All McDonald's are the same right? Well not exactly...unfortunately. This is a smaller one, located on Main Street in Avon. I've come her for coffee in the am or a cold drink and fries for a quick lunch. Always through the drive thru, very slow service every time.. The first few times I thought their busy but it's every time I've been here. They goofed up my order a few times, always check your bag beefy you drive off. I've received the wrong order or extra food... This is the only fast food option here, a few pizza places or sit down restaurants... hopefully in the future they get some other fast food chains. read more

No lunch today and it was 4 pm and I was a bit hungry. Thought I would give the chicken Big Mac a try. They should be embarrassed to serve that dried up mess that I wouldn't give to a dog. This place was absolutely horrible and the customer service was horrible (5/25/2024) whoever the manager was rude and ignorant and at one point was mocking us to whoever was next to her, the guy she was next to even apologized to us saying how sorry he was for how she treated us. This manager NEEDS to be fired bc this is not how customer should be treated ESPECIALLY by the person who is running the place. This McDonald's deserves 5 stars and nothing less. First, let's start with the cones. This cone was high as Mt. Everest and I'm happy to climb every step of the way. Second, they're the only place open past 10:00 in Avon. Rolling up to the window and hearing a warm welcome from the friendly staff was like hearing a voice from heaven. Nah fuck this McDonalds I literally pulled up at 10:32 and they told me they don't have the egg mc muffin nor hash browns anymore even though they stop breakfast at 10:29. Keep this in mind, I placed a fucking online order at like 10:12. So that means they've been starting at the fucking online order for like almost 30 mins didn't even start making it, and here's the best fucking part. There was like 3 or 4 cars infront of me, but the one right in front ordering ordered a egg McMuffin and pulled through. Then they have the fucking audacity to say they don't serve it atm even though I just caught yo goofy fucking ass serving one infront of my goddamn eyes even though I ordered 30 mins before these bitches. It's McDonalds... Not much to say since everything at every restaurant pretty much tastes the same. What I look for here is how clean is the restaurant, are the tables ready to sit at without bring stuff to the garbage cans, and most importantly is how friendly is the team behind the counter. This location excelled in all of the above. It's a bright, clean restaurant, very kid friendly with an indoor playground and a very happy and helpful staff. It's always easy to tell when people genuinely enjoy what they are doing. It clearly showed here. read more

I've never really experienced a bad time at this Mcdonalds until my boyfriend and I went on Sunday. I ordered a large fry and a sandwich. I got my food and I got a medium fry. my boyfriend kindly asked if they could give me a large, they hand us my boyfriends order then another girl came to the window and asked what our problem was. we explained to her and she looked at our food and said "yeah no, you're good" and shut the drive thru window in our face. I wouldn't go here in the morning the staff are extremely rude and they mess up everything. Later in the evening it's calm and relaxing with a pretty nice staff. The place is usually cleaned pretty well. Pretty much like any other McDonalds. Cool part about this one though, if you order a secret menu item you can ask for it and they know exactly what you're talking about. For example, you can flat out ask for a mcgangbang. As usual they screwed up my to go order. I ordered pancakes and one sausage biscuit egg I received the pancakes but two Egg McMuffin's. I don't know who's Egg McMuffin's and I received but I'm sure they were all happy to get a sausage biscuit egg sandwich. I even went inside to place this order since they got these new people making the big dollars you would think they'd hire people that could read. So had a bigger order for the family. Fries were cooled and the large fries weren't even half full! Called there to ask them and the person that answered had an attitude and said that he gave us the proper amount of fries and that they shrink when cooled! Worst place to order.
