If you are craving breaded windows with some flavor, this is a good spot. The wings are not small, they are just right and well worth the value and filling. I would flag this as one of the top wing places to try in Atlanta, mostly because the value and flavor is great. We came here because it has been hyped up sooo much on Instagram and the wings were good but tbh, I'd still rather go to the wing in Marietta especially since this place is hard to get to and not the most user friendly to order from. It's in this new concept warehouse where there's a bunch of restaurants to choose from and you order online. You're still expected to tip, of course but I'm not sure for what because they don't bring the food curbside although their website says they do? You still have to call them when you arrive and go to the "employee door" for the guy to stick his head out and pass you your bag of food. They keep you updated through text messages and when you arrive there is a check in kiosk on the wall. You also use your phone to unlock the food locker where your food is placed when it is ready. My favorite wing spot in Atlanta. Together with my family we have ordered from here at least 20 times in the past few years. The lemon pepper and hot honey lemon pepper are our favorite flavors, the hot and mild flavors are great too, the other flavors are not as good as lemon pepper in our experience but still tasty if you don't like lemon pepper (only flavor we haven't tried it the Sriracha). I will say I never liked lemon pepper wings in other cities before we settled in Atlanta so the fact that it's our go-to is significant for me. We always request to fry extra hard and 9 times out of 10 they do that perfectly. The quality of the chicken wings themselves are good (I have admittedly had better quality wings in other places) but if you're looking for giant hormone fed wings this isn't the place. Picking up orders can be a challenge if you're new to the location. The parking lot is small and disorganized, and the ordering machines inside are not intuitive. We usually request curbside pickup and that is pretty smooth, they bring it outside with courtesy and speed, but just be prepared if the order name is different than name on the ID of the person picking up they will check and ask (courteously) but they're strict about it. You get the hang of it after a couple times. The wings are worth it no matter the number of hoops to jump through. read more

I ordered a breaded 10 piece 1/2 hot honey lemon pepper and 1/2 spicy mango combo with ranch fried okra and included a drink. It was pretty pricey for wings, but the portion was a nice size. The wings were a bit fatty and didn't mesh well with the crispy exterior. The sauces were delicious though. The ranch fried okra wasn't spectacular, but really tasty. Their sweet bleu cheese is a must have though! I'm a huge fan of bleu cheese as a dipping sauce and theirs is top notch. I have been following B&L Wings on IG for a couple of months, but I never tried them because of the drive to their location on Pleasantdale Rd. It was just too far for me to justify for take out. So I was happy to learn that they moved locations to Midtown that is a much better drive for me. I was also happy to see they are on Doordash as I had a gift card balance that I had been waiting to use. I ordered the 10 piece wing combo fries & a drink are included in the combo price, but it's $1 upcharge for regular fried okra and $1.50 for ranch fried okra. I haven't had fried okra in years so I opted for the upcharge. I also added the sweet blue cheese dressing ($0.50 extra) because of all the rave reviews I had been seeing despite my dislike of blue cheese with my wings. I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with the blue cheese. It was soooo good! I'm glad I was able to split my wing sauce choices and try 2 different flavors. B and L wings operates out of Forrest Eatery, which is a ghost kitchen near home parks. So there are many different restaurants available, but all of them are delivery / pickup only, including B&L. As of Feb 2022, you have to order online on the website, and you cannot do all drums or flats. I got the honey hot lemon pepper and regular lemon pepper, nonbreaded. The wings are pretty sizable. Not the biggest I've had but definitely not small. I really liked them both. The lemon pepper had a strong scent and flavor of both lemon and pepper. The honey hot was a bit different with drizzles of sweet and specks of spicy. The outside was pretty crispy with tender meat inside. I've also had the breaded wings in the past, but personally they weren't that great, and I wanted to hold off the review until I've tried the non bread as this place is highly recommended. If you want a more traditional wing experience, I would get the nonbreaded ones. Overall, they are great wings (one of the best in atl) and I will revisit for more in the future. read more
