You can print on the back side, and or you can remove some of the useless information you are printing on the receipt. Lowe's has always been my store of choice; however, extremely disappointed with today's 4:05ish visit to Lowe's Tomball. I headed to Customer Service with my question. Team member was entering something in computer. She did acknowledge me without looking at me, which I still appreciated the acknowledgment even if eye contact wasn't made. She then worked to finish her current task. Once task completed she asked if she could help. As I'm asking my question she proceeds to grab some popcorn and put it in her mouth. I'm sure the disbelief was all over my face as I said that's OK and walked away. Lowe's, team members cannot assist with a mouthful of popcorn and I am a bit shocked that team members are allowed to eat at their workstations. I have had decades of good experience at Lowes Tomball, including trusted advisors in paint and plumbing. That's over. The $200 shelves I wanted were sold out so I ordered online for delivery to the Tomball store. The email later that day said they were delivered to the Kuykendahl store about 40 minutes away. Called pick up orders customer service and the person said they couldn't change that. So I asked to speak to the manager who said she would fix it. We drove to Tomball -- and was told they had delivered it the Kuykendahl store again.. It wouldn't have been so bad but each of three people I spoke to in online ordering said the problem was my fault, no theirs and were nasty about it. Showed them the order on my phone clearly stating the Tomball store, and they said we didn't know how to order. Neither the Manager nor Assistant manager answered the page., so were done. Sent a complaint letter which I am sure will never get responded to So now, Amazon, Walmart , Home Depot and Sherwin Williams can have my business. read more

I've been going to that store for years, purchased thousands of dollars worth of building materials, appliances etc from them and every time I purchase something from them there is always some kind of hassle. placed an online order a week ago, picked up this morning. I had 4 very nice ceiling fans mixed into my order that weren't mine, the name on box was obviously different. I brought them back and stated that they weren't mine and I was missing 2 ceiling fans, guy appears with 5 boxes(they were glass globes for my vanity lights he forgot to give me at my first pickup). he couldn't locate my fans so he called for a manager, after 30 minutes a manager appears and he tells her he can't find my fans. she disappears and then goes to customer service and helps a few people. I am still waiting for a resolution. after waiting 1.5 hours I ask him, so what are we waiting on? he calls the manager who states she doesn't know what to do that another manager will be there in 30 minutes, so they take my name & number and stated they would call me, I told them to call me later today, well it's 9:55 pm and I never got a call. Call and request to speak to a manager. Your call will sit on and endless loop where you will sit on hold for 15 minutes before someone simply hangs the phone up disconnecting your call. I ordered a custom countertop for a kitchen island. That was scheduled to arrive in two weeks. That was two months ago. I already had all the kitchen cabinets and countertops along the walls replaced. I spoke to someone in cabinets who said he would have to call me back. Three days later I called and asked to speak to a manager. I gave the employee my order number and concern. She said no managers were available and that one would call me back. A week later and I cant even get through when I tell the voice prompt I want to speak to an associate. Endless hold until I'm hung up on. read more

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. My concern is that it is hard to find things. I had to walk a long way to find the key machine ( which is up front by the customer service register). So let me start out by saying that the purchase I originally made was not done at this Lowe's. I purchased a washer from the Lowe's in Tomball. They delivered it and we realized the spin cycle didn't work, we tried everything and then went to the Lowe's in Tomball to exchange it. We were told the same washer was in stock and we would receive a replacement next day. We get a call later that night saying they are 650 back ordered from the factory. (How that mistake could have been made, is beyond me) We called and called trying to scramble and figure out what we could do to get it replaced without buying a brand new washer outright and waiting 10 days for a refund. Mind you, my girlfriend is an RN, working on a Covid floor at the moment, so as you can imagine, a washer is of very very high importance to us. No call back from Lowe's in Tomball. Fast forward- I called Lowe's in College park, Johnny in appliances took the phone, he heard me out and understood why I was desperate. He worked for days to find me a washer that was in stock, calling me, sending me item numbers until I was satisfied. Every bump in the road, whether it I was out of our price range or it was out of stock, he continued to plug in just to help me ON A WASHER HE DIDN'T EVEN SELL ME. He told me that he found one that was about 100 bucks more than I paid for mine but his store manager, Jeremiah approved it and we would send it out NEXT DAY. His customer service blew me away and I could tell he honestly cared about the fact that we were essential workers who needed a washer ASAP. Lowe's is lucky to have Johnny and Jeremiah, they helped me more than anyone can understand. The new washer came in and it's beautiful and works amazing. Go see them. This store's personnel are irresponsible, rude, and don't care about the customers. I ordered an item for curbside on Nov 8, and tried to cancel it on Nov 8th but the card was charged anyway. The associate said it can't be canceled for curbside. I told her I couldn't pick it up, she said I had to pick it up and there was nothing she could do for me. I waited the 7 days that it states on the receipt to pick it up or it gets canceled. That day came and went with no refund. I got an email from Lowe's to review the item I never got. I called, and the system said I picked it up on Nov 24, which I didn't. There was no refund to my card ever!! I called and a manager researched what happened. An associate, Amanda called me laughing and talking to someone else when I picked up the phone, kept laughing, and finally, she stated the refund had been issued. I asked what happened, she was glib and not seriously listening. I finally why their process allows the NOT picked up merchandise from curbside lockers can be removed, wrongly put in the system it was picked up, and no refund ever issued. The answer was " it slipped through the cracks ". The unprofessional and irresponsible associates that work there are running that store into the ground. Apparently, there are no real managers in charge there either. Finally, I was promised on Nov 26thbthe refund would be processed. I don't have much hope that this ridiculous situation is over. My family went into Lowe's today in around 8 am and were humiliated by a staff member called Daisy. My Hispanic family which was my mom, stepdad, and uncle went in to buy some supplies for a project they are doing at home. My uncle went in line to start waiting to check out while my mom and stepdad were finishing up the shopping. When my mom and stepdad went to my uncle who was still waiting in line the staff member Daisy started yelling at my family and started being racist to them. They were left in shock because they had done nothing wrong but get in line with my uncle she started being more aggressive saying stuff like you should know how to speak English even though she knew Spanish and could have communicated in Spanish with my family. She started saying that they shouldn't even be in this country and other racist stuff. A white male customer behind my family started joining in with her and they both started coming for my family as they tried to defend themselves from all this. She then decided that my family didn't deserve to be helped by her and told the white male behind my family to go around them and that she would check him out. My family had to walk away and find another cash register to check out since she completely refused service. I can't believe this was allowed if you think you will receive great customer service you won't. Instead you will be disrespected, humiliated, and yelled at for being yourself. DON'T BUY HERE! I had the wrong dryer delivered, and the 3rd party delivered said not his problem. I had to drive to Lowe's 3.4 miles from me because I could get no one to answer me on the customer service line (20 minutes of holding, all week) and no answer to the store itself. I had to refund the wrong dryer (and it is still sitting in my garage) and purchase a new one. It's taken 3 delivery attempts that have canceled on me, but I got it. I have been going to many nurseries and garden centers on the area. Even though I have a black thumb (think opposite of green thumb) I am determined not to be "that neighbor". You know the one with dead patches of grass or overgrown weeds. I am determined to make our little space as green and floral in the most organic way possible. I rely on a lot of YouTube videos and store employees for help so when Jimmy, a store employee shares with me that anything shallower than 8 inches will be bad for roots, I'm super grateful that I ran into someone who knows gardening. He took interest in my project. I'm growing hawaiian Poha berries and trying to grow as many to a decent height so I can give as gifts to my Hawaiian friends. He asked. What kind of soil am I using. I said, miracle gro organic with compost for containers. He said for seeds and the kind of raised bed I have I will want a different kind. Thank you! Thank you for pointing me in the right direction! We found a torn bag of the bag of soil and he mentioned, torn bags are 1/2 off! Yay! Then while checking out the cashier's helper, notices the tear and proceeds to pull out the biggest plastic bag I have ever seen at Lowe's to prevent spillage!! Awesome! Worst Customer Service EVER!!! I got a call from Mary that a one item in a bigger order I had picked up a month ago came in. I told her I already had the item which was a toe kick. She said I had not paid for it and I told her I knew I had but I don't remember all of the details because it's been a month ago and with the COVID 19 stuff I couldn't remember exactly who what or where. She wouldn't listen when I told her I knew I had gotten a toe kick and that I DID pay for it. I got off the phone with her and I got an email showing I got charged for a toe kick AGAIN. I then had remembered that I had went to another store to purchase the toe kick because we had all of the other cabinets from the order and I didn't want to wait on the toe kick. I don't believe it's right to change me for something I never authorize. Online orders at Lowe's are the worst at any store. I buy 80% of home improvement items at Lowe's but not anymore.
