I ordered maternity scrubs as a gift and the local store can't exchange it for me for a smaller…read moresize which I needed because they don't carry maternity. Since I ordered it online, I have to have a QR code for a return and they would help me. However, since I'm 60 days after the return window, they won't allow me to exchange or return the items even though they were never worn and the tags are still on them. They are in new condition. I ordered them while they were on sale so my daughter could wear them in her 3rd trimester and now I have scrubs she can't wear and I can't return. There is nothing easy and convenient about this company and I do not recommend anyone order from them as if you have issues with an online order they do not make any exceptions to the rule. This is not the customer service I expected even though I missed the return window. I think exceptions should be made if the purchases were for a gift. No benefit for buying early or taking advantage of sales.

I saw a review about someone emailing and never getting a response and it boils my blood because this place is seriously incredible. I came on Dec 23rd with a box of 12 fleeces and he didn't even flinch at the fact that I needed them next day. The prices are reasonable and the service is phenomenal. People like that reviewer are the ones that email once and then leave a bad review. I would recommend calling or going in -- you won't be disappointed. I got there at opening time on Christmas Eve and there were several people picking up so I know they were busy and yet, it all got done and the quality of the work was excellent. The quality of the items we receive are of the most cheap shit we can ware. When you call about your order you wait on hold for over a hour or more until someone actually gets around to answering your call. When your order arrives and the size is not correct because someone at Affinity screws up, you have to pay for the item to be returned. I cannot wait for our company to get new uniforms and, get a new company to handle us. If your company is looking into new uniforms beg them to go with another uniform company and NOT AFFINITY! you'll be better off in the long term.
