I got the product as a remnant, so I got a really good deal on it, but it was such a great product, that I think I would have picked it even if it were full price. James was very friendly and competent, and even though I had taken the carpet and padding out of the hallway myself since I didn't want to pay the fee, he took it all out to my garbage for me and got it all to fit in my garbage can at once. I couldn't believe it was possible, but James was a total pro in every aspect of his time here. He got here this morning despite all of the snow on the ground, and just seems like a great all-around person. Also, thanks to Stew for facilitating the sales side of the transaction with aplomb.
