The manager Alayahr tells me that the salads are made overnight and goes to check the the product with me on the phone she states well this bag looks brown but this one looks good. I'm listening to this nonsense thinking what the H does this have to do with my brown salad! It's not my job to tell your company that in order to have a fresh salad it should be made the same DAY! She tells me to bring the receipt back up for a refund. I explained I don't live that close so it will be a couple days but I didn't see the receipt the cashier didn't give it to me.Alayahr states ok bring it up. I bring the salad back up to this restaurant in their container not touched and now the manager has amnesia and LIES IN MY FACE stating that she told me I would need a receipt. So now not only did this horrible dirty restaurant serve me a day old maybe two day old salad who knows but now your trying to rip me off and hassle me really! So I demand to speak to the district manager. While in their dining room the amount of filth I observed is OUTRAGEOUS! The dirt on the back wall of the drink machine is a covered with dust/dirt. It's unlike the salads you get at other fast food restaurants. Plus the salads at Zaxby's are filling and less than six dollars. Beyond salads the Buffalo wings are available in a variety of flavors as well as the chicken sandwiches. Everything at Zaxby's tastes fresh and is down right delicious. While Zaxby's is often compared to Chick-Fil-A, these fast food chicken only joints are definitely different. Zaxby's restaurants can only be found in the south east. Worse Zaxby's location I've ever been to. Really 0 stars. The few times I have come here the food is TRASH. You can tell no one gives a shit in there. Between the lack of customer service and carelessness of food preparation, I'll drive the extra miles to go to another one! I mean I've gotten better service at McDonald's, seriously! I ordered a blackened blue salad. The lettuce was brown, there was literally a HEAP of blue cheese, chicken, and lettuce, nothing else that's supposed to come on a normal salad. No fried onions, no lettuce, no tomatoes. I feel like if you know you don't have the ingredients to make the salad you either 86 the salad altogether or let the customer know you don't have them so that they can make the choice if they even still even want the salad! Like duh. But that's just the beginning, my chicken was PINK and UNDERCOOKED, even worse is that I ate some of the salad before realizing all of this sooo if I get sick I'll know exactly where it came from. I'm definitely calling the board and hoping they get a surprise inspection because there's NO WAY they have a passing grade serving brown lettuce and raw chicken to customers. I get that this is fast food and I'm not expecting a 5 star plate from mostly high school employees, I'm just asking that you do the bare minimum and make sure your food is thoroughly cooked! I order from the Zaxby's app for the first time and my order was suppose to be done at 4:15 pm. I arrived at the site around 5:00 pm and one of the employees who worked the curbside said it wasn't ready. They had almost an hour to prepare my order. The worst part of this experience was that I ordered a 5 chicken finger plate that cost me $9.49, and they only gave me three chicken fingers, they cheated me of two chicken fingers. Worst Zaxbys I have ever been to. Located just off of Fulton Industrial Blvd and Camp Creek Parkway. I arrived there around 11:45 am on a Tuesday morning. The drive-thru was backed up so I decided to go inside. There was about 5 people in line. Rodney, the guy working the register was awesome. He was fast and very polite. Rodney is the only reason I am giving this place two stars. Otherwise ... 1 star. Once arriving at the register I ordered a 4 finger plate with all chips instead of fries and coleslaw and large drink. There was no unsweet tea available on the counter. There was a huge puddle of water by the counter that no one bothered to clean up during the 25 minutes I was there. No warning sign either. I had order number 46 and they were just on number 31. Yes there 15 people waiting for food. It took me 3 minutes to order and over 20 minutes to get my food. The only upside to waiting over 20 minutes was that my food was fresh. While waiting, I went to use the restroom. It was disgusting. There was urine all over the floor. There was water all over the sink area and no paper towels. At this point I am just over this place. Once receiving my food I couldnt find a table to sit at because all the people waiting for their food was sitting at tables. I will not be back. Thank goodness for Rodney. read more

I went last night i wanted the wings and things they were out of boneless and traditional wings , so i ordered the kicken chicken sandwich. When ordering my drink they were out of the drink i wanted, tried to order 2 other drinks they were supposedly out of those as well. Got home to eat my food. I try to support t businesses that are in the area I work in but I will drive 15 minutes before I make this 2 minute drive again. If this was a regular day, the wait would be longer than my lunch break. Today I stopped by and of course due to COVID 19 they are not busy. I asked for nibbles with an order of fried pickles and asked for them to be cooked fresh. Because my order came so quick(even though their signs says orders are prepared fresh) I checked it before I pulled off. As I thought the pickles wasn't fresh. I've heard so many great things about this place. I am from Jersey, so when I came down to Georgia I was super excited to try Zaxby's. But this was a huge mistake! When I walked into this establishment, it was freezing! I didn't even want to sit in and eat because it was so cold! On top of that, it was extremely dirty! As I was walking to the counter, I could see that people were in the back, looking pretty busy, so I just figured they hadn't had time. I then began to order my food, and the cashier was speaking extremely fast, acting as if she was in a rush or didn't want to be bothered. I ordered my food at 6:10pm and didn't get my food until 6:40pm! When they gave me my food, I was missing two of my orders which made the wait even longer! The cashier didn't even apologize!
