Their customer service blows. They've lost me as a customer personally. I went in about 3 weeks ago and the employees literally ignored all new customers while SLOWLY filling 7 Happy Meal orders. They shuffled their feet, they complained the entire time and then, when asked for assistance, they eye rolled. That's of course on the tail end of a customer asking about a web order and the rude girl behind the counter literally knew nothing of the system. Then I went again this morning as a last chance. We were traveling with 2 young kids on a 3,000 mile road trip and we figured we could stop in McDonalds and have somewhat of a standardized experience. Well, this place was a pit. The bathroom stall had no toilet paper and there was feces all over. The playroom was gross, almost as bad a BK across the street (I will get to that later). I don't expect much from McDonald's, but this place disappoints anyway. Both iced teas in the lobby were empty. Even after I told two employees, they didn't fill them. It's impossible to get anyone to help you. The employees will look right at you while you stand at the counter waiting for help and they just keep walking. I could not get water that wasn't brownish. I told an employee and he said you have to let it run awhile. I let it run a LONG time and still got brown-tinted water. We went to McDonald's drive thru on Friday July 3rd 2019, it took us well over an hour to receive our food. Then when we got it the food was cold. Not to mention they were out of Coke and salt packets. Not to mention they forgot half our food. Went though the drive through and placed our order at 12:18, paid for my food and went to the next window and was told to pull forward. After waiting 20 minutes and watching 15 other cars get their food I decided to walk in and check on my order status. I asked two different employees and they did nothing and hid in the back. After another 15 minutes went by I asked for a manger to refund my money, the manager said they were two busy to respond. Not only did they say that to me they also said it to two other customers. After I talked to Andres who was running out drive thru orders he took it on himself to make my order right then a there. I didn't walk back to my car until 1 after ordering at 12:18. I have never had a worse experience in a fast food restaurant, McDonalds or otherwise. When I arrived, no employees seemed to be inside, and as a result, I waited almost 10 minutes until someone acknowledged my presence. Then, after I had ordered, I was told that my order would be a few minutes, as they were making fresh french fries. This didn't bother me. I like fresh, hot, fries. It bothered me that I waited another 10 minutes for my order, only to be served cold fries and an incorrect meal. When I brought this to the attention of a manager, she seemed uninterested, and I pretty much had to demand a refund before she agreed to fix my order. An absolute joke. I wish I would have read the reviews before adding an unnecessary 30 minutes to our 15-hour drive. No one had a clue to what was going on nor did they seem to care. During the 20 minutes we waited inside for our food, three other customers came inside to have their orders corrected from the drive through. One asked for a manager, who came out from the back a couple minutes later - literally looking like she had just been woken up from a nap - and did not seem to care at all. This is the same person we dealt with to get our refund after canceling our order. Not once did this person apologize, but yet made excuse after excuse as to why we had to wait for 20 minutes. To top it off, both the men's and women's restrooms had overflown and the soft drink machine was not working. This place seriously needs to get it together. Ordered through the drive thru. When I got home nearly 20 miles away my family started eating their meal. My husband started pulling the longest hair through his big Mac. We saved the long hair in a baggie to show in case we were asked to. We then called in to the McDonalds only to speak to the most unsympathetic "manager" who would not give her name. She just said to call on Monday when Darrel McCoy would be in. Being from out of town we cannot just go in at any time. She did say that they would give us another meal. After seeing this hair we were all disgusted!! And another meal does not interest us. We have learned never to leave the drive through before checking the order, because something is usually left out or wrong. This location has become unreliable and just plain sad. Went through the drive thru, received the wrong food so I went inside & wasn't helped for over 5 mins. I saw two different employees eat well being on the job, one girl grabbed a fry & the other girl who was making the burgers grabbed from a tray and ate something as well. I have extremely low expectations for fast food establishments but this McDonald's was exceptionally terrible. They couldn't conceivably have provided a worse experience. I waited over ten minutes just to give my order(cars backed up behind me with the line going out of the parking lot), waited another seven minutes(I was timing it at this point) to pay and get my food. They made Whataburger look fast lol. The "iced" tea was awful and had one mostly melted ice cube(it was warm), there was another liquid(definitely wasn't tea) all over my cup making my hands sticky, then the fries... If there's one thing I actually like about McDonald's it's their fries. But not this time... The fries they gave me were soggy and cold. My nuggets were a tiny bit warm. Yay!!! Until I bit into them. They were a bit harder than usual, almost like they were stale. Is it even possible to have stale nuggets???
