Worst experience of my life. Took 30 minutes to get us 2 drinks, never gave us straws, and the drinks tasted awful.

This place is horribly run. Went to grab something for breakfast. Not only do they not open until 9am, but even at that hour they're not prepared. Ordered breakfast sandwich. No coffee ready and was told it would take a few minutes to have the tots ready. Waited in line and eventually just left. Talk about incompetence. Get there early and get things ready for customers. There is 20 minute delay from the Sonic app to the kitchen to the customer. Ordering ahead and checking in does nothing. Watched eight cars order, pay, and receive their food through the drive through while I waited for my app order. The food is OK once you get it, it just takes sooo long for them to bring it out to the customer. read more

OK every time I go to this Sonic, they mess up every damn time!! And rude as he'll! Tonight we went to order two foot long coney dogs and a plain hot dog with a large lemonade, mango slushy and a nerds blue raspberry slushy. The young blonde headed teenage girl with a bitchy attitude didn't fries, onions and the lemonade. When I asked for my food missing all I got an attitude and "I gave it to you!" And as I continued to argue with the employee I got my onions and fries but not the lemonade. After being pissed off I drove off. If I could give negative stars I would. This place is lousy! Half the intercoms don't work, the drive through intercom wasn't working. Ended driving the one up the road and they were having similar issues. Sonic will still be my favorite place for corn dogs and slushes but the quality has shot down even more. read more

I pulled up to the drive through and was greeted with the most bored, inconvenienced, grumpy reply. Before I could even finish what I was saying he would interrupt me with again, the most grumpy, bored, irritated voice "Anything else", again, I hadn't even finished what I was saying. I was one of two people in line at the drive through and the person in front of me didn't even order food it was the employee friend and they talked for 20 minutes before he left and THEN I had to wait 10 more minutes to get my food when I only ordered 3 small things. I work in food service and if we spoke to customers like he did, we'd be out of a job. I felt like I was the bad guy because of the way he spoke to me, and it wasn't like it was rush hour or anything. it was 9:30 at night. Not sure how they can be any slower. They had an ice cream machine go down for over a week, the amount of time you wait for fast food you might as well go to a restaurant. No one is in a hurry. I just waited for over 20 minutes with only 1 car in front of me. There were 3 guys in the car ahead and I expected them to have a large order. It was one medium bag of food and 2 ice creams. They're extremely slow and the staff is always seated on their cars in the parking lot, chain smoking cigarettes. I usually don't go out of my way to write a review, however this is important. 1 star is being grateful because I would personally give this a 0/5 star rating. They were extremely slow with taking orders and getting orders out. I waited almost 20 minutes for my order. With this pandemic going on, I was going with the flow. The girl that took change, kept touching her mask, face and hair. She was also in charge of making the fountain drink orders. After touching change, her hair, and her face, she went to make drinks. Took the cup and scooped ice with that cup. That's a big no-no in the restaurant world. This is a health code violation and could shut the whole place done, if they found out. If that was a glass in a bar, that puts everyone at risk. The manager needs to address this before this becomes a real habit, as this is a serious violation to a food handlers license. read more

I have come to this location numerous amounts of times despite my better judgement. I've waited in the drive thru line for almost 15 mins. Whenever o order a slushee I have to make sure to ask that they blend it. There has been countless times where everything is on the bottom of the cup stuck and not blended. Wow. I thought the reviews were a little harsh, and that it really couldn't be THAT bad. However, this is my second time recently at this location, and the reviews are painfully true. The location is very poorly managed with very little emphasis on good employee training and customer service. The whole idea of a drive-thru/drive-in is getting your food faster than a sit down restaurant. I'm usually okay waiting a bit, but c'mon...I received faster service at Texas Roadhouse the other day!! And with my recent visits, they are 0 for 2 on order accuracy once they bring the order out. I'd like to blame it on coming at a busy time or during the rush at lunch, but I can't ignore the fact that Chick-fil-A down the road services ten times the amount of people during lunch hour EASILY, and the wait is actually very minimal. I am currently the only one parked ordering food with 3 people in the drive-thru and it's taken 20 minutes to receive my order (2 hot dogs and a 6 pc chicken, so not tons of food). I really wanted to give this location the benefit of the doubt, but I won't be coming back here again until things change. read more

We saw one guy and the whole time we were there he only served a family that was sitting at the tables, over and over again. It should never take that long for a drink! They are always incredibly slow. Drinks aren't made the same way each time. Employees are unkempt and almost always seen in the parking lot messing around with friends revving the engines on their cars. Last Sunday I went at 8:30 pm and was told they were closing and wouldn't take my order. I've never had a great experience there. Keep going only because it's close to where I live. This was our first time ever going to a sonic and won't be returning. There was no bacon on the bacon cheeseburger, also asked for jalapeños, they forgot that as well. My cheeseburger had an overwhelming amount of mayonnaise. I had to take a napkin and scrape it off of the bun. My sons corn dog was burnt at the top. The tots were super greasy and barely warm. Neither my husband or I could hear the lady on the intercom. The screen says what you ordered, so at least there is that. We had a buy one get one burger free and were not informered that they would still charge us for the drink and tots that were in the meal. Which would have been fine, because we wouldn't have gotten the extra drink & tots. We didn't bother complaining because there was an overwhelmingly amount of issues. After spending $22.08 at a fast food place for four people we had to take our boys to McDonald's so they would eat lunch. We could have gone to Red Robin for that price. read more

This was probably one of the worst fast food places I've ever visited. The food is what you'd expect. However, the service is anything but. After ordering our meals (at 5.99 each) we pulled up to the next window only to be charged almost $15 for our food. When I asked why we were charged so much, the manager simply cut the price to $11 (again, not the correct total). I asked why and was met with only a confused and unconcerned shrug. I only wish we had checked the bag before leaving, because when we got home I discovered that they had left out the onion rings. I thought of going back to get them, but surprise, surprise, the kept the receipt, making me wonder if their intentions had been malicious. If I could give 0 stars I would. Kala (the general manager) of this location is horrible. I ordered my food, paid for it and then was asked to wait while they made it. I'm good with waiting, then I know it's fresh, but; then he proceeds to take a personal call on his cell phone, go outside and talk for about 10 minutes (all while the dude working in the building was looking around like he was lost). Finally he hangs up and goes back inside, I get home with my food and open it...I ordered a breakfast croissant - the thing was like a hockey puck. So; I call him and find out HE'S THE MANAGER. UGH - when I ask if that's how he provides customer service to all of his customers, his response was - I'm sorry! WHAT? My latest experience at this Sonic: 1) While my wife decides what she wants, I listen to the guy in the car next to me getting more and more frustrated as he is forced to repeat his order 3 full times before the girl he's ordering from gets it right. 2) I order a #1 with ketchup and mustard, fries and a large grape slush, a #3 with ketchup and mayo, onion rings and a large cherry lime-aid, and a #3 with ketchup and mustard, onion rings and a large lemon crème pie shake. 3) When read back, the girl tells me "So that's a #1 with ketchup and mustard and two #3's with ketchup and mustard." 4) I say "No, one of those #3's should be ketchup and mayo, and one should have ketchup and mustard." 5) She says "Oh, that's what I have in the system, I just must have said it wrong." 6) When the food is brought out, the carhop hands me my shake and says (word for word) "OK, so here's the uhhhh..... whatever the shake is. I know it's a cheesecake-something..." (it isn't.) He then picks up the cherry lime-aid and says "And here's the ... uhhhh frickin' cherry slush" (Yes, he said "frickin'" in the middle of confirming our order). 7) After checking the food, ALL 3 sandwiches have ketchup and mayo. They also forgot the fries. I wish I could say this trip was unusual, but each and every time I have gone to this location the service has been lousy and there usually has been something wrong with the order. Do NOT go to this Sonic. It's worth the extra drive to go to the one on Yellowstone just to deal with competent people. read more
