As an employee of the nearby Stater Bros, I've come here quite often and have always been satisfied. Great fast food, clean facilities, and friendly service. The new remodeling has made it better than ever! This is still, probably one of the best places in the area to get yummy fast food, especially chicken sandwiches. There's still the occasional glitch with the order (I might ask for grilled chicken in my burger, and get homestyle instead or maybe the fries are salted a little too much), but when you're on a lunch break at work it's just not worth the trouble for me. The food is still tasty anyhow. My one big downside to Wendy's? The lack of healthy, non carbonated drinks. Even with their fancy new drink machines with the fancy touch interface. The vast majority of their selection are sodas and soaking drinks. I've given up drinking soda for health reasons and have come to enjoy flavored tea and there's NOTHING here. My only options are plain regular ice tea, Powerade, Lemonade, and water. Yeah, they have special tea mixtures, but they're expensive and, to my knowledge, not refillable for free like the fountain drinks. Come on, where's the Fuze, Lipton, or Golden Peak, guys? Come on! Their location is awkward to say the least or I'd go there more. With that said, I haven't had a Wendy's burger in years...so I went there with an open mind. I order two doubles with fries and a soda. Paid, received 2 bags with one hamburger in each bag. No fries, no soda, no napkins, but I did get a big thank you and a smile. When I usually come here it's around the time the night shift takes over and honestly the night crew are not the nicest people around. They never seem like they want to help us order or even work! We were discouraged to come back but we did today. But this time it was in the morning and the experience was way better this time. The morning crew were fast, clean, organized, and so welcoming! The cashier Kelsey was so great and provided great customer service! The reason I am giving 4 stars is because there was a leak on the roof by the soda machine, they did put a wet sign but they did not clean it up. Tried to go here. We were pulling a trailer so I walked in to get our food. There was 6 people In Front of me and only one person taking orders. Stood in line for almost 10 minutes and and only moved 2 people. 3 girls in front of me left then I left. Now drive thru was going great. All kinds of people taking care of it. Multiple order takers. They also have multiple food prep lines, one for inside and one for drive thru so there was no reason for this except for poor management of operations. Okay guys I'm not going to sugarcoat it here's the thing had an experience that wasn't pleasant at Beaumont Wendy's. However once I spoke with the main Wendy's office they handled the whole situation with Grace at ease and made me feel very special and very comforted. I know that Wendy's as a company is one of the best burger places there are around the don't stop going to them because of a bad experience with a franchisee however and saying that I believe that being there such a great company they probably will speak with a franchisee and try to fix the issues that are happening because they are such an outstanding company so don't give up on Wendy's guys. I went here today ,in the inside . It is very clean and the new remodeled Wendy's is really pretty inside . My son's ordered the baconator, sandwiches and 1 order of the bacon ranch fries . My son's loved there sandwiches and the order of bacon ranch fries . I ordered the new honey mustard grilled chicken sandwich and it was so nasty, it was just way too much pepper and spices on the grilled chicken, the spices and pepper were too over welming,and the spring mix just didn't taste right on the sandwich. I will not be ordering that sandwich ever again. Other than that this Wendy's is clean and the people were nice who worked in the inside area . read more

The Wendy's located in Beaumont, CA is a real gem. Their food is always fresh and their service is above and beyond what you expect from a fast food restaurant. Wendy's uses fresh (never frozen) hamburg patties in all their burgers. The only other fast food place where you can get it fresh is at In-N-Out burgers. This Wendy's treats seniors very well. If you tell them that you're a senior they will include a complimentary beverage. These include soda, fresh lemonade, or coffee. Their chicken sandwiches and chicken wraps are also delicious. They also have excellent home-made chili, baked potatoes, and salads. My wife and I go to this restaurant at least two or three times a week. One last thing, if you're short on cash... They have a 99 cent menu that will fill you up on the cheap and it's all good stuff! Keep up the good work, Wendy's! read more

She was shoving food at me and got mad that it was taking me a minute to get away from the window when there's nobody behind me or in line at all. She was super snappy the entire time. Out of all the fast food places in the area, I absolutely love heading to Wendy's. You can expect a friendly customer service and the food ready within 3-4 minutes. I adore their pretzel cheeseburger - It is absolutely delicious and makes me crave even more of it every time. I have ordered numerous times from Wendy's simply because of the great service I have received every time. The workers are awesome here and you can expect a great service any hour of the day. They treat you really well so I will keep going back until I am tired of the cheeseburger (most likely that wouldn't be anytime soon). read more

First impression, immediately after paying, we were asked to park and wait for our food. 15 minutes later, a young girl came out and brought out our food...I was not aware that chicken nuggets and an order of fries were special order items on their menu. Drive thru was a good pace for middle of the day. Not too long of a wait. Was confused by the fact that the drive thru screen said my order was $7.01 and she said $7.66, but I was too hungry to argue the point and she didn't seem all that interested in trying to explain why. I usually go through the drive thru, relatively late at night after I get off work. The staff is always very kind and I think they do a great job. My favorite is the spicy chicken sandwich, I think it's the best fast food chicken sandwich you can get! Fries are good but never warm or salty enough... I went threw drive thru!! Man on other end was not very friendly!! I ordered. Then drove home to Yucaipa and did not have all my burgers!! I called and of course the unfriendly guy answers phone and says oh is that all your missing!! Well now I am not going to drive all the way to highland Springs road again!! Most of the time this place is great, but tonight I was stuck in the drive thru for over 30 minutes, the guy named Daniel was talking up the car in front of me when the car already got their food. Even when I got to the window he took my card, started talking up a coworker and got so distracted he gave me back my card without even charging me. I wait even longer while they're doing sweet FA and after a while they finally open the window and asked if I got my drink. I said no. He was about to hand it over then asked if I had paid. At this point I was trying to be nice and not lose my cool but I finally snapped and told him I gave him my card already. He argued with me and said "the system didn't read it" but he never even swiped it. I got my food and waited for my frosty, and he looked at me confused and told him I ordered one. He said he didn't add it and at that point I left. I was just done with the half ass service. I checked what I was charged for later and they literally charged me for the frosty but I never got it.
