THEY DIDNT GIVE US OUR SQUISHMALLOW!! 1 star. Sweet tea taste like bust. Nuggies were CHICKEN BUTT. No play pen? Scary bag.. this place does NOT rock my nachos read more

McDonald's - MY UNFINISHED MEAL - Burgers Near Me - Alamosa, Colorado

Slowest fast food in Alamosa. Between 11 and 1 PM they will take you over 30 minutes to get your food.

SLOWEST MCDONALDS EVER! I went inside and ordered at 9:47 - one breakfast sandwich & drink- got my order at 10:12. They kept serving the drive thru and not completing orders for inside. Chick fil A needs to give them lessons on efficiency!! read more

Third restaurant to eat at in Alamosa I chose McDonald's extremely disappointing. I got the classic cheeseburger pack that typically cost no more than $12 but due to it to being a franchise the restaurant owner can pick and choose it prices and it's not worth this price I paid $18 for it And did not get $18 worth of food. My two cheeseburgers had no meat on them whatsoever. My chicken nuggets were cold and soggy and it took over 20 minutes to get my food out. Don't recommend this place. read more

This McDonald's was okay at 5:30-ish AM on March 23, 2024. Went here for a quick, cheap breakfast. I probably wouldn't go back again unless someone in my crew had a hankering for a Big Mac. Lol. But the young lady working the drive-thru window that morning got my order correct and had a beautiful smile that day. Ordered a sausage biscuit and a hash brown to keep me alert on the road back down to southeastern New Mexico. Located on Main Street in a fairly convenient area in Alamosa, CO. read more

Staff are so nice, clean environment, best Macdonald's I've been to. Food is always consistent and hot. The town relies on this place.

Rude staff, incredibly long wait time, got our order wrong after 40 mins. Don't go here

It was the worst experience I ever had at any fast food. And I have traveled all over different States!!! Took a half hour from order to getting my food!!! Got my food and it's nasty. Waste of time and money!! Never will go back. Rather go to Arby's or Wendy's Next time. read more

Food is good when you actually get it. It took my Family 40 minutes to get our food when we ordered on their app 1 hour in advance. The people who work here are absolutely rude and mean. And the vibes give off a rude atmosphere. 1 Star, would not come again read more

slow and the wokers are rude and for no reason refused to serve us, for NO reason. takes forever to get food.

Reluctantly went to McDonald's because it was open this morning, ordered a bacon, egg and cheese bagel, didn't realize that they slather it in Green- tinted Mayo-like sauce before I pulled it out of the bag. Disgusting. The greasy concoction was all over the bagel and squished out of the sides of the sandwich, cold sandwich, on top of that. If I didn't have to give one star to do this review, I wouldn't. McDonald's just keeps getting worse and worse. The lady who took my payment and handed me the bag was nice. I truly hope she can find a better place to work. read more

If you want to get the food, you actually ordered, don't go to this McDonald's. They never get your order right and then when you tell them and even show them your receipt they still argue with you about how you're wrong I ordered five meals they gave me the drinks for all five meals, but argued with me about only ordering three french fries when I ordered five meals. Even after showing them my receipt showing that I paid for the meals they still wouldn't give me the remaining two french fries that I ordered. read more

The food is fine. It is what you'd expect from a McDonald's haha. But the staff is not nice at all. I get having to deal with mean customers. But there is a way to do that and not give the whole store a bad name. One girl in particular at this location is very rude she is blonde and blue eyes. You could be the perfect customer and she probably wouldn't even smile at you. Almost like she is waiting for someone to press her buttons so she can yell or get rude with them. A corporate member definitely needs to get up in this location and do some serious work. They act like they are all running around with their heads cut off for no reason. I worked at a McDonald's location once straight out of high school for reference I'm 23 now. I think we were busier than these guys most of the time and still got things out pretty quick with a few exceptions of course. But that's no reason to treat customers disrespectfully. ESPECIALLY the customers who are nice no matter how the staff treats them. This location needs a lesson on tact and customer service. Maybe they wouldn't have so many angry customers during rushes if they used those two things. read more

The staff were all super friendly and polite!! The place was very clean. Spicy chicken sandwich was great! I will definitely stop here when driving through read more

The meat and chicken were very firm and had zero flavor.. Worst McDonald's I've ever had and it was so bad I had to leave a bad review.

Is this location on probation? I don't recall seeing "Text your comment to 575-263-2707 to report this location immediately!" on other McDonald's receipts. Well, we didn't need it; there was no problem with our order of a McDouble and a Spicy Deluxe Crispy Chicken Sandwich. read more

The ladies bathroom was the cleanest most sterile bathroom I have ever experienced. The server at the front counter was very efficient and friendly. The order was up before we even paid for it. Restaurant was very clean and modern. Excellent experience all the way around. One thing, however.... I have moticed that Mcdonalds has changed there fountain drink machines. The drinks all come out of the same spigot so if you order a diet drink you are getting a drink tinged with fruit flavor which makes your drink taste off. This is a recent development at McDonald's which I think is a detriment rather than a positive addition. They should return to their original soda fountain drink machines. The quality, service, and cleanliness of this restaurant, however is not affected by this, so the review stands as is. read more

I have such a simple order . I don't eat sauce and all I want is meat and cheese . Maybe some onions but usually I just go with plain so it's not complicated and im not seen as an a** . But this just seems intentional. It's like they are either mocking me or just don't care . I tried to call just to tell them and no answer I don't want a refund I want to eat after work . read more

McDonald's - Just look at the photo - Burgers Near Me - Alamosa, Colorado

Don't go through the "second" drive through speaker. They don't ever come to the speaker. It's happened so many times and I'm very reluctant to use that one but sometimes it just works out that I have to. This last time, they didn't come to the speaker for so long 6 whole cars made it in front of me through the other side. stupid as hell, just close it if you're not gonna answer both. read more

The food is good, not Gordon Ramsay but a good pick me up. Ambience is great. Service was quick.

Rude staff Orders don't come out right They hand you your order and happily send you on your way You don't have enough time to ask for more sauce before they run away I don't recommend read more

Went through the drive thru and ordered breakfast from here and a bite was missing from my hash brown! They placed the bitten part at the bottom of the little paper wrap the hash brown comes in to try and hide it. So disgusting and rude. read more

Just went through the drive through and wanted to order a happy meal for my kiddo as a surprise for the end of his ski trip day. No sauce in his happy meal or my meal bag and no toy at all..... seriously?! Tried to call but no answer and I don't live locally so it's not like I can just turn around and drive 40 miles back to get it corrected. Sad service folks. Sad kid too. read more

I have had some bad experiences with McDonald's before but this one is by far the worst the food was inedible I took one bite and had to spit it out it was like biting into a piece of shoe leather I think it was under the heat lamps for a couple days DO NOT GO THERE read more

We were in line for approx 20-25 minutes only to get to the order window for them to say they were closed . I then called into the restaurant to ask a few questions. The young lady that answered was very rude and disrespectful. I explained that we're have been in line for almost a half hour and she proceeded to talk over me calling me " Hun" saying she wasn't taking our order and hung up on me ! I am here from Los Angeles Ca and you know how customer service can be in Cali, but damn ! Expected more here . Guess not ! Still trying to figure out why they are closing at 11:56pm , if the sight states they are open 24/7!? Will be calling a manager in the morning! read more

Wow this is the first time I've been inside since the remodel and it's actually super nice, probably nicer than any McDonalds I've ever been in. Got my food fast, the lady at the counter could have been friendlier but she could have been rude and wasn't so ‍ Lol. Love the drink machines. They did add 2 screens to be able to order your food without standing in line, that's kinda cool just for when it's outrageously busy. The only thing that really makes me sad is that they took away the play place stuff that makes kids actually exercise and work off their meal, and replaced it with a screen on the floor :( that was my only real disappointment in this trip, except for learning that a McChicken was not a dollar, so not so bad. Just bring some physical activity back for the kiddos!!!!!! Lol read more

This McDonalds is the slowest McDonalds I have ever had. Terrible service, very slow no matter what time you show up. Was just there at 10pm, no one in drive through but me, took 10 mins just to get my order taken. read more

This McDonald's is always packed Drive through and dine in.... so don't be in a hurry if you stop. The staff was busy the entire time, and very friendly when they could have been stressed and rude. Should have looked at sweet cashiers name, when we were there around 9:30. If she wasn't taking orders she was restocking or helping complete orders. read more

Refused to take our order at the counter. Told us to go through the drive thru. When we told the manager that we cannot do the drive thru because we were pulling a trailer she said "not my problem". read more

After visiting this McDonald's I will never go to another. It was about 7:30pm on July 3rd when we stopped there. The drive thru lines were long, so went inside. Several people were in line to order, but no one was at the register to take orders. Finally, someone started to take orders, but I think it was her first day on the job and didn't seem very happy to be there. We placed our order for 2 meals and went over to get our drinks while waiting to get our order to go. OMG the area around the drink machines was terrible, trash everywhere. NO ICE, and the diet coke was pure syrup ---- I asked if they could fill from the drink machine behind the counter and was told they didn't have ice either. Tried several other drinks, but they were empty. We waited almost 30 minutes to get our order, and it was cold and we tossed in trash. I should have asked for a refund. We use to stop at McDonald's when we traveled, but now it Burger King, hopefully they will not let their standards fall to the level McDonald's has. read more

Great service in Alamosa. Clean restrooms, friendly staff and to top it off we had a lady that made sure we had everything we needed. Customer service is what every McDonald should strive for. Overall I would definitely stop at this location again. read more

15 minutes for a hot n spicy. Kiosk ran out of receipt paper, so i had to do the order at the counter (cool) but since I har already scanned my coupon at the unknowingly broken machine, i couldn't scan it again and get my fries (not cool). I ask for a comp since they I just got screwed - lol, nope. Both soda machines are broken, no iced tea either. Since I've been here, ive seen 3 different people approach the counter about inconsistencies in what they recieved vs. what's on their receipts. If I could take stars away from this p.o.s., I would. read more

Worst McDonald's I've been to in years. Stopped in a couple days ago for a cheeseburger, I ordered via the mobile app and was in curbside parking. After waiting for five minutes I didn't have time to wait any longer and had to leave. Today I again ordered via the mobile app and was waiting in curbside parking after ordering a happy meal and a double cheeseburger. It took 10 minutes for the meal to arrive, the happy meal box wasn't even closed shut. I called their phone number to leave a complaint with a manager, they didn't even answer the phone. I would avoid this place. read more

This is by far one of the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. There pop machine always seems to be broke. Always a wait and never do they get the order right. I wish a new owner would take over. read more

Rude worker told me when I was ordering that she couldn't enter in a mcdouble on her screen and that I had to use a kiosk. Soda machine sprayed out like a sprinkler. read more

I ordered the simplest thing on the menu. Got to the window and was asked to pull forward to wait. I waited for 30 minutes and never got my food. Watched 20+ other cars get their food behind of me. And still never received my food. And to top that my soda was flat. Disappointed. Would recommend just driving past this place read more

Supposedly a "not busy" time, slowest McDonalds I've ever been to. They couldn't figure out who had paid in line, who hadn't, no breakfast foods were ready (at 6am), and they were making each car wait a really long time for each order. I watched them inside too, chatting, not working, couldn't care less about the long line of cars building up. No customers were even in the lobby. Pretty terrible service. read more

I've been waiting 25 minutes now after ordering. The worst part is my 2 year old is kicking and screaming to go to the Burger King Play Place. Should have gone there instead... read more

Poor rating solely due to the extremely excessive time it took to get my drive through order. I came at 6:45 on a Tuesday morning and ordered a generic breakfast combo. Four cars initially in front of me, with the first guy getting out right after I ordered. It took about 5 minutes per order for each of the remaining 3 cars in front with me getting out after 20 minutes! Turns out, at that time of day they only have 1 person at each position. So one cook, one person on drive thru, and one person inside. It's simply not enough staff, but especially not enough for a breakfast rush. The only time you should expect a 20 minute drive through wait is at In-n-Out, and this is certainly no In-n-Out. TL;DR Don't go here in the morning, you'll wait forever. read more
