However, every time I've entered the building, the interactions feel cold and unwelcome and the glasses buying process always feels like an ordeal and turns out to be way more expensive than other shops in the area. Couple that with my wife's recent experience where a blue light tint was applied to her glasses, as has been done by them in the past, but this time came with a visible yellow hue that altered the colors in the room which was unpleasant and unwanted. When she took them back, she said it's not right, and the receptionist laughed from the other side of the room when she asked if they could get a refund for the blue light portion. WORSE, the new lenses they put in her existing glasses were not done correctly and you could see a portion protruding from the bottom of the frame. As she was driving, the entire lens snapped and she's left without glasses after spending a lot of money on a new set of lenses. But because she wanted to use her existing frame, they will not cover it and we are now SOL. Will be searching elsewhere for a new pair knowing how unhelpful they would be if we were to bring them back in.

The doctor told me to make an appointment right when I got my contacts. The receptionist refused to do so. When I finally got an appointment I was told oh that's the best we can do. For way too long I cannot see. I had to buy a new phone. I couldn't drive at night I couldn't read things at the store. Everything was a struggle. Thank God one of the contacts broke-- thanks so much lens crafters---I now see perfectly. I complained to the receptionist several times and she would not make me an appointment prior to this. I love Dr. Mann-but she didn't take my insurance. The replacement that they got for the eye doctor for contacts was absolutely horrible compared to the one that they previously had. Not only where her prescription is wrong she was also very spicy. ( unfortunately, I don't know her name) hopefully she's no longer there along with a spicy receptionist. Also, I have experienced multiple medical errors from medical receptionist that are spicy. I really wish they would be trained to listen to the patient. I don't know if it's the same woman hopefully it's not- cause she doesn't have the ability to fully hear out the patient and their concerns.
