I once again ordered through UberEats and this place had a sweet deal of a buy 1 get 1 free chicken and waffle and how could I resist such a great offer. The Louisiana Fried Beignets topped with powdered sugar was top notch and tasted exactly how the beignets tasted on our trip to Louisiana. The cheese grits were divine and were of excellent texture and taste. The side of French Toast was dipped in Irish Cream and topped with powdered sugar and syrup. The juices included in the ordered was just as excellent. This restaurant's service and the ambiance was absolutely wonderful, and the playlist of music brought a very soulful atmosphere there. A++++

BUT they have a soulful, old school playlist going in the background. So the wait seemed short. Everything was delicious! French toast came topped with fresh strawberries and whipped cream. The potatoes were so good, wish I had more! The wings were the perfect flavor for me, breaded and not too spicy! The Lynda is a medium-hot w/ lemon pepper I forgot I ordered beignets too. They came straight outta the oil, onto the plate, & into my belly. I should have ordered 2 sets. One wasn't enough!

By the time I get there I see a girl taking the trash bag out to the dumpster with her bare hands, no gloves on. Never once did she was her hands which is pretty disgusting to when it comes to handling someone's food. Typically I never have any complaints, wings are always great but seeing what I saw I makes me think a lot less of this establishment

The cashier was nice enough. I ordered 10 wings. I was asked what type sauce would I want on my wings. I replied, "The hottest you have, " a smile flashing across my face. Within a few minutes, my order was ready. I asked what type of pepper did they use. She didn't understand. So I asked, what type of hot sauce was it. She said they make themselves in back. She didn't know. Didn't know? Sheesh! Ok. I thanked her and walked out. My mouth began to water in anticipation. Anticipation to feel the heat. Oh boy! I bit into the first wing. WHAT??? TABASCO sauce? But they make it themselves, she said. It had to be Tabasco (with an insanely amount of salt). Tabasco is like one step up from ground pepper, drowned in vinegar. Tabasco sauce is listed as hot, only because the people who rate the peppers have a soft spot (plus alot of people were crying, "That's not fair! We wanna be included!") At least the wings themselves were crispy on the outside and juicy in the inside. Still, I really was looking for some heat. This brought the score up to a three.
