Bart came in November 2023 at 5:30pm (he works hard!) and had all the latest laser gadgets to get exact measurements. He stayed for a few hours because I had a hard time deciding what type of window covering to get but was so patient with me and even ran five separate proposals with pricing for me. Once we decided, he warned us that it'll take months for the window coverings to be made and 3 months later we got a call to schedule installation. Oscar and another installer (I'm sorry I can't remember his name but he was awesome with the tech set up) came in March 2024 and made sure to call ahead before arriving, put shoe coverings on before entering, and were so friendly. They were quick with their work and offered to wait to ensure all the shades were connected to the gateway before they left. While they were there, we noticed one of the shade covers was slightly defective so Oscar ordered a replacement right away. It took another month to arrive and Fernando came to swap out the defective blind in less than 15 minutes. Every person I spoke to at Rebarts (estimator, salespeople, scheduler, installers) were knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. It's obviously a family business that spends the time to train their employees and cares about their customers. Finally, I know it's almost ridiculous to have to point this out but stay with me...they didn't send me the final invoice until the job was completely done (i.e., after the defective shade was replaced). I'm working with a window company and they've been hassling me to make my final payment even though I've pointed out that the sliding patio door they installed was defective. While they agree that the door is defective, they said they've done their job of installing and the defective door is manufacturer's problem so they should get paid. Clearly they lack pride in their work but Rebarts does not. I would definitely recommend Rebarts to anyone.

So, when that first quote came in at over $10K we were so overwhelmed that we actually took an entire month off to process. We were a bit nervous when we started looking again, but are extremely grateful that we connected with Stephanie and Budget Blinds next. From consultation to installation and beyond, she was an absolute joy to work with. Not to mention incredibly professional. She really took the time to listen to our wants, needs, questions, and BUDGET, and just one month later we wound up with a house full of beautiful honeycomb blinds, perfectly matched to our place and future decor plans. All for significantly less than $10K! She even found a great solution for two particularly small side windows in our bedroom so they could match all of the other windows. She kept such a positive and helpful attitude throughout the entire experience and we could tell that she genuinely wanted us to be happy and comfortable with our choices. (And there was so much to choose from! The selection and variety at Budget Blinds was much more expansive than at the previous company we had spoken with.) On top of everything, she was here for the installation process to follow through and make sure that everything was perfect. Her installers had the entire place finished in less than an hour. We are so thrilled about our new blinds and the house feels even more like a home now. If you want someone who truly cares and will work with you to find the window coverings of your dreams...this is the place! I will definitely be calling Stephanie again when we are ready to look at curtains/drapes.

Steven is super professional and friendly. I did some research beforehand and sort of know what I was looking for. Steven had an excellent catalogue for me to browse. I was able to find what I was looking for and interestingly was able to match the color (even a bit on the texture) between two types of blinds that I signed up with. As with all other business, the supply chain has been impacted by COVID. But blinds arrived within reasonable timeframe as originally discussed (i.e. within a week). Steven reached out when window treatments arrived and came in installed them without a glitch. One of the blinds I used often (mostly around breakfast time) and was in need of repair, Steven was very responsible and came in dealt with the issue very quickly. This is a trustworthy company, providing quality products while keeping you in budget. You can do your research. I am happy that I made the right choice for me.

She was also very patient with all our questions and gave us lots of options as we were figuring out a price range that could work for us. I am still in awe of how she even measured some of the unique windows we had. We have a large half moon window and also a window that's on a high vaulted ceiling that required a motorized system. And when one of the second set of repaired shaded came back, the cheap plastic handle was broken off. The workmanship is not there and the repairs are costly and time consuming.
