This place is at a low point, perhaps, at the moment. Around 11 am Friday: drive thru busy, inside busy. The floors are dirty, although I have seen worse. In Women's bathroom "occupied" indicates available, and "available" indicates free. Can order with app, online, in person, at kiosk, or thru two drive-thru windows. I don't think staff have figured out yet how to manage this yet. One person came in and did not want to use kiosk: 1 of 4 was out of service. Worker did not want to take order at counter, and argued with customer who really did not want to use kiosk. I understood why because I used the kiosk. I selected the eat here option, but got stuck because it wanted me to enter a tent number, but it was unclear where the tents were (these were at the pickup counter: once you see them it's fine). I tried to go for takeaway, but you cannot backtrack easily so I cancelled and started over. My order # appeared on screen then disappeared. I had to get person to help and they forgot to give me the drink cup. My burger was lopsided with melted cheese hanging off side and mayo dripping from bottom. Either sloppily assembled or roughly handled. Perhaps it was dropped? I hope not on the floor. Did I mention state of the floors? Placed an online order. Total was $16.19, paid online. Got to the restaurant, the drive thru board showed 16.19. Get to the first window and are told our order is "partially approved" and that we still owed over $7. After arguing with the manager and seeing the receipt from the store it is because they didn't honor ANY of the online deals. Don't order online at this store. read more

Well this McDonalds has never been good, I've gotten sick from them before, but it being late I thought I'd try again. They just reached an all time low. The other day, I was driving home late at night (around midnight maybe?) and after a very long hard day was rather starving. Heard this McD was 24 hours, verified on their site, drove way out of my way to get there. Waited in a rather long line. Get up to the window, just wanted to order a McDouble and a drink quick and easy, and was 'greeted' in the most nasty shouting tone ...DOOR DASH ONLY! They adamantly refused to take my order, despite me being right there with cash just wanting a damn burger. The lady got ruder and ruder, eventually screaming at me that she JUST DIDN"T F***KING CARE and telling this customer to F*CK OFF. I was just stunned. If this is the quality of staff you can afford, just shut the f down already. The whole POINT of places like this, is to be able to go and quickly get a cheap and simple meal. Instead I got nothing but abuse. I don't have the tech, nor or the money, to be ordering from door dash. I've seen their fees...so how much does that make my poor mc double? It also just wasn't clear whether they meant door dash and you go get it or only door dash dasher allowed. This policy is highly discriminatory towards wealthier people with fancy phones. I came to the drive thru at 10:00 which is 2 hours before close and was "greeted" with silence for about 2 minutes. When I tried to place my order with the mobile app code, I was trying to be considerate and apologized that it was somewhat large. I was told to "Fuck myself" and that I must have been taunting the lady at reception with that comment. Any point in which I tried to clarify and apologize if I offended I was met with her screaming "BYE" or "Leave now" over the speaker. By far the worst service in town. Even with two drive-thru, this place is very busy... it's also a heavy traffic area for local high school kids and when I stopped by, I had to wait about 20 minutes from pulling into the drive-thru to paying and picking up the food... I haven't been to this location in ages and this past experience reminded my why I don't go here often.... it's a busy place and expect to spend some time... my order was simple, so there was no mix-up, thankfully... Big fan of the sausage mcmuff. My bro likes his nugs. However, this is the slowest fast food place I have been to in my entire life. I have been to this mcdonalds multiple times, and every time their service is slow. I have never written a yelp review before, but I have gotten bored waiting in this (not large) line for 30 mins straight. I was about to submit my review when I got to the window and was told that my order had not been taken. UPDATE: What's up crew it's Jibs again, back at the ol Mickey Ds. Like a dog returning to its vomit. After waiting at the window to have my order taken for 25 mins I finally decided to leave. This McDonalds is a disgrace and some people need to be fired. After thinking about my visit to this McDonalds, it seems to me that there's an employee training issue at hand. The visit started out fine with the polite manager taking our order which simply consisted of 3 McFlurries, which sounds like an easy order to fill. One employee started making them when I noticed another employee bringing a mop and bucket to the area behind the cash registers near the ice cream machine. I watched to see what needed mopping as a third employee came to help wring out the mop. But, I never saw anything being mopped up behind the counter. Hmm.... strange. Meanwhile the first lady was continuing to make our 3 McFlurries, when the two who were using the mop and bucket stopped doing whatever it was that they were doing with it and decided to assist in making the McFlurries. Now we had all 3 making the 3 McFlurries but the two ladies only helped for a few seconds because I think a drive thru order needed answering and the french fry machine needed tending to. McFlurry number one was made and handed to us, followed by the second one. I told the two in my party to go have a seat because mine would be done in a minute. Nope. Mine sat on the ledge of the machine while the employee that was supposed to be making them just walked away. Was there a sudden problem that needed tending to where my McFlurry was suddenly abandoned? Nope. I made eye contact with the manager when he was taking another order, he gave me a puzzled look like, 'what's going on with your McFlurry'? He turned to the machine, saw mine sitting there abandoned and stated sternly to the employee who was coming from the dining area, to 'finish this please'. It appeared all my McFlurry needed was the scoops of Reese's Peanut Butter Cup added to it and mixed. But I don't know why she left the job and wandered to the dining area. Anyways, I finally received my McFlurry and even though it wasn't mixed up well, I did enjoy the big chunks of unmixed peanut butter goodness. But then as we were enjoying our frozen treats, we overheard an employee telling the manager loud enough for the diners to hear, that the windows at the lobby entrance were dirty and needed cleaning.... nice.... Just what you want to hear when you're enjoying a refreshing treat.... not. Last but not least, I needed a wet wipe from the dispenser, but.... no wet wipes were there.... empty. So, this visit was a comedy of errors and I can only give 2 stars. read more

Ugh!! They gave me the wrong drink!! And this was supposed to be the correction from my drive-thru experience a moment before when they failed to give me my drink at all (an iced coffee)! Not a big deal if this was the first time they've left off ordered items. In other instances we've missed Sweet & Sour sauce (my kids tell me nuggets do NOT taste good without this!!), fries, drinks, etc. This seems to happen a bit more often than necessary at this restaurant location. In all fairness, service overall at this location is usually good, friendly, and accurately delivered by a typically youthful staff member. This is saying a lot given how busy this location is often and the volume of business they do. The food? Well, it's... It's... Well McDonalds' quality food-- pretty much the same as all other sites. Unprofessional Once I witnessed a man spilling coffee on himself at the counter because the lid wasn't on. Not a single employee did anything. I go to this McDonald's on occasion when in Ann Arbor for a coffee drink or sweet tea for my wife. On my most recent visit I bought a large mocca frappe and drank it outside while waiting for my wife. As I got ready to leave, I pulled up to the drive through window and ordered a large sweet tea with no ice for her to drink later. The employee informed me that they didn't serve sweet tea without ice as it is a health code violation. I don't know about you, but that's the first I've ever heard of such a thing. I know for a fact that you can go inside and buy an empty cup and put whatever you want in it. I think I smell a bunch of baloney here! Worst McDonald's I have ever visited! I don't know how they keep their franchise. The list of things wrong with this place is so long that it is hard to know where to start. The basic problem must be the owner, because they determine the managers and the managers here are among the worst you will find anywhere. It would be tough to do a worse job at managing than they do here. The place is filthy dirty everywhere. Trash on the floor, counter and tables that are covered with grime, bathrooms that had feces on the doors and walls, and even the order counter was covered with grease and grime. Completely disgusting! We waited forever, (15 minutes) to order, and then had to wait twenty minutes for the food only to find that there was a problem with food. We tried correct the problem with the person who gave us the food order, but she couldn't understand what the issue was. She seemed to lack the intellectual capacity to understand the problem so we asked for the manager, she said "I am the manager!" Holy crap! She was so stupid. She then proceeded to simply ignore us by turning her back on us and walking away. This explains everything about this place, horrible management. There were so many "workers" just standing around doing nothing. One "worker" was standing behind the register talking to his friend about some drug fest that they went to the night before while people were waiting to give their order. The manager seemed oblivious to any of the issues happening right in front of her face. Extra charge for everything that normally would be complimentary. One of the worst McDonalds ever, but I did have a decent experience today. Long waits, incorrect orders, and unfriendly staff are all common along with the issues related to the cleanliness of the location. Last week I ordered two normal burgers and a water which should have been simple. When I received the two burgers I continued to wait for the water till I finally asked the lady. She had not put the water on the order and it would be five cents. So we then had to get a manager over to approve a five cent water transaction on my card (only had $20s) before I could get my water which you can't refill. Today I waited for 14 min to get my one chicken wrap but the reason for the extra star is this one time the women apologized and did give me my money back due to the wait.
