Long story short, they lost our ticket and it took over an hour to get our food. Although the line wasn't long when I came, the wait was long because there were several people waiting on their food. It took about 35 minutes from the time I ordered to get my food- 13 piece wings and fries. Heads up, there's a $1.99 fee to split the flavors which is. It's not anywhere on the menu. There's a similar markup to the wings that come with the powdered sugar on them and a few extra flavors (but it is marked on the menu). I got the lemon pepper and sweet n spicy. The lemon pepper flavor is perfect, with the right balance of seasoning without being too salty. The sweet n spicy were good too but I probably wouldn't get that flavor again.
