I came on here only to find that I rated this place 7 years ago. Well, the only thing is I can't even rate the food because this is the third day in a row they've immediately canceled my online order, using their own app. And of course no one's picking up any phones to explain why they keep doing this. I guess if you're not willing to drive up and wait 45 minutes, you can forget it. So my sentiment is the same as it was 7 years ago and 10 years ago. Avoid this place at all costs. read more

First, let me start off by saying that I don't review fast food restaurants. Not because I feel like they are beneath me. But, I used to work at one in high school and know that it is very strenuous job. I have empathy for those that work in those high pressure environments. With that being said, the ONLY reason I'm giving this 1 star is because there is no option for 0 stars. And, the ONLY reason they are getting such a scathing review is because of how nasty and rude the manager (We were there at 10:30pm so whomever the lady was that was working was there at that time) was with my sister and I. She was standing within earshot of the window and was very rudely, and in cursing us out because we had multiple orders. There may have been a procedure for handling multiple orders, but we didn't need to be cursed at to get the point across. The lobby was closed so the drive thru line stretched around the parking lot. I'm so disappointed right now because, as a former fast word worker that put himself through law school, there is absolutely no pride and professionalism that was displayed this visit. It's already one thing to have to deal with random gunshots while we are ordering, but to have a very aggressive and rude manager cursing at us is unnecessary. Again, I have worked in the industry at the lowest job. I was never a manager. So, I can only imagine how her lack of leadership trickles down to her employees. Inside the store, it seemed as if the workers were on edge because of the volume of business and the high stress of the moment. It's 2024. People have to work extremely hard and stretch their money. Most of these places are independent franchises. To the owner at this location, please do not take for granted that people will just come to your brand because of the logo. There are other viable locations in the area where this lack of professionalism and rudeness isn't suffered. Please do better! Because, if I happen to venture back to this location and this manager I cursed me again, I will be contacting my connections with management in higher positions to address this madness. Be frustrated. That's ok. But, do not, under any circumstances yell and curse at your customers. This location is a complete joke. I placed a mobile order through the app while the store was listed as open--but when I arrived, there wasn't a single person visible inside. No communication. No service. Nothing. The night shift staff, when they do show up, are consistently rude and unprofessional. It's clear customer service isn't a priority here, and that's a shame for such a well-known brand. I'm beyond disappointed and won't be returning. I keep saying this over and over. If you don't want to come to work, stay at home. The girl taking the order through the drive through was dry as the desert while taking the order. When I get to the window to pay, she says the amount and sticks the handheld credit machine out the window (I guess she was psychic to know that I was paying with a credit card). She closes the window and goes back to her cell phone. I'm sitting there waiting on a receipt. Hell, I need to verify how much was charged to my credit card (after all, this is the city of scammers). Very very disappointing. Customer service is awful. Kids are running the store. Kids with no tracing in customer service. I gave it a try 3 Xs day service is much different than the evening service. After meeting the manger it's understood why. He needs retraining. There is much to be said when the manager gets an attitude because you don't want an item that you have to sit and wait another 15 min for! To not try to see the customer's side is sad. To make a statement that you don't want to upset your team is ridiculous. The building is remodeled but it's the same sorry customer service that's plagued this place for years. You know what it is. Double quarter pounder cheese. This review is short and sweet like my experience this time. The fries were crispy. I didn't have to wait in line 20 plus minutes. The fries do taste like the oil hasn't been changed in awhile. A little salt would make it taste like my customary mickey D's experience. Nothing was missing this time. This place here is cray cray. It's always something going on here. I think I've only had one normal experience at this place. I pass by this McDonald's all the time on the way to work or just on the way to anywhere period. They get most of my business during the morning hours and you would think that's when they have most of their lives together right? Yeah not so much. If you are partially familiar with their dollar menu, you know it has the fruit n yogurt parfait on there as an option for breakfast and all day. So I expect a breakfast menu item to be ready during breakfast hours. 9 times out of 10 it isn't ready. I wrote corporate about it once and they said they'd correct it. You think they did? Nope! So now they have me trained to ask for it before I order it which is kind of sad if you think about it. Then one day I wanted a sausage mcmuffin. They didn't have muffins. WTF! I hate their biscuits because they are too salty for me. Someone messed up the food order that week. Another time I had a coupon for a free oatmeal if I purchased a large beverage. The manager was the one that rang me up. You think he would actually get the transaction right right? NOPE! He assumed what the coupon said and gave me the free drink and not the oatmeal. I showed him the print on the coupon. Then he charged me for both. I asked him to read the coupon again. Then he gave me two oatmeals and charged me for an oatmeal AND the orange juice. I just took the extra oatmeal and gave it to a coworker. SMH They have the two speaker drive through with one in front of the other. They rarely use the first one and normally someone will sit there and sit there and sit there until they realize no one is speaking into that one. And they only do that because they have that pre-recorded message that speaks when someone rolls over the sensor. I just automatically pass by that one. It's a waste of space and money. Reading the reviews recently posted makes me think some major changes must have taken place at this location. I stopped in on the way back from the airport on Tuesday with my two small grandchildren in tow. The service we received was beyond wonderful. We interacted with several very friendly women employees and they couldn't have been more accommodating. We were having a late breakfast and my grandchildren prefer bacon. Both women at the counter helped me place the order and said they would fix it so the kids could have bacon and they proceeded to replace the sausage in the big breakfast with bacon. Sounds like no big deal but it was a big deal to me. They went out of their way to help me and they did it with a big smile! Such pleasant people!! As a side note, when I got home I realized I had left my diaper bag there. I tried calling for several days/nights and no one ever picked up the phone, no matter what time I called. (Not sure why). However, today I drove back there and asked if they had a lost and found. Again, the nice lady behind the counter said, "I have your bag right here waiting for you" and she handed it over and it was just as I had left it. Perhaps McDonald's needs to send these lovely employees down the road to the McDonald's at 840 Veteran's Memorial Parkway location to show them what customer service should look like! read more

This mcdonalds Is literally the worst. Every single time we come here our order is messed up. It's like they don't even care what we want to drink, we say what we want and they just ring whatever up and give you coke. This time I ordered a Dr. Pepper to drink, they give us a coke so my husband goes inside to exchange for a dr. Pepper and they STILL GIVE ME COKE!!!! It makes absolutely no sense why these attitude filled teenagers cannot get the order right. Last time we went we ordered our drinks and they told us there was no ice, but they were handing out drinks with ice to the people behind us.
