I recently visited the Sonic Drive-In, and the experience was disappointing. The staff seemed more focused on rushing orders than actually listening, which led to mistakes. Our order came out incorrect, and some items were missing altogether. Customer service was lacking--there was no sense of hospitality or effort to make things right. Overall, it felt disorganized and frustrating. Definitely not the level of service you expect when you're paying for a quick, convenient meal. read more
