who was 10x better than many waitstaff we've had at higher end restaurants. We left with such a positive feeling, (at McDonalds!) I had to leave a good review. If you can please help me and give me the correct sauce, n he gave me attitude and rolled his eyes at me told me his name was Francisco, while all of his coworkers are running around like chickens with out a head he was just walking around laughing not doing anything .. and he was just laughing how everyone was backed up with their orders. Came to this location on Wednesday 1/22/2025 between 4-4:30 pm. The young guy who took my order was angry and rude. When I pulled up to the window, he was even more rude! His manager looked and asked me if everything was ok or If I got everything and I smiled at her and said yes but I knew she could tell he was rude and it upset me. He must have been tired because she was taking him off the register. Hopefully because it was time for him to go home. We got to the pickup window and a young girl opened the window and basically threw the food at me. No eye contact no hello or anything. I had to wait for her to come back to ask for sauce and when I asked she smacked her lips, rolled her eyes and then stuck her hand out the window and said "that's all right?". I was honestly baffled. It was like the young boy and the young girl were dating each other and got into a fight right before there shift. I know young kids apply for this job but I would love to see some retired adults or older adults also working here to teach the young children how to show some respect and take honor in your job. I was hungry and decided to stop at McDonald's because they had special and it's was close to me and I need use the Restroom. when I got inside the restroom I was Shocked what I see all clean inside and smells good. Believe me I've been so many McDonald's 10 stars for restroom. I was thinking they did this only for me cleaned up all Restroom. After i went too make my order I got best service from Worker ever He was so kind and helpful. After 5 minutes I got my order and find table to seat and enjoy my food. We came here on our way to La Quinta for family vacation. The kids wanted the classic Happy Meals, and we each got a cheap double cheese burger. The place was nice and air conditioned, however, the bathrooms were kinda gross. The employees were nice, but really overworked. The spot was packed, and we felt a little uneasy because of the clientele. I can't knock the store because of that.
