I was VERY UPSET with the way Wendy's handled my visit. I went the through the drive through and had two separate orders, the order taker had us waiting for a response for way too long. And to mention, I order a Parmesan salad with spicy chicken added and then I ordered a southwest avocado salad. When I got to the window the employee had an attitude and when I received my salad they didn't add the avocado. How do you forget avocado in a southwest AVOCADO salad, that's one of the main ingredients. I'm highly upset. read more

The assistant manager is very rude and disrespectful they were very dismissive and my food order was completely wrong as usual and when I came back to try and fix it they had a attitude and still managed to get something in my order wrong which I feel they did out of spite and on purpose read more

I love Wendy's but this evening maybe it was an off day maybe staff wasn't paying attention to my order. Both sandwiches I ordered were completely wrong. Ordered a single Dave burger and ended up with a triple patty burger with guacamole (I'm allergic) and bbq. Wife ordered a plain chicken sandwich and everything was thrown on it was spicy and might as well been chewing cardboard with how dried out that was. Just horrible! This location recently underwent a remodel. Inside and out, this Wendy's looks good, however, since this much needed update, the staff has went downhill. They often forget to give you items you've ordered. So please check your bag before driving off. At our last visit, not only did they forget to give us 3 items, but my family and I all got sick. My poor kids spent the following 4 days vomiting non-stop. The food quality has went down too. Just stay away from this Wendy's location. Heed my warning! read more

Still enjoy this Wendys. I drive by it 5 days a week and really enjoy how quick the drive through is. There is usually only one car in it and I order, pull up to the window and am handed my food and pay. Very convient when I am in a hurry and want a quick burger. Going inside can be a hit or miss, it can get super crowed inside and warm, so I stick to the drive through. Dollar for dollar, the best burger you can get in the area. read more

Franchise owner needs to step-up, constantly getting bad reviews. Thanks to a very knowledgeable employee, Timothy, we learned that there is a special price for Wendy's salads if you don't want chicken on them or if you are vegetarian. It is $1.50 cheaper than if you just say you want it without chicken, or if you are vegan and ask without Feta cheese. Could he have let us pay full price? Sure, but that's what customer service is all about, and why I'm Yelping them. So if you are vegan or vegetarian, check out Wendy's new salads and enjoy. As much as I love Wendy's I had a terrible experience here this employee had a stank attitude for no reason and because I had grand baby's to feed she got mad and took her anger out on me and told me I was a broke old lady and needed to hurry up... Customer service is weak! Went through drive threw and the lady was less than welcoming, very dry and a bit rude. I know fast food can be very hard and not all customers are nice, but let's not take it out all of them. We haven't been in a while for the same reason and decided to give it a shot again, I don't think we will be going back anytime soon. So very very disappointed. The customer service from the person that took our order amd the person that helped me bring our food to our table, they were OUTSTANDING, friendly and curtious. The people that were putting the food together for the drive thru and inside food had absolutely ZERO sense of urgency. Our order took twenty plus minutes. Totally worth it becuase it was fresh and hot and tasty. However, the resturant smelled weird, was not clean, and the soda machines were filthy and smelled like they had not been properly cleaner or sanitized for quite some time. Wow!! In the area and decided to have lunch here. Very disappointed. You changed the BBQ sauce, ugh.
