The frosting on the cake was when I received a bill for the "services" I received, which was covered by Hospice. It took me talking to three people in order to get to a person who knew what an invoice actually was and to resolve the problem. I would think twice about hiring an aide from this company as the care was seriously lacking and the basic business proclivity left a lot to be desired.
