We went to med mart to buy some things and we were so fortunate to meet Abby. She was wonderful and helped us to decide on what to buy, including a bed. We had a regular twin bed for my grandma so we hadn't planned on buying a medical bed, but it honestly made a world of difference. Having my grandmother lay flat on her back all day and night was extremely uncomfortable for her, and the bed we bought solved all those problems. Being able to put the rails up was also a huge help because we didn't have to worry about her rolling out of bed. Overall I'm just so thankful we trusted what the sales woman suggested.

I have no business or need to go there, except for one reason; my sister can only find a particular sensitive skin cleanser that she insists on for her children through them and because she does not want to pay shipping charges. So being the kind person that I am, once a year, I go to Hocks to pick up a years supply of this cleanser for her. She makes all the arrangements, I just do as I am told. I had no idea that they had opened up a new store. The new one has every possible apparatus, etc that you can imagine using for at-home use while recovering from surgery, etc. The clerk working could not find my order. I was annoyed to death. Apparently, no instructions were left for the staff, and whoever handled my sister's order was not available and could not be reached. I was told that the store and the website were separate entities though they were housed in the same building. The clerk had no idea where to find my order. Driving 30 minutes out of our way did not make me happy nor did it please my already irritated husband. An hour later, after already passing the Indiana border, the clerk calls to tell me that she located my order and did I want to come back and pick it up? Sure, how about sending it to me and waiving the shipping fees? No way in hell would I double back. Lucky for my sister she agreed.

They…read morewere recommended to us by wheelchair users who are friends with my wife (who is also a wheelchair user). I owned a Chevrolet Malibu with a wheelchair lift on the back. When the lift needed service, M.C. Mobility fixed it promptly at a reasonable cost. The wheelchair lift eventually proved inadequate for my wife's needs, so in May 2016, we purchased a 2011 Toyota Sienna with a BraunAbility modification for my wife's wheelchair from M.C. Mobility at their Plain City, Ohio, location. The salesperson (Steve) was incredibly helpful in showing us what we could afford that would meet our needs. He was also very patient and helpful with us when we worked through the financing of the purchase of the van. The price of a low-mileage, wheelchair-modified van is high, but M.C. Mobility's prices are in line with what other companies charge, so I don't see this as a negative at all for the company. The entire experience was positive for us, and we are very glad that we chose M.C. Mobility Systems for our van purchase. We would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who needs to purchase a wheelchair-adapted car or van.
