Jake responded to my question almost immediately and unlike other companies came out to look at the project - which made me feel better about the information that he gave me. The quote came quickly after his visit. After a few more questions/answers- I was able to book him within a short period of time. He did not insist on using his own equipment as another company did. He installed a security light on my garage, rerouted a conduit to my garage and installed an attic fan where there hadn't been one before. He vented it! Provided an extra switch for the fan! He and his co-worker were friendly and polite. They cleaned up after they left. Great guys and great work! I'm already asking questions about my next job...

Jake from White Tail responded really quickly, asking info about exactly what we wanted done & offered to look the next day at our set up. He gave us a great price & was able to schedule our work within days. Jake & Carlos showed up on time, did the work quickly, neatly & were very friendly, considerate & polite. Besides moving a chandelier to a new spot, they added a couple can lights for us & we also had an attic fan installed. We were extremely happy with the work done & passed White Tails number to our son in law. We would highly recommend them for electrical work you need done--it was a pleasure working with them!

It was still making a unreasonably loud harmonic sound but did start once. The next call for heat it did not work. I found that there were four screws loose that hold the manifold to the pressure side of the boiler. Once I tightened these the boiler worked as it should. I spent $300 for a cleaning that it probably needed but the technician should have found the loose screws. I would have also felt better if the technician had not told me that I needed a new boiler.

We called someone recommended by a friend but they were on vacation and recommended Vince at Bridge. Despite being a holiday, they were over the next morning and got us back up and running by early afternoon. He and Mike went above and beyond, helping move the tree limb off the wire, rehanging the ATT cabling that was also ripped down, to say nothing about getting our power restored on a holiday and secured everything better than what it was before the storm. They were incredibly affordable as well. We had some other businesses wanting a diagnostic fee to come out or wouldn't come by until DTE did - Vince and Mike saved the day. I can't say enough good things about Alex and his crew…read more I called XPower in order to get a quote for installation of several picture lights, a floor outlet, two dining room wall sconces, and a new chandelier. Alex promptly got back to me with a very reasonable quote, and I was happy to learn they have weekend availability. As a professional working in healthcare, I hate to take time off on short notice, as it requires me to have 25-30 patients rescheduled last minute, which is unfair to both my office manager and my patients. Fortunately, XPower is flexible in their availability, which I greatly appreciated. They showed up between 9:00 and 9:30 AM on Saturday as promised; I did not have to wait around for hours for them like I've had to for other contractors. They promptly got to planning how to rout the wiring as I'd requested and got to work. They kept me abreast of their progress while I worked in my yard, and even though they hit multiple snags (to be expected in a 1930s home like ours), they managed to creatively strategize ways to get the work done exactly as I'd asked. Under normal circumstances, I'd expect to simply be told the work cannot be done as I'd like and to be offered some sort of half-baked alternative or worse -- to be told that the contractor is going to back out of the job because of the difficulty. Not these guys. These guys are the essence of "Where there's a will, there's a way." The crew was even happy to add on some last minute work I'd requested, as I had accidentally struck something in my wall the day before when I was installing some wall anchors to hang some paintings and unexpectedly set off a shower of sparks. Turns out I somehow managed to penetrate a live electrical box one of the previous owners had sealed over after they had removed some sconces from the wall. That was a lifesaver. I can't say enough good things about this crew. They're accountable, they clearly care about the work they do, and they'll do whatever it takes to get the job done. Any time I have any electrical work that needs to be done in the future, I will only be calling XPower, and I will be recommending them to all of my friends and family. I am already planning on having them back to install some more picture lights as well as a recessed media box and recessed outlet for my Samsung Frame TV and soundbar. I'm even considering getting a quote to buy my parents a whole-home generator for their house as a gift, as their power goes out frequently and unexpectedly. Highly recommended, can't say enough good things about this team.
