They were so slow. People came and went and I was still there. They put my drinks in a cup holder. I went outside to leave . I barely got out the door and my ice coffee popped out of the container and spilled. I went back in and the manager said there was nothing they could do about that. They put them in the container. This is probably my favorite location of ANY. Why? Not only do I get hot food every time I have noticed that this McDonalds has a very clean appearance. I finally figured it out. The food is bad and the employees always get the orders wrong. They never clean the tables and the floors.

There isn't a time that I go to this McDonald's and my order is correct, you ask for no cheese you get cheese, you ask for no onions you get a overload of onions. Today I asked for a 4 piece nuggets kids meal with a small coke, sweet and sour sauce and a apple fritter, so I get to the window to get my food the girl named every thing I ordered and instead of saying apple fritter she says chocolate chip cookies so I said no I ordered a apple fritter she goes oh yeah that's right apple fritter so I look in the bag and low and behold are 3 chocolate chip cookies ........SMFH!!!!!!!! read more

If I could give a 0 star to this McDonald's I would. They made us wait half an hour until we got our food. Multiple people wished us good luck about getting our food correctly. When we got our food, it was extremely cold and my fiancé had to go inside to get it. Paul, the manager was extremely disrespectful and unhelpful. We wanted a refund and he told us to come back with the cold food and receipt (mind you we had to use our warming drawer to fix the food). I understand they work at McDonalds and are very unhappy with their life but this is no way to treat a customer/customers. This location is disappointing. Staff is poorly trained and frequently impolite. Earlier today (11/9/2022 at 1:15 PM), I attempted to order the standard #1 Big Mac meal through the drive-through and asked that my Coke be 1/2 diet and 1/2 regular (I don't usually eat the fries, either, to keep the calories down). I was told by the curt and rude young man taking my order that this was not possible. I could have a Diet Coke (which I don't like) or a Coke (too many calories). I expressed surprise that my request would not be honored since I have done this before at other locations and this location was not that busy. I told the young man that Burger King ("Have It Your Way") always does this on request. The young man, in a very impatient and negative tone, then said, "We are not Burger King!". Indeed! So, I canceled my order and immediately drove down the road to Burger King, where my request was happily honored. I won't go back to this location. read more

Came here on today and got a double cheeseburger, the burger was cold, filled with onions and I was given two BOTTOM buns instead of a top and bottom.. the cooks looked unclean and didn't even apologize for the inconvenience, the only good thing was the manager apologized.. would not suggest this McDonald's to anyone. read more

I got so frustrated from ordering, I just drove off. I ordered a sandwich and fries, nothing extra and the guy at the window couldn't remember what I said and admitted he wasn't listening after he asked if he could take my order. This lasted for about 3 minutes. Totally wasting everyone's time. A few months later, I went inside and ordered. Not much better in there. A girl took an order to the dining area. On the way, she dropped a bbq sauce and it broke open. When she returned, she grabbed another to take to the customer. Ok fine. BBQ sauce still on floor. She stepped in it on her way back. The end. She never once tried to wipe it up or follow any protocol. She just left it there and obviously took it home with her on her shoe. The drink station was in total disarray. Nobody takes and pride in their job. Food was typical. Not fresh. You would think, if they were so busy fries would be hot. read more

Even before COVID they were bad. They get my order wrong every single time I used to work at McDonald's. It's not that hard.

This McDonald's is slow and the employees are rude to each other and the customers! I pass this McDonald's almost everyday. I can see the drive thur line from the road and there is always someone that is pulled up to wait for their order to come out. A few days ago I had to move up and wait for my order to be brought out to me and the only thing that I ordered was a small mocha frappe and a hashbrown. It took 15 minutes for an employee to finally come out with a bag and it was for the car behind me waiting. The employee asked me what I ordered and when I told them they did not even know about my order or know I was sitting there waiting for it. read more

They always get the orders wrong and have to redo them. A lot of the employees are rude and show little effort to the customers. Usually the ice cream isn't available and have the items they have listed they don't have in stock. 3 stars is on a good day. read more

We were in town visiting family. We stopped by to pick up breakfast for everyone. They messed up our 2 times and we had to wait for the food. When they gave us the wrong order and we corrected the person, they got an attitude about it. We just will not go back to this McDonald's again. This store NEVER gets our orders correct, you always have to wait, but the worst part is watching how disrespectful and belittling management is towards their employees!!! It breaks my heart to witness grown women yell and belittle teenagers and special needs employees! After this I will NEVER eat there again and hope no one else does either! Just had a country ham biscuit at this McDonalds and it was terrible. Thick doughy biscuit and tiny piece of rancid tasting ham. You just can't compete with Hardee's country ham biscuit. Won't do that again. I tore most of the biscuit out of the middle to try to compensate for lack of ham but it was still inedible. Gave it to my dog. read more

How is this place still standing? Went to late dinner there around 930pm and the employees were chatting among each other. Moving slow as possible. The drink station area was gross. Ketchup, straw papers, lids, everything, just everywhere. Trash on the floors. Tables were gross. And behind the counter in the kitchen was a disgrace. It took the cake when i seen the employee bagging the food eating and smacking. Kind of sad when the building itself looks kind of new. Eat somewhere else read more
