Last year I looked them up online to hire them again, they had done a fine job prior. Imagine my surprise when 10 years later I find they had surreptitiously and with purpose taken pictures all over our property, both inside and outside of our home. They have been using these photos as advertisement on their website since 2016 WITHOUT our knowledge or permission. I have asked them more than once to take down these unauthorized pictures down but they haven't. We do not want thesr pictures (there are eight or so) of our private home used on their site. They know this but have not taken them down. They advertise honestly and integrity. In my experience with them, they possess neither. After many inquiries I found out that our colour choice had been discontinued. These were 2 custom homes. I reached out to Jason and Anne from Olympic they dove right in and saved the day, not without a ton of legwork, follow-up and extra effort to find the last two slabs in the US of the one quartz colour from the original order. The other order, let's just say, they are miracle workers. But it gets even better.... Original installer told me I needed more than the 2 slabs to do our kitchen and master bath, BUT Jason came out and cleverly templated our site. The countertops have a design that connotes a rhythm to it and their technicians (artists) cut the tops and waterfalls as to not interrupt its intent.
