I had regular pair made and sunglasses made, the regular pair to be ready in 2 hours for pick up, sunglasses had to be sent off to lab and was promised by no later than Saturday, that didn't happen, didn't get them til Monday. The Regular glasses was to strong but was advised to wear them a couple weeks.. when got sunglasses from lab I could see far off but not bi-focal. I returned both glasses, the girl said oh, they weren't fitted right, (their mistake) I needed to see eye doctor again (there doctor) had to return for an appt and was told then prescription was different even tho they checked my eyes initially for this prescription! They then said didn't have my lenses so would have to send to lab and it will be another week. I was told however my sunglasses could be fixed on site and I could pick them up on Monday! Lie, they also were sent to the lab and wouldn't be in until end of week! Received both pair of glasses and trying to adjust to them and new prescription, and broke earpiece on $175 frame for which I am told I could pick out another frame at my cost because it could not be repaired ! I'm furious, I paid more for these glasses than I have ever paid in wearing glasses for 60 years to the tune of nearly $700 and have had nothing but trouble since day one! I'm still not convinced the prescription is correct for which I will be seeing another doctor to confirm.

On a Friday morning, I called and spoke to a staff member (I believe his name was Kevin). I told him clearly, more than once, please do not send my glasses prescription, I need my contacts prescription, this is urgent. I had lost my glasses and needed contacts so I could drive safely and make it to work. Despite that, he sent the wrong prescription anyway. Afterward, it was nearly impossible to reach anyone. The phones went to voicemail, I left messages, and I called multiple times with no response. I was left all weekend unable to see, unable to drive, unable to work, and unable to provide for my child all because of one simple mistake. When I finally did get through, the same staff member admitted what he had done wrong but still didn't offer me any kind of help, not even trial lenses to get me through. For a place that handles prescriptions every day, this should have been an easy request, and instead it left me stranded. I appreciate the doctor and most of the staff, but this was unacceptable. I was clear about what I needed, and it wasn't taken seriously. That mistake had a big impact on my weekend and my ability to work and provide.

The lady that helped pick them out was very nice and processed the order with full payment. Two weeks later I was notified that the glasses were in. I went to pick them up yesterday, and the gentlemen got them for me asked if they fit well in regard to tightness which they did. No test to see if I could actually see out of them. So, I take them home and put them on and cannot see a thing. Everything far and near was blurry. So, I call this morning to communicate my frustration, and I was told to bring them in. I bring them in and of course the wrong lens on them after I paid a large amount of money, but we go round and round on a solution which was order new lens another 2 weeks, and then not sure they will work. Then I see the office manager who I relay my situation too and he has no desire to solve the issue and says, "just get a refund". Stands there with his hands in his pockets. The only person who was friendly was the girl who checked me in. When I went into the pre exam the woman Maddie was not kind or helpful. She explained nothing about the tests and when I was having to retake the exams 4 or 5 times because she was on her phone scrolling social media which I watched with my eyes. From the time my pre exams started to the end she was on that phone and she seemed extremely frustrated with me but I continued to ask questions because my eyesight is extremely important to me! Then come to find out it's not even the "doctor" who does the actual lenses exam it's the Maddie woman. During the lenses exams she was flying through them and everytime I would ask for a redo on the 1and 2 she would sigh heavily again. She made me feel very uncomfortable to ask anything and she didn't tell me a thing about my eyes. I don't understand no one even looked at my eyes but apparently I have all these expensive recommendations with no explanation so I'm very afraid that the lenses aren't correct for my vision! I'll never be back to this location as I feel the "doctor" guy in white coat who kisses certain customers on the cheeks and skips me to handle "high profile " customers who were behind me in line do not deserve my money. I've never been to a more unprofessional unpleasant eye place in my life. I only have it 2 stars because of the first woman who checked me in she was very kind very friendly. My copay was only supposed to be $25 but the guy in the white coat said because I was going online to buy my glasses (I was not giving this place anymore of my money) that I had to pay $79 and he went over to the wall picked out one yellow sticker glasses and one blue sticker glasses when the wall states "2 pair of glasses for $79 blue tag" so I am confused why he chose a yellow sticker and then made ME pay for that. I told him to donate the 2 pairs to the elderly or to children and I feel he took advantage of my kindness. I spoke with my insurance and I was ONLY supposed to pay $25 so again just another untrustworthy reason not to return. I have never left a review but the experience I had on 7-18-26 was awful and truly disappointing experience especially dealing with something as important as eyesight.
