I've had it up to here with McDonald's. I used to be a big fan of Happy Meals, but now $5.89 ($6.89 after tax) gets you mid food and even worse customer service. I ordered the Happy Meal deal with a Stranger Things toy, only to find that switching to a small Coke cost an extra 30 cents -- apparently only milk, chocolate milk, or juice are included now. When I asked about the Coke, the cashier simply said "okay," but I noticed the upcharge on the screen and had to correct it myself. I also requested extra fries instead of apple slices, but that change was ignored too. While the cashier at payment was at least somewhat friendly, the employee handing me my order gave me a completely monotone, lifeless interaction that felt like I was inconveniencing her just by being there. To top it off, my order was wrong, the burger was tiny and smashed flat, the fries were barely a handful, and overall the meal felt laughably overpriced for what I received. For nearly $7, I got a microscopic burger, minimal fries, a juice box, and a cheap toy -- not exactly a "Happy" Meal. This experience left me disappointed, overcharged, and honestly just sad. After watching World of Color at Disney's California Adventure, my family and I decided to stop by this McDonald's which is right next to Disneyland! After exiting the parking garage around 10:30 P.M on a Wednesday, we were on the way to this McDonalds! We did need to make a few different turns in order to get on the correct street since its a one way street. We did initially miss the turn into the McDonalds since there is only a one way entry point. Once we arrived, we ended up going through the drive-thru even though it was super busy! We ended up ordering the following [1] Cheeseburger plain with just pickles! [1] Medium French Fries [10] Chicken Nuggets [1] Sprite Even though it was busy, the line did move relatively quickly. We didn't wait longer than 10 minutes for our order. Everything was still warm by the time we got back to the hotel too! My cheeseburger order was correct and it was delicious, especially since we didn't have time to catch dinner at Disney's California Adventure! The Sprite tasted off though. It reminded me of sparkling water. Service was fast, and the food was good! I'd stop by this McDonald's location again near Disneyland if we're looking for a quick bite to eat! read more

I don't usually leave reviews, but I wanted to share my experience in hopes it helps improve things. I work overnight at a nearby hotel, and I normally bring my own food. This was one of the few times I forgot, so I stopped by around 1 AM during my lunch break, knowing you close at 2 AM. I completely understand how things can feel rushed near closing. I've worked fast food before myself, but I was pretty disappointed with the quality of my meal. I ordered a Deluxe McCrispy combo, and when I bit into the chicken sandwich, something immediately felt off. The outside looked cooked, but the inside was tough and did not seem fully cooked. I only took a couple bites before I had to stop eating it. I ended up just eating the bread and fries because I was still hungry. As you can see in the photos, I even cleaned up my table before leaving. Like I said, I've worked in fast food before, so I try to be respectful and make things easier for the staff, especially during late-night shifts. I just refilled my Coke and was on my way. I didn't go back to ask for a replacement since I was on a limited lunch break and wasn't sure I'd get another sandwich in time, and honestly I was worried it might turn out the same. I paid about $14 for the meal, so it was frustrating not being able to actually enjoy the main item. I'm not trying to bash anyone. I know late-night shifts can be tough, but I hope this serves as a reminder to double-check food quality, especially with chicken. This McDonald's is located on Harbor Boulevard right across from Disneyland. I was staying at the hotel next door and I was returning from Disneyland. I was really thirsty and wanted to snack and so I decided to place a quick a mobile order. I'm sure this McDonald's gets super busy and the good thing is that it's pretty big. I think the only bottleneck is that the drive-through in the driveway can't get kind of hectic. Use the McDonald's app to place a mobile order so you can minimize your waiting time. There's always different kinds of promotions and deals that they have on there. They have a lot of the self-service kiosks and I believe probably when it's also busy I'll open up the different registers that they have there as well. This is definitely a cool spot and I can see how it can get extremely busy at times. read more

This is the location I order my curbside orders from if I am nearby. Curbside orders are convenient at McDonald's. If you use the app you just order in advance, pull into McDonald's and input the parking spot number in the app and an employee brings out your meal. Most of the times the employees are overwhelmed with orders and just hand to you and leave. This location, their employees are trained well! Always service with a smile and great attitude. Came in after a day at Disneyland and placed my order at the machine 10:05pm. Wait around till 10:35pm asked one of the worker if he can check up on my order and he said they're working on it. So I proceeded to wait again seeing my order pop up ready to serve and then not hearing my number called now it 10:45pm I asked to talk to the manger on duty. Now im really pissed I return back to store and tell him to give me my full refund and he tell me he did and I pull up the charge my credit and he looks at me like im the retard. He again then punches up some random number and proceeds to give me a 2nd refund. I was about to walk out then thought let me check the refund. This dumbass retard short me again ＄3. I return back to this dumbass and show him the addition and he looks at me. Gives me a smirk like ahhh I almost go you! So beware of this tard this is the worst McDonald's I so far had to deal with. She was very nice and told me to come in and they'd give me the food. Two days later I returned and Krystal gave me the food along with 2 pies for having to come back. Kudos to Krystal!! Regular workers are nice. Management is insufferable. They made a vanilla iced coffee for my wife too sweet, politely asked them to remake it. They did with more than double the amount of milk and it was the color of a blank sheet of paper. Politely asked them to remake that one too. This is one of our go-to places when staying nearby. Perfect place to go to for breakfast and a late night snack before going or coming back from Disneyland. Depending on the time this place is always packed. I recommend ordering ahead with the app. It makes things go a whole lot smoother. Especially when dealing with hangry impatient people waiting for their food as well. The food is always made fresh to order, and they keep the store nice and clean. You may see some homeless people outside. Just keep walking. Don't pay no mind to them. They won't bother you. The prices are a lot more than some other locations. There aren't a lot of deals with the app either. I guess that's the price you pay for convenience.
