Went in to try the krabby patty meal, which btw applause for the Wendy's marketing team, great concept revamping what they already sell. The burger was good, fries normal and good, the saucy nuggets are their normal nuggets with different flavors of sauces. I thought they were ok, nothing special but I did enjoy them. I typically like Wendy's. I absolutely loved their chili, until two nights ago. First, I walked in and everyone was oblivious that a customer had arrived. No one took the time to glance to the front or even use their peripheral vision to see if anyone was at the front counter. Finally, an older woman (Olga) made eye-contact with me and smile. Then she sent a young lady over to help me. I ordered two large chilis to go. I then commended Olga for taking the time to glance at the front and notice a customer. Unfortunately, once I got home, I took a bite of my chili and noticed numerous pieces of hamburger patty in my chili! Yuk! This absolutely killed the taste of the chili I so loved! I was sooo disappointed. I then called the store, spoke with the manager (Jesus or Josue?), and shared my disappointment with him. I asked him if this is something they've recently started doing with the chili, to which he replied, "No, you should not have found pieces of hamburger patty in your chili." He offered to replace it, which I really did appreciate. However, I was so disappointed that I declined the offer. He can't guarantee that I'm not going to find that again, as it seems to be the practice of someone cooking the chili. Perhaps I will try this Wendy's again in about 30 days to see if this practice has stopped. Until then, I'll be content with making my own chili, or driving the extra miles to get it from BJ's, when I don't feel like cooking. read more

I saw nobody in drive thru went to order a medium coke. The young lady took my order. Then said can you wait a minute. So I WAITED as instructed but nobody got back to me so I drove around the corner to see a white car Washington state plates going in reverse. Then stopped between both windows and just sat there. Fearful something was wrong I put my car into reverse when I noticed someone wave the white car forward. They gave them their order and they drove off. I pulled up was paying for my coke when a dirty looking young lady multiple face piercing got snarky and rudely said "I TOLD YOU TO WAIT". I asked for my money and found Burger King to have such a beautiful lady with excellent customer service and manners. Perhaps she should have stated "we are having an issue in drive thru can you please wait until I give the all clear or come inside." Then there would have been no problem. Outstanding service! Visited the drive-thru on a Friday night. Since they don't sell veggie burgers and I'm a vegetarian, I ordered a baked potato. The baked potato was packaged nicely in a hard shell plastic container, was nicely sized and was decently priced. What was most impressive to me was the customer service. The young man at the drive-thru window was very polite, helpful and friendly. When I asked him a question about another business I was trying to locate that he didn't know about, he consulted with two other coworkers who then came to the window to answer my question. Great news! Won't be back here anytime soon... Last minute stop off after Christmas Nights at 123 Farms. Couldn't tell if this place was open at about 8pm, parking lot and "restaurant" was empty (we should have taken the hint). Placed our order, screen looked correct, pulled up ready to go. We get to the window. The girl working the drive through finally stopped talking chisme with all the guys in the spot to ask us to back up and pull forward again so we could re-trigger the timer (she didn't want to seem slower that she already was) so her timer numbers would look good. As she was handing us the sodas and bag of food "With Everything In It" (is what she said) in between flirting with the rest of the staff, the passenger in my car and I look into the window and see the overweight worker with the extra tight clothes picking his face (nose or upper lip) then rolling whatever it was and flick it.... We finally get our stuff "Everything" (is what she said) and pulled to the side to check. Turns out our burger was missing... I walk back in to get the burger. The girl tells me "sorry, ok then says what burger?" "You didn't order one." I remind her the one that was on the screen when we ordered and ypu asked us to verify, also the one she recommended when we asked for a basic cheese burger... Now her response, "sorry I didn't add that" (we verified, the screen in the drive through as she asked...and know the truth). She then tells me I need to reorder one and sends one of her puppies to ring me up. Couldn't even offer "another one" at discount or even free for the inconvenience. As I was starting the order I hear her in the background, "I didn't even hear them order a burger". At that point, I said F it and just walked out... decided it would better not to risk getting any scabs or boogers from the guy "picking" his face... I actually like Wendy's, but just being that grossed out by the people and the service...I can't see me eating at any of the restaurants anytime soon. I just went through the drive-thru. I ordered a spicy chicken combo with no mayonnaise a 10-piece spicy chicken nuggets. And guess what, they put mayonnaise on my damn sandwich, and I got regular nuggets. I just paid for a sandwich that I can't eat because I can't eat mayonnaise and nuggets that I don't like. " Very Tasty Food & A Hard Working Manager " I went to Wendy's at 525 Highland Springs Ave. in Beaumont CA. for the first time. The restaurant is nice and large, and the Manager was working so fast, almost running around making sure everyone was doing what they were supposed to do, and he was doing so many things himself while he was getting the food ready for the customers. We ordered 1 Spicy Chicken Sandwich which was very tasty, 4 Spicy Chicken Nuggets, with French Fries, and a small bowl of Chili. The Chili Bowl was delicious, and the Spicy Chicken Nuggets were also very good. We also ordered some very yummy Chili Cheese Fries. Food is cooked fresh to order. There are always great deals in the app, the Son of Baconator is only $3 dollars and it is better than a quarter pounder at McDonald's . With all the specials in the app, I can have a great meal for about $6 dollars. The only complaint is those dirty, filthy Hobos. Keep them out of your restrooms, they are making a huge mess in there and they help themselves to free sodas all the time. I came after picking my kid up from school. No line at all and it didn't take long to get our food. Staff were kind and attentive. Fries were popping hot and fresh and seasoned to perfection! Nuggets were cold on the inside as if they weren't cooked very long. Hi-c taste like water with a splash of flavor. Kids meal was fine but the frosty wasn't a small it was actually the super small so the spoon could barely fit inside without wiggling it. It's really just over priced for what you get. I will start off saying the food was good. Stopped here while traveling on Highway 10. Easy access from freeway but on busy street so difficult to get out of parking lot. Was there 12:30 on Saturday afternoon. Only one cashier taking orders so there was a line. We both got salads. I got the parmesan Cesar. Came with grilled chicken bits. Very tasty salad with romaine lettuce and lots of parmesan cheese. Hubby got the southwest avocado one. There's really not much out here on the way to Palm Springs especially early in the morning. We stopped to try their new breakfast, just as expected it was garbage like the rest of their food. Service was fine, our food was ready quickly but I feel it was way overpriced at around five dollars per sandwich. I'm a sucker for their baked potatoes. The bacon and cheese baked potato with a side of chili (with cheese and onions, duh) and then it comes with some weird fake butter and sour cream on the side - my guilty pleasure! I've never been inside, always drive thru. They're always pretty nice and don't get annoyed when I'm being indecisive and don't know what to order even though I always get the same thing.
