Now being in the same profession for the last 11+ years I've watched the service and quality dwindle drastically. However, they remain ranked at the top mostly because of lack of competition. This last time my fiancé and I stopped in for uniforms was absolutely horrendous. The woman who helped us seemed more interested about us interrupting her smoke break than helping us in our purchases. She was less than friendly or helpful. Couldn't help with sizing or samples and wasn't able to answer any questions. Talk about disappointing when someone can't even accurately do their job. I mean what would happen if the people they serve (Police/EMS/Fire) couldn't do their job? Before we were even out the door after making our $250+ purchase the lady who "helped" us was back out puffing on her stale cigarette. The last four years or so I dread coming in here. I would rather take my business elsewhere.

I saw a review about someone emailing and never getting a response and it boils my blood because this place is seriously incredible. I came on Dec 23rd with a box of 12 fleeces and he didn't even flinch at the fact that I needed them next day. The prices are reasonable and the service is phenomenal. People like that reviewer are the ones that email once and then leave a bad review. I would recommend calling or going in -- you won't be disappointed. I got there at opening time on Christmas Eve and there were several people picking up so I know they were busy and yet, it all got done and the quality of the work was excellent. The quality of the items we receive are of the most cheap shit we can ware. When you call about your order you wait on hold for over a hour or more until someone actually gets around to answering your call. When your order arrives and the size is not correct because someone at Affinity screws up, you have to pay for the item to be returned. I cannot wait for our company to get new uniforms and, get a new company to handle us. If your company is looking into new uniforms beg them to go with another uniform company and NOT AFFINITY! you'll be better off in the long term.
