This is not a McDonalds at least as of January 2nd, 2026. They have all burger kind menu items and workers, yet couldn't accept Burger King rewards. Also had no cheeseburgers, or double cheeseburgers. Staff weren't very nice and taking their sweet time. Do not recommend stopping at this restaurant station for Burger King. read more

This place has to check what management does. Today 11/13/22 at 2:47pm went in to order, place is packed. Manager is talking in Spanish so loud you could hear her all the way when opening the door. My family is Spanish speaking (2 adults- 2 teens) so we understood how she was talking trash about the customers in Spanish to other workers while telling them "mueve el culo" "move your ass"....what kind of manager this place has! read more

Unfortunately there's no zero for customer service after waiting 10+ minutes in the curbside Lane I went inside still waited there even after trying to make contact withome to get the bag I could see 5 feet away I was ignored... after waiting a few more minutes, I was told sorry you only ordered fries, we're kind of busy. Truly the worst drive thru service I've EVER received. I'm not one to leave negative reviews... but save your time and go somewhere else. It has taken me 40 minutes to even get through the very short line. Please spend your money and time literally anywhere else. read more

Pretty slow for a rest stop. They got our order right, and the fries were freshly made (they started cooking them after we ordered). There were about 7 parties waiting for food around 5pm in an otherwise deserted rest stop. There weren't many other options at the rest stop. Overall, this experience was average. read more

The people behind me left because of how long they took to bring me my food. My simple one meal order was messed up in every way besides the fries. It took 15 minutes to overspend and receive terrible service. I will be contacting McDonald's to see what i can do to get my money back. read more

Way too slow for fast food especially at a rest area. There were hardly any customers so it's very frustrating to wait when you purposely stop after the dinner rush hour is over so you can get in and back on the road fast. No McChicken sandwich and high prices to boot. I get that there's no dollar menu and a charge for convenience, but I wanted a small chicken sandwich and by limiting my options I'm left with a $6 alternative. read more

Stopped here on a bus with a local group of volunteers who serve the community, there were flies everywhere inside, menu prices were 300% mark-up off thruway rest area. I asked for dollar menu and was told not available, ordered a 20 piece chicken nugget and the checked my receipt, number did not line up. I asked the cashier for my money back or why they taxed me on food and she called her manager over and he embarressed me in front my piers and the general public over a dolllar for food. I was always taught the customers always right but he and the cashier would rather bully a single father in public. Absolutely disgusting. read more

The worse customer service experience ever. I walked into the plaza and two employee's were arguing. They were speaking Spanish so I couldn't understand what about, but I noticed 2 young children sleeping in a booth(it was 2:30 am) I was the only none employee in the plaza so the children belonged to one of the employees! The women both ignored me while I stood for 10 mins just to order coffee. I left and sat outside for a while and ran into one of the employees who said the either was yelling and disrespecting her because see felt that she was trying to be the boss. I asked was she her manager she said no and that she(Carmen) was lead. Long story short I go back in and this Carmen person still would not help us with an order. There was another lady there by then who was trying to take care of the drive thru, take orders and prepare orders while Carmen was still yelling and being inappropriate. Terrible service, gets orders wrong, rude employees. A man in front of me went to the counter to get his order corrected after they messed it up and once he left the employees were making fun of him and saying how much they hate customers like that, the manager even took part in the conversation. While I wait for my order, two employees were sitting on the counter watching everyone else work while they do nothing. Overall I wish I went somewhere else. read more
