I had an order last year that got really messed up and the employees didn't seem to care about the issue. That was a lunch order and I usually only order breakfast at the Golden Arches. I almost wrote this restaurant off. I went back for breakfast like I always do, and I never have had a problem again. Ever since I gave them another try; it has been top notch with service. They always go above and beyond when I come in for food. The Ammon McDonald's have some of the hardest working employees I have ever seen. Most of the time I order breakfast. Occasionally, I will order lunch. While I was there having lunch with a friend and her son the other day, I noticed that both the Drive-Thru and the restaurant provided quick service. They even had an employee come out and mop during lunch hour. Though not the safest thing, still nice to see they're keeping it clean. Thank you so much Ammon McDonalds for fantastic service! On a side note, I don't use their Drive-Thru very often because of how it's set up. When I do, it's never too long for waiting time. read more

I just went to the drive thru, ordered a medium number 3 (1/4 pounder meal) she asked what size, i told them medium, then she asked what to drink, I told her coke, all normal exchange so far... then... she asked if we would like anything else, i said yes a double quarter pounder, just the sandwich I think this is where the whole thing went sideways. she told me the total and we went to the first window and paid, i gave a 20 she returned 11 bucks and some change, it seemed to little charge and i quickly puzzled out why, when i said "just the sandwich" she took it on herself to decide i wanted to change the meal to just that, ok whatever, its not too late to save the op, drove to the second window, waited there for 10 minutes, after 5 i tapped on the glass to see if anyone was working, there was, but they ignored the taps, finally they came to the window and tried to hand us "just the sandwich' but I stopped them and explained the mistake.. twice, they said one minute and came back with a different bag presumably containing two dbl 1/4 pounders a medium fry, and a coke. NO Charge :) cool! they owned their mistake and comped the repair. ... Nope, when we got home it was just the meal no "just the sandwich" ;( I called them and explained it for a FOURTH, time, and he asked me "well what do you want ME to do about it?" I was a bit word locked at this point, and then he continued with, I if you come back, you can buy the "just a sandwich" because you already got fries and a coke for free. I just drove all the way home, its cold as heck and late. I didn't want to go back i thought they would take my name, you know, a note for the tomorrow shift and they would make the simple trip simple order that took 20 minutes just in the drive thru.. right, NOPE Ignorant contempt is what i got, i explained I will not be a customer of McDonalds ever again and ended the call read more

Employee accidentally gave my sister an order of a cookie with her order. She was confused but didn't think much of it. When she had started to get the cookie out of the bag and had already touched it, he came back to take it away. She politely asked if she could keep it since she had already touched it. To which he responded by saying very rudely "if it's not yours you can't have it" and literally snatched it out of her hands. She's 17 1st off, and 2nd he was the one to give it to her with her order in the first place. He threw it away straight after! I've watched the employees stepping on and kicking around these nuggets rather than cleaning them up. I also got to witness an employee tell a customer that, even though they messed up and gave her the toddler toy, not the Regular kid toy they asked for when ordering, they can't exchange toys. Ok, I can't diss to much for McDonald's for I once worked there. So I respect everyone who works fast food. It isn't a walk in the park. But, I understand messing up here and there. Its easy to miss the no pickles or no cheese order you get on assembly. I'm not petty to go back in and demand them to remake my no pickle cheese burger I ordered. I went here today for lunch. I asked for no pickles and as you can see it's on the receipt too. So it seems like they just added more pickles than usual. They only do two and I asked for none so they put 4??? And the worst part yet..I was eating my frys and halfway through..I pulled out a fry and a sttring of spit connected with it. I was a fan of McDonald's until I bought a quarter pounder with a bone in it. When I was quickly trying to finish my lunch.. all the sudden CHOMP! a small piece of bone was forced in-between two teeth. It was kinda painful. Even after I flossed it out, my gums still were upset. I hope it was a bone. I'll never actually know. This bothered me so much I'll probably not be going back for a while. This has happened to me before. But my molars found the bone. It wasn't pleasent, but I spat it out and finished my sandwich. Meh. Just don't feel confident ordering from McDonald's much right now. My grandson will only eat Micky D fries. They were great as always! He also will only eat a plain cheeseburger and they are great about making his food his way. He has textural issues and would starve if the food is not made correctly. He is not spoiled He has some spectrum issues as well. read more

Can't really say much about the food, it's typical Mc D's. But the seating area is always very dirty, tables, chairs and the floor.

Very disappointing I waited in line then right before I was to place my order a employee cut in front of me and placed his order. I wasn't sure if they were flirting or what didn't listen in to their conversation. It must of been good because it took 10 more minutes to acknowledge me. I then placed my order waited another one 14 minutes to get my food. I need just to stop going to that McDonald's they are always slow and they never fill your fries up. I don't know why they only fill your fries half way up. I just need to drive to the other McDonald's by Sam's Club. They are fast and not Jewish. read more

Five stars for a McDonald's? Yep. And you can credit manager Sadie and the very sweet crew. I bring my kids to this particular drive thru about weekly. The fries are always hot. The soda always sparkles. And let's be real, only McDonalds' toys are worth keeping around after the kid's meals are gone. We'll visit dozens of times without a mistake being made. But on this rare occasion, the workers double time with a great attitude to make it right. Good hires, work environment and cool remodel dining room. read more

I've had several bad experiences with this location. The management clearly has contempt for customers. It was the only McD close to me with a drive-thru. 1. Ordered a cheeseburger and small fry. Get home and they forgot to put the fries in the bag. I drove all the way back to get the fry. They must have been angry that I came back because I'm driving home and look in the bag and they put one of those tiny kids fries in the bag. I spent the effort and time to go all the way back there and that is how they treated me. 2. Just finished playing golf in 80 degree weather. Came in to order and am waiting for my food. I ask several times for my drink cup so I can rehydrate. They refuse each time saying that is against their new policy. I ask for my money back and go to Burger King. 3. Literally ten times in a row through the drive-thru my large drink is filled 1.5" or farther down from the top. I ask each time for them to fill the cup up and most of those times the crew member gives me back my cup with a snarky attitude. Most McDonalds restaurants have good management. The owner of this one should have his franchise license taken away. read more
