Several younger staff members seemed more focused on their phones than on helping customers. When I asked questions, I was either brushed off or given incorrect information: The store literally had two customers inside and for some reason the young guy with the brown beard kept brushing me off and ignoring me. (He never smiled, horrible customer service) I've gotten better service at a self pay register. Customer service is a huge part of why people choose to shop local, and when that's missing, it's hard to justify the higher prices or extra effort. At this point, unless you're in a bind for propane, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

12.25.24 I always forget about this location of Home Depot…read more Shame on me. I wanted these cute Christmas light bulbs I saw online for my front porch. This location had 3 green ones left, so away I went to go get them. (No other locations had any left) I was in luck they still had them and they were 50% off. (I was so happy) You know it's the small things in life that makes us happy. They also had some cute light bulbs for my tree and they were 50% off too. So I "had to" buy 9 of them. I love a great sale! The lady working at the self check out was so nice and friendly. I have to remember this location in the future! (I will post photos of my cute lights!)

While walking to the restroom, I overheard her screaming at two ladies who were cleaning the store. It is completely unacceptable for a manager to treat human beings like that. I refused to buy anything here after seeing how she treats her staff. A manager should lead by example, not mistreat people.
