This McDonalds is a filthy, disgusting, slow as a snail riding a glacier excuse for "fast food". The bathroom was unacceptably dirty and I was unable to change my daughter with special needs' diaper. There were no napkins and when I asked the people for some, they acted like it was this huge inconvenience then handed me three. The employees were rude. Do not stop here. read more

McDonald's - Men's Room Filth. - Burgers Near Me - Atmore, Alabama

This place sucks. It is very nasty with unclean bathrooms. There was someone doing questionable things in the woman's bathroom that probably involved some sort of drug use and a used contact lens on the bathroom sink. The employees are lazy, making us wait by the registers for 10 minutes before telling us to go to their little machines and order. Not to mention one employee was taking her sweet time doing things for customers. The food tasted fine but this place is definitely the kind of place to spit in your food if you ask for too much. read more

McDonald's - Contact lens in the woman bathroom - Burgers Near Me - Atmore, Alabama

Well, it's a little distressing when they open the drive-through window and a strong odor of marijuana comes from inside the McDonald's The volume at the drive-through menu is horrible Seems like the staff does not care read more

Food was fresh but restaurant was dirty if I didn't get out after I order after doing a drive through order to use the restroom I would have never noticed how dirty the tables were. read more

Ordered at the drive-through sat and waited for 20 minutes. They legitimately put 40 pickles on my cheeseburger when I asked for extra pickles and my small fry had like six fries. I don't know if the owner realizes he has hired an entire crew of brain dead idiots or if they are also brain dead idiots. Why is everything in lower Alabama such trash? read more

This is the nastiest restaurant I've ever been to. First thing we did was go to the bathroom. OMG! This bathroom hasn't been cleaned in a loooong time! See pics below. When we approached the counter to report the problem, I got no response from the attendant. She just pointed to the back of the restaurant to where the manager was seated. We then showed the pics to the manager and she didn't even care! We were not going to eat there for sure! The whole place was dirty! And there were NO DRINKS available, except for Hi-C. No sodas, no milkshakes, nothing! read more

McDonald's - Toilets hadn't been cleaned in a loooong time! - Burgers Near Me - Atmore, Alabama

I would love the number to the general manager to this store! I visited the store today around 4:30 pm and the manager was creating a very hostile work environment for those kids! She/he was yelling at those kids berating them in front of the customer! VERY unprofessional, I told him that he needed to stop! Because a manager should not conduct business in that manner! Those kids need to sue the owner and McDonald's because that's just not right! If those kids were doing something wrong he should call a meeting and talk to them privately not verbally abusing them! Where is the GENERAL MANAGER or the owner! I would love to discuss what I have witnessed today read more

We sat here for an hour waiting. They had "technical difficulties" the entire time and were yelling about other people's orders while we sat at the open drive through window waiting literally forever. They were out of large cups, frappe machine was "broken", and I said no cheese at the speaker, had to say it again at the first window because they asked us what we ordered and they had to change it to no cheese. Then got the food and it had cheese. We didn't have another hour to wait, so we didn't even bother saying it was wrong. We are on a road trip and thought we could quickly stop to get food, it added over an hour to our time. We didn't order much, there was only one other car in line, literally no reason to take that long. They never apologized for the wait, or order was wrong and the drinks were gross. I never complain but I felt I needed to download Yelp just because of how terrible they are. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I have never reviewed a McDonalds, because well it's McDonald's, you usually know what to expect. Where to start, first it's FILTHY. The bathrooms were disgusting, the outside and inside trash were literally overflowing and there was food from breakfast still left on a table (it was 4:00 in the afternoon when we got there!) It was the longest I've ever had to wait for McDonald's food and then I had to ask for half my order. The fries were cold and stale, most of burgers were also cold and the chocolate shake my husband ordered was handed to me in a cup covered in ice cream. The kid was trying to clean it up, I finally asked for another cup so I didn't get ice cream everywhere. On top of all that the staff was rude and acting like we were an inconvenience for asking for our full order. Overall we ended up wishing we had chanced Taco Bell stomach and skipped the worst McDonald's we've ever been to! read more

Disappointed that their frappe machine wasn't working but ordered anyway. The lady taking the order and money was horrible and bad customer service. The gentleman who handed us the food was the only thing that saved this review. He was decent but still not the most personable. read more

I had mold on the bun of my sandwich, and they gave me ranch in the 4 count nuggets container.

Would give zero stars if I could!! Nobody behind the counter. Ordered from kiosk that gave no receipt. Took a number to put on table that said our order would be brought to the table. About 20 minutes later, our number was bellowed out for us to pick up at counter. Eat inside order was packaged just like to go order. Forgot our drinks and had to ask us what we ordered. Wrong size fries. Tables, chairs and floor were filthy. Floor greasy and slippery. Chicken strips overcooked til they were brown. Only napkin dispenser was above trash can by the exit - not where I'd look for napkins. It was empty. Needless to say, we won't be back! If you're in the area or traveling I-65 N as we were, stop anywhere else but here!! read more

Just listen to the other reviews, I stopped in to grab some breakfast while traveling and it didn't seem like anyone was taking orders at the register which is fine because I used the self order kiosk anyway. I assumed that since no one was at the front, they were working on getting the food but I was wrong because it took almost 20 minutes to get my food all while half of the staff were playing around and having personal conversations with each other. They finally started cranking out orders once they realized they had a lobby full of waiting people. read more

We waited 45 minutes for bad foodI don't even leave reviews fr but it was really bad. They brought out 4 different orders that weren't ours then the guy dropped a happy meal in the parking lot and still served it, pretty weird read more

What the heck is wrong with this McDonalds??? We ordered through the drive through - 2 coffees, an egg McMuffin and two crunchy chicken biscuits The coffee was bitter. Like.. the coffee maker hasn't been cleaned since the end of the civil war, the eggs on the egg McMuffin were dark brown and tasted terrible. The crunchy chicken biscuit was waaayy over cooked. Like.. so burned up, the dog would not even eat it. Not kidding. McDonalds should be ashamed that this location is so terrible read more

Hire a whole new staff 2 days in a row 10 or more people Wondering around in there with no clue this morning they had the laughs off but didn't lock the door just lazy lazy lazy or maybe it's something else maybe it's the way I look cause there was a person went in after I did and was still There when I was pulling out so it could just be they don't like a certain type of person or feel as though they should serve a person that looks like me well idk what it is but today they had been open for over 2 hours and refused me service to go I had to go through the drive thru they said well I walked over from the hotel so how do I do that McDonald's! Lazy ass people read more

First impression when I walked in, greeted by a worker in the back with " here comes a bus full". Ordered through the touch screen which didn't produce a receipt, I asked the lady behind the counter, response was it didn't. The other lady said we can get one in the back but I never received it. Yelling out that our order was ready by a number but I never received a receipt to know my order number. And another lady walking through the restaurant talking out loud saying" I don't normally do this but I will" as she brings a drink to a table to another customer. As we are waiting the employees are playing booty/ratchet inappropriate music. I do not recommend coming here if you have a family. (Only put one star due to not having a choice of no star) read more

First point I should make, I'm really not a fan of McDonalds (pretty sure I've said that in other McDonald's reviews). But they serve a purpose so we do end up at one from time to time. This location is far from the worst (by the way, based on drive through experience), but it's certainly not the best. The wait was less than ideal. I get that they can be crowded and there isn't anything they can do about how many people are there when you arrive, but they can serve people quickly - use the pull ahead spots so they can move people out that have placed their orders and have food ready already. We were just getting a drink and snack. Fries weren't fresh and to be totally honest, that is the one thing that McDonald's can hang their hat on - when they are fresh they are hard to beat. The sweet tea wasn't bad, but it wasn't the typical mixture they have and something was just a little off with it. Would we stop here in a pinch at another time - probably. Would we go out of our way to come here - nope! read more

The most disgusting McDonalds I have ever seen! Total incompetence at the register. Poor family in front of us purchased a McFlurry and the machine is not working. Took them an excoriating long time to give them a refund. Electronic menu board keeps changing screens, could not find the McChicken listed and had to ask if they still had them. The restroom and dining room were utterly filthy, trash was over flowing, floors and tables unclean, just gross! read more

McDonald's may be garbage food with little nutritional value, but I nonetheless love it. I particularly love the Filet-o-Fish. It's probably mostly not fish, but what are you going to do about it? McDonald's French fries are also in the top tier of fast food. This particular McDonald's location is about par by McDonald's standards. But it's still close enough to what you expect from the chain to get the job done. read more

7/27/24. 2:10 PM. This McDonald's is absolutely horrible. the smart mouth girl that finally came to the register after 10 minutes was exactly what I expected after I saw her walk up. Nasty. Then while waiting for food, couldn't find a clean place to sit. Anywhere! asked for something to clean a table with and was met with more attitude. So, asked for our money back and went across to Sonic. DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALDS. read more

Very slow service . The staff finished their conversations before begrudgingly helping us. Tables were all dirty . Had to eat in our car.

if I could give zero stars I would. 9:25 AM and doors are locked for inside service.

The floors were gross, slippery. A woman was walking around with a mop but I can only assume it was a dirty mop. My daughter tried to order breakfast but was promptly told that breakfast hours were over yet the screen still showed breakfast and a sign that said "Breakfast Served All Day" but, whatever. She ordered her food and we were glared at the entire time. It felt like we were doing something wrong just by waiting for our food. The establishment was newly remodeled and cute but definitely not clean. read more

The service at this location is beyond slow. They are out of most things, and did not fill up our drinks the entire way. We waited in line for 20+ minutes, then a worker comes up and proceeds to hand us drinks even though we already have them. It is unorganized. It was so bad we just gave up on our $26 order, after we had already paid. Do not recommend. read more

Morning crew is amazing! Fast service, friendly and gets your order right. Do not go any time after 2 o'clock tho. Will not take your order at the drive thru. I have seen 5 cars drive off and watched the employees laugh at the last one that drove off. I pulled to the window without my order being taken and waited. The girl did not have her headset on and was not at the window . She finally came to the window and took my order. They always(after 2pm) Day the macchiato machine isn't working. What's the problem with having some people work around this place?!?! I ordered fries and a Diet Coke and still waiting after 22 mins. I'm only being patient because I love the fries but dang!!! Get it together. This location is awful!! read more

Went to this establishment for breakfast! Needless to say I was not impressed by anyone and will not return there. The staff was rude, Lobby and tables were dirty. Took too long for the food, and it was not correct. Managers were rude and everyone there looked like they did not want to be there. No smiles or good mornings were given. They acted like they were doing me a favor. I do NOT recommend this location at all. read more

Very unprofessional and inexcusable service and conduct! Employees were some of the rudest I've ever encountered and I frequent McDonald's daily! We are traveling thru and this is by far the worst ever! First would not wait on us and made EVERYONE use the kiosk. Then NO Dr Pepper,no blue raspberry frozen drink, no honey mustard for our nuggets then wanted to charge when we asked for bbq sauce . Spent $40 and refused to give it to us even tho we purchased food! Terrible McDonald's.... Not a good look letting employees treat your customers in such a horrible fashion! read more

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to in my life!!! Manager and employees are extremely rude. Started from the second we walked up to the register. All employees including manager act as if you are bothering them when you ask for anything. Including simply placing an order. The manager was literally walking around with a black and mild in her hand the whole time because it was more important than the customers in the store. It is very clear the issues here stem from lack of leadership. There is a charge for condiments such as ketchup and bbq sauce if you ask for them. Lots of employees working but it still took me and several other groups of people over 15 mins to receive orders. I would assume because EVERY SINGLE employee is behind the counter playing on cell phones. There is no drink machine so refills also cost extra. The hot water coming out of the Mens bathroom faucet is so hot that you cannot wash your hand without getting burned, and the restroom utilities such as toilet paper and paper towels do not exist. McDonalds, you might want to have a talk with this franchise owner. Making you look very bad. As a customer who was simply passing through Alabama, I will forever think of this as a bad choice to stop in, and that I should have went across the street to one of the many other restaurants in view. Not a surprise that as I open my help app to make this review all I see are reviews of similar experience. I would give negative stars if I could.... read more

Went there this morning and there was a young female on the register and a older female manager. I ordered from the kiosk and the kiosk asked if I wanted to pay at the register of at the kiosk, I chose register. When I got to the register the worker looked at me like I had 4 heads and told me I had to pay at the kiosk. I simply said well the kiosk said I could pay at the register and therefore my order has already been cleared from the kiosk. The female manager then proceeded the day to me "I will check you out here JESUS". I then cancelled my order due to their rudeness! read more

The worst I've ever been to! Manager rude employees rude! If i was the owner I would get rid of the staff!! Came through the drive through and order 2 sodas fries and frappe and they gave me everything but frappe. They ask me to pull forward waited about five minutes and went inside to see what is taking so long. I ask if my drink was ready she oh yeah it coming hand me a frappe that was 1/2 filled I asked where the rest was she grabbed my frappe and said she wants a refund. I said no i would like the rest of my frappe and some other girl came over and very rudely and said that is all. Manager walks over saying I dont have time for this. This store has no clue about customer service or how not to talk to people without an Attitude! So rude i was there around 1:30pm 3/18/22. So you know who was working and maybe gave a talk with them or get rid of them and hire a new staff. read more
