My daughter and I looked for a solid 20 minutes without any assistance. The 2 clerks working were leaned up against the counter chatting poorly about their coworker. We were getting frustrated by trying to find what she needed. I finally told my daughter we would go somewhere else that was willing to help us. When I told them we were leaving due to their lack of service, I was told to enjoy my night.

I ordered maternity scrubs as a gift and the local store can't exchange it for me for a smaller…read moresize which I needed because they don't carry maternity. Since I ordered it online, I have to have a QR code for a return and they would help me. However, since I'm 60 days after the return window, they won't allow me to exchange or return the items even though they were never worn and the tags are still on them. They are in new condition. I ordered them while they were on sale so my daughter could wear them in her 3rd trimester and now I have scrubs she can't wear and I can't return. There is nothing easy and convenient about this company and I do not recommend anyone order from them as if you have issues with an online order they do not make any exceptions to the rule. This is not the customer service I expected even though I missed the return window. I think exceptions should be made if the purchases were for a gift. No benefit for buying early or taking advantage of sales.
