She kept telling me that they were SO busy that she couldn't do anything, and that she wasn't willing to grab her boss to try to refund us then. But she'd "probably try to get him to call me in an hour". This was at 6PM. I just got a phone call from the manager, Bruce, at 11PM. He was able to refund me for everything and was pleasant to interact with. The entire situation was just so ridiculous that I couldn't even comprehend an 11PM call. So overall, I won't be going back. The missing food and quality issues probably could've been forgivable. But I don't want to have to interact with someone that inept and inconsiderate again while feeling like I'm not going to be refunded when a restaurant majorly messes up.
