I odered a snack wrap meal on the app and got to the drive thru. I waited for about 10 min with two cars in front of me and neither line was moving. I went inside instead. The whole crew was having a party in the kitchen you could see them joking around and unsanitary standards. There were other people in line and you could feel the tension in the room. The manager had to go back twice to get the crew calmed down. There was no one at the register and later one of the crew members that was fooling around came to help a customer with his order and she had no idea how to take an order and the customer was getting upset. So instead of all the partying in the kitchen, they really need to work on training. Absolutely the most awful fast food scenario I've walked into. The atmosphere was terrible and the service was worse than terrible. Management needs to get better with training and/or fire the ones that don't work especially at a rush hour. read more

The person on the mic did not want to finish there current conversation so after 20 seconds I decided my experience was going to be terrible and I pulled away. This is the worst McDonalds I've frequented. I hate that it's the closest to my house. Its ran horribly. Drive through always takes forever, curbside pickup takes forever. Always mess up orders. Every time I visit my order either takes way too long or it's wrong. Last trip there was one car at the 2nd drive through window when i pulled up, and it took 10 min for me to get through the drive through, only time find out when I get home my order was wrong. One of the rudest MANAGERS ever. I went by tonight (08/07/2024) at 11:21pm to get myself and my son some food after a long day. I pulled up to the window and tried to order a quarter pounder with cheese. The drive through lady (who apparently is the manager) replied, "sorry, we are only serving cheese burgers and French fries.". I was a bit confused and said, "oh, ok, why is that?" She replied, "We shut down our grill for the night.". I was a bit confused because this location is a 24 hour drive thru location, so I replied, "oh. Is this location no longer a 24 hour location?" (I asked this because during Covid it closed at like 11pm or something due to staffing shortages). I wasn't angry or anything, I just asked if the location had changed its hours. The MANAGER replied, "No, we close tonight at midnight for maintenance. I put a big sign, right in front of your face!" She said this was horrible attitude. I was taken aback and how rude she was. I replied, "Im sorry, I didn't see the sign. It is posted by the speaker pole and I was looking at the menu." She said, "well, it's right there and says we are closing at midnight." (Again she was VERY rude in her tone). I asked to speak with the manger, and she informed me that she IS the manager. WOW. How unprofessional can a person be to a CUSTOMER and still be a manager. This lady needs to be fired immediately for treating a customer this way. I was so shaken up by this that I pulled out of the drive through line and just went home. I realize that McDonalds doesn't always higher the top tier of employees, but if you are managing a McDonalds in Kennesaw, GA... You gotta be WAY better than THIS! Shutting down grills at 11:21pm so you can do work on them is not really the way to do things either. Either shut down the restaurant completly or wait until your 12am time and then shut things down. Ok this is the second time I came here. The first time I went to the drive thru for breakfast. The chicken biscuit was partially raw and chicken skin attached! Gross ! I threw it away ! Didn't have time to go back! I gave another try today as my husband was hungry for the fish sandwich and I had to use the restroom! I just wanted to make sure everyone knows how the McDonalds' restaurant at 3316 Cobb Parkway, NW in Acworth disrespects and refuses to honor U.S. military veterans. As you may know, McDonalds Corporation nationwide laudably honored U.S. military veterans this past Veterans' Day, 11/11/23, by offering a free combo meal at any of their locations nationwide. I am a U.S. Navy veteran who served on active duty during the Vietnam Era. Much more than the free combo meal offer itself, it meant a lot to me, and I am sure to a lot of other U.S. military veterans, that the McDonalds Corporation chose to honor and show their appreciation to us on Veterans Day for putting our lives on the line to preserve, protect and defend the freedom and liberty we all enjoy. So I went to the McDonalds location noted above to redeem the McDonalds free combo meal offer. I showed my Veterans I.D. card and proof of service to the lady at the counter in order to redeem the offer, but she said she had not heard of the offer and didn't know what I was talking about. What ignorance of her company's Veterans' Day observance, and of the debt she and all her fellow workers at the store owe to military veterans everywhere! So I asked for the store manager and when she arrived, I showed her the proof of McDonalds Corporation's free combo meal offer for veterans nationwide on my phone. She said that nonetheless she would not honor the McDonald's nationwide free combo meal offer, because the owner of that franchise location chose not to participate in the offer!!!!! Believe me, this is about much, much more that a free meal. It is about the shameful disrespect and dishonor shown by the owner and staff of this McDonalds franchise toward all U.S. military veterans, whom they have to thank for preserving the liberties and freedom they all blissfully enjoy. It is for this reason that I will never again patronize this McDonalds location at 3316 Cobb Parkway, Acwoth, GA, and why I urge all of you to never patronize this establishment as well. read more

FYI apparently you have to order your online breakfast 30 mins in advance and be there through the backed up lines for drive through before breakfast switches to lunch or they will not give you what you paid for and tell you they no longer have it in stock to make for you .. and also going on to tell you that is just what it is .. then go on to tell you that you have to request you refund yourself because you was not there in a timely manner .. even though i literally order my breakfast while in the drive through line .. the worst customer service ever ! .. my meal should have been processed and made before i even reached the speaker .. and isn't the definition of good customer service to assist the customer? i will not be going back to this mcdonald's in the future i will drive a bit further to the next . i wouldn't leave a single star ! read more

It's a pretty standard McDonald's... which means it's probably not exactly the best place in the region. At the same time, it's not bad. It is what it is. It's not a particularly fast McDonald's, and you're as likely to have something wrong in your order as not; always check your bag before you pull away or leave the restaurant. I almost always dine in. I typically only come here if I have a good coupon or deal via the app and the McDonald's is close by. That said, the place is usually fairly clean; maybe half the tables at any given time will have crumbs still left on them, and may 75% of the time the condiments and such will be stocked. The workers are helpful most of the time. You could do a lot worse. This McDonald's isn't worth making a trip to by any means, but nor would I necessarily turn folks away. If you're coming to a McDonald's, you pretty much should know what you're getting in terms of food, customer service, speed, accuracy, it's. Cheap comes with a price sometimes. read more

Slowest McDonald's in America. 17 minutes wait on a happy meal with nuggets. It doesn't take that long to cook the nuggets.

Only reason I gave them one stars is because it's a brand new day my current pancakes taste decent and I try to give credit when it's due. There's room for improvement but the bad definitely out ways the good. Only case I can make for them is it's a busy location. Even then with it being such a busy location improvement just isn't happening fast enough. You'll complain about an order 3 times, (true story and I'll be my boyfriends witness) they'll "redo" it all 3 times (like it's normal/regular) and still mess up on the fourth time. Meanwhile 33 cars have came and went while You're just hungry and waiting. Not sure what is happening here but traffic is so bad no one wants to travel the world to get a bite to eat to hold you over so they go to what's close and unfortunately it's this place right here. Maybe they'll shut it down with enough reviews so people can stop eating it or get their act together so they won't go out of business. *long exhale* If you still choose to eat here at your own risk because you have no other options and/or you're an "APPER"... please have your selected items you know in your heart nothing can go wrong with. These people here have two drive thru lanes but only use one of them. The remodel helped a lot for this location. I like the children's area is set apart from the restaurant so that my kids can be loud etc without me having to worry about them bothering other patrons. The drive thru is still slow as all get out. However we're here on Monday night around 6, only 1 other person in the place, and every inch of this store is an absolute mess. Trash all over the floors, counters and almost every table. Bathroom is a disaster zone. No condiments or straws out. Not sure what the staff is doing but it's definitely not cleaning up. read more

Got of work VERY LATE and decided to grab something from the only place open by me. Was sitting outside for 15 minutes waiting for somebody to be working in the store. Usually when a place is 24/7 they got somebody doing something but no it was an empty Mc Donalds, with cars sitting outside.
