So I went to Macdonald on Tuesday September 26 2017 at 12:30. According to Google McDonald's opens at 4 AM and closes at 1 AM Monday through Thursday so I went up to the drive-through there was no Sign saying it was close or no one at the speaker saying it was close. They're management sucks when they had employees with the virus, the managers didn't tell the whole crew and many were blindsided by the news. Other than them having bad communication skills. This McDonalds has horrible service! I waited for 20 minutes in the drive thru. No one should have to wait for that long in a drive thru. I live here in arvin, This has always been the most terrible mcdonalds i've ever eaten at. The fries are always old and soggy, The orders never come out right, The rude young women that work there don't even say thanks or bye, They just slam the window shut. How disgusting I went and ordered a Big Mac combo not only were my fries old and cold (I COULD TELL BECAUSE I USE TO WORK FAST FOOD MYSELF)!!! The only thing good about this McDonald's is the location. Other then that its the best place to get salty fries, awful customer service, attitude from employees to last the whole year and $9 sanwiches with a soggy lettuce a piece of tomato bun and meat that took 20 minutes to make and have ready. So my brother in law and I went to McDonalds at 2am because we were obviously hungry, and on the website it says it's open on Saturdays from 4am-3am, tell me why we kept saying hello over and over again to the talking machine and getting no response. I love this chain of restaurant there food is great but I wish it was slightly healthier.

I believe Mc.Donald's has changed throughout the years, w/ the new owners Mc.Donald's has decently approved, it has great service, if you dine in, most of the time they will take the food right to you. I have to praise this McDonalds in Arvin, CA!! My husband and I are diabatic and can only eat certain items. For lunch one afternoon we decided to treat ourselves to a burger. We asked for a double quarter pounder, lettuce wrapped with Mac sause and got exactly what we ordered within minutes. They didn't bat an eye at the special request and we were very pleased!! Absolutely the worst!!!! For some odd reason the line is always so long yet they never get an order right. I've grown up here and used to go to hangout after school with friends because we were friends with the owners son. But over the years their service has become worse and worse. They hire people that do not groom themselves appropriately. I understand the population of the town it's in is mostly Hispanic but not everyone prefers to speak Spanish and it is rude to assume that just because you are at that specific one you speak or understand it. Even though I do...it is rude to take my order turn around and call it out in Spanish to your coworkers . Not just Spanish but any other language. If I spoke a foreign language in front of my patients at work I would be fired immediately. The customer is always right! They never remember to put in BBQ sauce or ketchup and I have gone multiple times when they have been standing there gossiping and cursing behind the register. Staff is completely unprofessional.
