Poor communication skills with clients and Drs. 2 wasted trips and still no resolve until another Dr. visit . Drs and office staffs fault .

I needed a concentrator repaired and called to have that done. They said to get it repaired I would…read morehave to pay a bill on file. I had no bill. I was recently hospitalized and still needing this oxygen con home when I was released. At this point the people in hospt were to make arrangements. Hosp staff said they had it taking care of and it would be delivered as soon as I got home. I called myself the day I left hospt and was told they did not have a file on me. Who was I talking to and who were hospital talking to. They also go by Rotherts.too.

Terrible company. Wasted 3 months trying to switch to them for CPAP Supplies. Was told how easy it…read morewould be just needed to provide my mchine details. Then later called about confirming my insur and machine details. Then confirm my address and card once again in nother call. Assured me many times that my supplies were on the way. Never arrived. Every call was told they needed something else. Even called my insurance company and got them the information they would need and despite this they kept telling me I needed a doctor's prescription. Then I needed data from my machine. Give them that and then they tell you you must go back to the doctor despite my insurance confirming repeatedly that this wasnt necessary. Apparently they think I should see an expensive specialist every 6 months in order to get supplies despite having a different company without a doctor's visit for 6 years straight. Finally a manager told me rudely I had been told from the beginning (it was in the notes so it must be true) that I needed to see the original doctor I saw and they would accept no other info including insurance co. authorization paperwork. How in the hell could I have so many emails telling me I needed different stuff each time when, silly me, I was told 3 months ago what was needed! Rudest most dumb supervisor on the planet. Avoid this idiotic company!
