    I've worked with Gary who helped me with my window coverings for two houses in San Francisco, several styles and almost 15 years later. He's easy to work with, consultative and an all around pleasure. We've upgraded to clean lines with some motorized and textured shades ! Love them !

    We love our new plantation shutters! Gary provided excellent consultation with a delightful personality, and great pricing. Upon installation for our entire home, Gary and his son work fast and efficiently with excellent precision and care. Definitely recommend his company for any window covering! Thumbs way up!!

    Somethings I wish I would have known in 2021/2022 when we had the Hunter Douglas auto shades…read moreinstalled with Rebarts. 1. Only Rebarts can come out and fix them after installation - it is a 150.00 "site visit fee" every time they need to come look at them if a motor breaks, etc. In addition to the fee to actually fix the shade. 2. Make sure they are measured exact, examine every shade before it goes in. Look for frayed sides, weird angles, and verify every shade goes up and down with no issues multiple times before you let anyone leave. One of the motors was not working properly when it arrived, instead of allowing them to install and wait for a new one I should have rejected the order and waited for it to be fixed. It took a LOT of back and forth and time to get things fixed properly - it was not a great experience. 3. The motors can be unreliable - YouTube videos to help with rebalancing etc. aren't really helpful, so you end up having to pay the $150.00 fee + any fix costs once a year or so to get someone out to fix them. - Budget for this. ** (I'm actually waiting to schedule someone to come out now because one of our major room shades just stopped working)** 4. Everyone is really nice, they look nice, and I like the auto timer feature! 5. if you have kids, make sure the area around the blinds is clear before opening and closing! If we change things up in a few years, I don't think I will go with the same type, but they are nice for now.

She was very helpful throughout the entire time and made many helpful suggestions based on the look I wanted. Stephanie exceeded my expectations and I'm very satisfied with how things have gone so far. She kept me updated throughout and it's been very painless working with her.

No complaints there if that was the level of service that stayed throughout this whole process, this rating would not be a 1 star. Our troubles began during the installation phase. We had ordered two blinds from Hunter Douglas. During the installation, Stephanie measured the windows dimensions wrong and brought one that was shorter. So only 1 blinds was installed that day. Stephanie apologized and we scheduled another time for installation to take place. Not the best experience here but understandable. Stephanie did have to reschedule this installation which made this experience a bit more frustrating as we were without blinds for one part of our living space for a couple of weeks. The thing that really made it a terrible experience was that Stephanie never provided us with the battery charger, to the point that we didn't even know we had one. It was only when we needed to charge the batteries for the blinds that we realized we were missing one. We reached out to Stephanie regarding this and she placed the blame politely on us saying "I believe I left a charger with you" and letting us know the pricing for one. We had to reiterate that we never received a charger from her and had to ask a few times for Stephanie to check her records before she realized and admitted to her mistake and lack of organization, stating that they did not purchase a charger for us, she still mentioned that they were around $55 but would cover the cost? Which is quite a disappointing and ineffective response since we already paid for a charger that ws never sent in the 1st place. We had to follow up a few times with Stephanie since the charger took a while to be shipped. This has been a very frustrating and stressful experience. Stephanie communications has been poor to say the least, not to mention her lack of awareness. We definitely would not recommend using Stephanie in the future.
