Unfortunately when the order came back, one jersey (while fitted and ordered properly) came back much tighter than the "try on" experience. Expecting the worst case scenarios of buying another and waiting weeks for it to be ready we drove to Soccer Plus (over 20 miles from home) and asked what we could do. Before we knew it we were walking out with a larger fitting jersey prepped with number and club seal while we waited "no additional charge"! Kudos to you Soccer Plus! BUYER BEWARE - DO NOT PURCHASE SADDLES FROM THIS STORE!!…read more My good friend purchased a saddle from The Tacky Horse in April of 2024. On the very first time on a horse, it was making such an obnoxious noise that it spooked an upper level, multi-world grand champion horse and never even was sat in more than 1/2 a walking lap around the arena. The saddle was taken back and asked to be repaired. The owner Carrie advised that the rep would reach out to her - Tim Rafield with JT industries / Tough-1 / Silver Royal / Royal Heritage saddles. He never called! In the meantime, the buyer was going thru chemotherapy and fighting for her life so the busted saddle wasn't on the forefront of her concerns. In November, she returned the saddle to the store to fix and it was finally returned in JANUARY! My friend is still deep in her cancer battle and can't ride the horse any longer - and ended up selling the horse the saddle was purchased for. She also had a buyer lined up for the saddle and on the FIRST RIDE, the billet broke. Thank goodness the rider is a great rider and didn't get hurt but this could have caused serious injury! Upon inspection, the billet was never correctly attached. There was a leather cover over the connecting area and nothing was broke on either place. The saddle again was returned to the Tacky Horse and yet again, we were told a rep would call us and never did. The saddle was repaired and basically we were accused of tampering with the saddle (that doesn't have a single mark on it btw because it HAS NOT BEEN RIDDEN IN) and that there is no way this could be a manufacturing issue. I finally tracked down the sales rep, who had nothing to say other than lies on how long ago we purchased the saddle and that the issues were new. We just want our money back on the defective saddle - we could have had it sold by now had it not been defective. Upon some research, Royal Heritage saddles are made by Silver Royal - which is a Tough-1 / JT Enterprises brand. I will include all the screenshots of interactions with their lovely sales rep who seemed more concerned about keeping money in his dealers pocket than doing the right thing for the customer and standing behind the products he sells. BE CAREFUL DOING BUSINESS HERE! One of the worst experiences in the horse world I've had in a while!

I kind of screwed up when I made the purchase as it was very impulsive following weeks of late night shopping and considering dozens of different sellers and brands. I forgot to create an account as I usually would. I paid with PayPal and they pulled the addresses directly from the payment. I failed to notice that the shipping address in my PayPal had reverted back to an old address. Don't ask me how but there it was Anyways, I sent emails and called them a couple of times. The man in the phone was great both times. After the second call he emailed me a picture of the package with the correct address on it. They had made the corrections after sending me the shipping notice (which showed the old address). So the guy had chased down my package and emailed me a photo just to assure me that all was well. Much appreciated and I'll definitely be a repeat customer. The combo showed up on Monday lined up and ready to fish. I couldn't be happier.
