This place sucks. It is very nasty with unclean bathrooms. There was someone doing questionable things in the woman's bathroom that probably involved some sort of drug use and a used contact lens on the bathroom sink. The employees are lazy, making us wait by the registers for 10 minutes before telling us to go to their little machines and order. Not to mention one employee was taking her sweet time doing things for customers. We sat here for an hour waiting. They had "technical difficulties" the entire time and were yelling about other people's orders while we sat at the open drive through window waiting literally forever. They were out of large cups, frappe machine was "broken", and I said no cheese at the speaker, had to say it again at the first window because they asked us what we ordered and they had to change it to no cheese. Then got the food and it had cheese. We didn't have another hour to wait, so we didn't even bother saying it was wrong. We are on a road trip and thought we could quickly stop to get food, it added over an hour to our time. We didn't order much, there was only one other car in line, literally no reason to take that long. They never apologized for the wait, or order was wrong and the drinks were gross. This is the nastiest restaurant I've ever been to. First thing we did was go to the bathroom. OMG! This bathroom hasn't been cleaned in a loooong time! See pics below. If I could give zero stars I would. I have never reviewed a McDonalds, because well it's McDonald's, you usually know what to expect. Where to start, first it's FILTHY. The bathrooms were disgusting, the outside and inside trash were literally overflowing and there was food from breakfast still left on a table (it was 4:00 in the afternoon when we got there!) It was the longest I've ever had to wait for McDonald's food and then I had to ask for half my order. The fries were cold and stale, most of burgers were also cold and the chocolate shake my husband ordered was handed to me in a cup covered in ice cream. The kid was trying to clean it up, I finally asked for another cup so I didn't get ice cream everywhere. On top of all that the staff was rude and acting like we were an inconvenience for asking for our full order. Just listen to the other reviews, I stopped in to grab some breakfast while traveling and it didn't seem like anyone was taking orders at the register which is fine because I used the self order kiosk anyway. I assumed that since no one was at the front, they were working on getting the food but I was wrong because it took almost 20 minutes to get my food all while half of the staff were playing around and having personal conversations with each other. What the heck is wrong with this McDonalds??? We ordered through the drive through - 2 coffees, an egg McMuffin and two crunchy chicken biscuits The coffee was bitter. First impression when I walked in, greeted by a worker in the back with " here comes a bus full". Ordered through the touch screen which didn't produce a receipt, I asked the lady behind the counter, response was it didn't. The other lady said we can get one in the back but I never received it. Yelling out that our order was ready by a number but I never received a receipt to know my order number. And another lady walking through the restaurant talking out loud saying" I don't normally do this but I will" as she brings a drink to a table to another customer. First point I should make, I'm really not a fan of McDonalds (pretty sure I've said that in other McDonald's reviews). But they serve a purpose so we do end up at one from time to time. This location is far from the worst (by the way, based on drive through experience), but it's certainly not the best. The wait was less than ideal. I get that they can be crowded and there isn't anything they can do about how many people are there when you arrive, but they can serve people quickly - use the pull ahead spots so they can move people out that have placed their orders and have food ready already. We were just getting a drink and snack. Fries weren't fresh and to be totally honest, that is the one thing that McDonald's can hang their hat on - when they are fresh they are hard to beat. McDonald's may be garbage food with little nutritional value, but I nonetheless love it. I particularly love the Filet-o-Fish. It's probably mostly not fish, but what are you going to do about it? The floors were gross, slippery. A woman was walking around with a mop but I can only assume it was a dirty mop. My daughter tried to order breakfast but was promptly told that breakfast hours were over yet the screen still showed breakfast and a sign that said "Breakfast Served All Day" but, whatever. She ordered her food and we were glared at the entire time. It felt like we were doing something wrong just by waiting for our food. Went there this morning and there was a young female on the register and a older female manager. I ordered from the kiosk and the kiosk asked if I wanted to pay at the register of at the kiosk, I chose register. When I got to the register the worker looked at me like I had 4 heads and told me I had to pay at the kiosk. I simply said well the kiosk said I could pay at the register and therefore my order has already been cleared from the kiosk.
