    IDENTITY THEFT WARNING: Negligence and Zero Accountability…read more I am writing this to warn the public and potential buyers about a severe lack of security and professional ethics at this dealership. I recently discovered through a credit check that this location processed a vehicle sale in my name while I was on active military duty in Florida. The dealership allowed someone to purchase a car using only a photo of my ID and a fabricated check stub. Mind you they certified that the person on the ID was the person that was in the office. After getting MPD Involved the person was caught, however they didn't work alone. They worked with a Salesperson on the inside to come up with the scam. When I contacted the dealership to report this fraud, the management avoided my calls for months. Josh Walker refused to take any ownership of the situation. Instead of investigating how their finance department allowed such a high-value transaction to occur with zero physical verification, they have shown a complete lack of empathy and have made no effort to help me rectify the situation with GM Financial. I have been forced to involve the FTC, local law enforcement in Mobile, and my military legal counsel because this business refuses to even try to make it right. If you are a veteran and/or value your identity and your credit, stay far away from this establishment. Their verification process is non-existent, and their customer service is even worse.

Not only did they have them to me quickly, but the price was better than the other Online dealers. Josh was great to deal with and I shall recommend Springhill Toyota to friends in the Toyota club.     Well, strike 2 on the parts department. Changing oil on the fleet this weekend, checked on line for…read moreparts prices as would prefer OEM over after market. Looked online for part numbers and prices. WOW filter for the truck is less than 5 bucks. I can get both the Toyota and Lexus filter here, as well as the oil priced fair. Didn't complete online purchase as I will just stop by and get them while I am on that side of town, no need for delivery. Dude behind the counter let me know that price is online only, OK so, I will just complete online purchase and be done. No not possible, on Saturday online purchase won't be completed in the system, gotta wait until Monday. Really? What kind of bullshit is this? I gotta wait 2 days for the online price discount to save a whopping 2.05? No problem, I will just go get a filter somewhere, anywhere else. FYI I spent 15 bucks at auto parts store. This online price point to drive business to the door just blew up in their face, as you can tell I will spend 3 times the money to do business elsewhere. I suppose customer service has left the building COMPLETELY. I would hate to think I lost a customer over 2 bucks because I am sure they spend more than that on advertising to get a shot at selling a truck, but what do I know? I would have given the damn filter to a customer to "earn" the opportunity to sell a vehicle, but I am in sales and make my living in commission and I didn't mention my upcoming purchase potential because that's not how I do things. I am not trying to get anything for free, just the advertised price every Toyota dealer in the state post. I am certain these clowns will see me as the problem since I keep trying to do business with them and they just don't want my money. Ya'll do realize that I buy cars for these parts right? The truck has 98k on the clock and will get traded before it rolls 100 'cause that's where I take the next depreciation hit. Oh so that's why I wanted a OEM filter, looks better to trade with that in place I expect. Side note, my dealer I purchased this from has changed hands and my contact there is now gone, so I am seeking a new dealership to call home for Toyota purposes. Guess who it won't be? Oh well I will give Palmer's a shot next weekend to trade me into a new truck.

    This is the first time buying a new car was actually enjoyable from start to finish. Daniel is the…read morebest salesman I've ever worked with. Doesn't push, unassuming, knowledgeable about everything on each of the cars regardless of model, just delightful to work with. Sales manager gave us a fair trade in value without having to bargain. Financing was easy, again no hard sales or pushing for the extra warranty. We went here because of the excellent service department for the Niro we just traded. The service dept will not sell you maintenance you don't need and in fact will dissuade you from it when you ask for extra things. I love when someone is protecting my pocketbook. Dean McCrary does that from beginning to end!!

The people are nice but they appear to be horribly understaffed .In the three years I've owned my Sorento, I had horrible service three times. The lasted incident was I had a scheduled appointment today for a recall on the rear camera. I got two automated text reminders from the service department to remind me of this appointment. The last one, above, three business days ago. I show up 25 minutes early and was told, sorry my appointment is cancelled because we are training the appropriate personnel, but we called everyone to inform them about the cancellation. Not true. I checked my phone for calls or texts from these guys and there none. So I had a wasted trip. The sales department is okay, but this service department has been combat ineffective for over two years.
